Compared to pre-pandemic prices this would be on the expensive side. But with inflation and chip shortages, this is a good price. Ive seen pre builts with lower specs selling for much more.

Great PC. No problems at all with it here. Would not take it for granted.

It was a great pc but mine came with a defective GPU.

Bought this from best buy. It was used. The interior of the box had children drawings all over it. The video card was altered, and other parts of the motherboard were unplugged. Im glad i took pictures of the box in the store before I left with it to prove it was not factory sealed. This is the second time this year best buy has failed me. Very disappointing. They wouldn't exchange it, told me all I could do was return it because no others were in stock. Please always open your computers with 3080s in the store.

Time hot and has all the issues mentioned by other reviewers. I returned this for the amd version but that one has the same design issues and more.

CyberPowerPC is a fantastic deal for amazing parts that are hard to find right now! I was able to get a 3080 and an 11th gen i9 pc for only a tiny bit above MSRP! It was tough to get from bestbuy sine it was always out of stock despite being a prebuilt, but it was worth waiting until it was in stock to jump on it. Things I love about the PC: - Super powerful i9 and 3080! - Decent ram - Awesome case with tons of room for more fans/future upgrades - Great motherboard - 800w power supply As for why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5: - The AIO cooler looks great, but only a 120mm for an i9? Seems like they should've used - For the price I wish the power supply was fully modular - I wish more fans were included since they gave space for so many Otherwise it was a great deal that I'd recommend to anyone!

If you are going to purchase this PC then buy a Geeksquad warranty with it! Mine came with a failing SSD and had to return it because I didn't have the Geeksquad warranty with it. If I would have had the warranty they would have replaced the part at no extra charge.

My ready to run computer had issues out of the box such as overheating +85 which led to the computer shutting down along with a blue screen error for watchdog overclock and finally the SSD had a eminent failure requiring replacement. Not going to lie I was greatly disappointed. With two calls to CyberPower they were very helpful with troubleshooting the issues and offered to replace the parts. As of now I have 2 new fans and a new SSD on the way. The computer has blazing fast speed and the GPU is perfect. If it weren't for the great customer support I would not be giving this company a 4 star but they handled the issues promptly! When I reached out to BestBuy for return policies I was put through the endless Geek Squad call forwarding. Geek Squad was also unable to complete any assistance over the phone or by taking control remotely. They were a complete waste of money.

awesome pc, originally i only bought a pre-built pc for the 3080 since it was almost impossible to get the graphics card itself always sold out everywhere, but i gave the computer to my daughter and gave her my old gpu, and viola it was all worth it, loving my 3080

Cyberpower is so good I've had my pc for 2 days now and had no problems. I run every game smooth and cyberpower is like a safety blanket, because their support is always fast/helpful.

I purchased my rig from Best Buy about a month ago. I was really surprised to find they had a 5900x and a 3080 for an affordable price ($2500). The rig was really well put together and compared to the Cyberpower website I was able to order it and get it in just 3 days. That made the price pretty much a steal. My only complaint I have is I wish it came with a better CPU cooler, but otherwise it was an overall great experience.

Purchased a couple days ago and this is my first PC I’ve purchased for myself. I will admit, I had some trouble setting up Windows that ended up getting resolved with a very nice customer service agent. The quality of this PC is very much there, and this was very worth it for the price for me. Runs well on my HP x24ih though I plan to upgrade soon! Would recommend
