Great value for a 3080 in my opinion, but arrives with a dented front panel. Going to speak to Best Buy about it soon.

The pc itself is amazing but one thing I noticed was the air flow. It didn’t have a good air flow, I switch the 2 side fans and put them in the front, and made the back aio fan into a regular fan. After that I brought a 240mm AIO for the cpu and guess what the air flow problem was fix. My temperature are way better than before.

Although the 3080 graphics card I got was the cheaper PNY it was shutting down on me in the middle of a game. Swapped out for better RAM than the ADATA that came with it, that didnt help so I installed 3 more fans to help with the heat and that so far seems to be the issue. But I would think for the price of this, they'd take that into consideration. Instead I've had to add a few hundred more dollars to make it work properly.

I purchased this computer 1 day after purchasing a similar computer with a NVIDIA RTX 2070 Super because it just became available while I was waiting for the other one to arrive.
I am a bit disappointed in seeing the Frames Per Second being 2 times as slow on this computer as compared to the other one with the lesser graphics card. I trouble-shooter with NVIDIA and reinstalled the drivers and toggled the 3D settings to no avail.
I am simply referring to me playing World of Warcraft on graphics setting 7 out of 10 (recommended) on both computers. I got about 150 frames per second while using the other computer and got only 92 frames per second while using this current computer. I have been chatting with and speaking with the Geek Squad about this for hours and have not found any solutions.
I am a bit disappointed. I am hoping this is a user error situation but I am beginning to think otherwise.
Here is the other computer I am comparing this to:
iBUYPOWER - Gaming Desktop - Intel i9-10900K - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Super 8GB - 1TB SSD

This has everything someone could need in a gaming PC. A lot of people don't want to fuss with building a rig themselves and just want to get straight to the gaming. With one of the fastest processors and video cards on the market, this computer can take on almost anything.

My PC came with the same components as the other reviewers. However, I live in a hot climate and the cooling system is entirely inadequate for where I live and I doubt it's adequate even if you live somewhere cold. I was idling at 60-70 C and hitting 100 C and BSODs after playing BFV for 20 minutes. At first I thought the 120 mm AIO was broken (it was actually being worked to an inch of its life) and called CyberPowerPC. I got a very helpful rep on the line but all they could do was offer to replace it or have me send it in for repairs.
Rather than wait for a replacement or repair I figured it was worth getting some proper cooling. Bought a 360 mm NZXT x73 AIO and installed it with some severe difficulty. Very tough to install the radiator at the top of the case- it conflicts with the power cable to the motherboard- but it ended up barely doable.
In the end after some additional effort I get great temps and have an awesome PC.

Obviously it is a prebuilt, and you would save some money if you made this same PC if you built it yourself. But if that’s not a project you’re willing to do, this is a great PC. Personally I only bought this for the 3080 since as of right now they’re almost impossible to get, but I got beyond lucky when i was able to order this, let alone getting the higher end version of the 3080 since i got the EVGA RTX 3080 FTW3. I only bought this to remove the GPU and put it in my newly built system, so i sold the rest on ebay. Even if you get a Gigabyte version or any version of the 3080 that is not the top of the line, this PC is still not a bad option. The airflow isn’t the best, but that is an easy fix.

I bought from CyberpowerPC 4 times in my life. 3 times it came great, 1 time there was shipping damage. Overall OK success rate and support was OK. This PC arrived in great condition.
The components are brand name and great. As seen from other reviews, this fan needs some air intake. I just bought a pair of 140mm from Amazon at $10, set it on intake from the top of case, and yes it did increase the benchmark score. So no idea why the company cant spend $10 extra dollars for better air flow, benchmark, and reviews.
Writing this review from the time when 3080 is impossible to get, so this PC is fully worth it.

Absolute horrible PC don't waste your time like I have. First thing i saw and heard was the small AIO that makes crazy noise to contain a monster processer. Second the air flow is so horrific i have no idea who designed this case and even remotely thought it was a good Idea i cant even get my Cpu to stay under 50 Celsius. I even tried a 380 mm AIO from corsair and its still having horrible issues keeping it cool while I play games. And THE WHOLE REASON I BOUGHT THIS WAS TO GAME AND FOR SOMEREASON IM GETTING 20 MORE FPS THEN A 2070 NORMAL. I should be able to destroy every game at 2k above 100 fps no problem. This machine struggles to get to 80. I truly feel like cyber power pc doesn't care about there customers and just throws whatever horrible pieces of hardware they can find into a random metal box and call it a day. I will never even consider using a cyber power PC ever again. I'm going to try to modify a few things to see if I can at least get the cooling down and maybe it'll fix the frame rate issue. If not i will be returning everything. Please dont buy

With this build, I got an Gigabyte RTX 3080 OC GPU + ASRock Z490 Phantom Gaming 4/ac motherboard + ballistix (red) 16gb 3000hz ram. The cooling on this thing is bad. The 120mm aio is unable to cool this system properly - I would recommend getting a 360mm to replace the current 120mm. The case is massive and ugly, in my opinion. The case, ram, and cooling will all be swapped out.

Got the computer before Christmas, the overall build is fine to me. Coolling is also not an issue after I added 3 exhaust fans on the top.
The problem is that it randomly freezes up from day 2. Weirdly, it does not having any issue under heavy loads, the freezing issue only appears shortly after playing games, or while browsing websites, or even during idling. It looks like an mobo/CPU/PSU issue. Will wait and see if it needs to be returned or not.

Seems like cheapest pre-built pc on the website.
But I would rather just build myself if I can buy 3080.
Cheap case, keyboard and mouse.
Glass was damaged a little bit.

Air flow seems incredibly poor and heat quickly builds up inside the case. My experience was receiving processor temperature warnings after about 30 minutes of gameplay.
Removing the glass side panel helps vent and prevent heat buildup, subsequently keeping the processor itself more stable temp wise.
I am going to try as others have suggested and install top exhaust fans to see if that helps. If I have I have to keep going with the glass off the side this product will probably be a "no" for me.
Disappointed by the extra time and expense on something that really should perform what it is designed to do out of the box.
