Customers are saying

Customers are positive about the Gamer Supreme Gaming Desktop's performance, price, and GPU, with many praising its speed and value. However, customers are negative about the RAM, cooling system, and power supply, citing issues with RAM installation, inadequate cooling, and insufficient power supply for the GPU in some instances. Some also reported problems with the case and fans upon delivery. Overall, the positive feedback on performance and price is tempered by concerns about component quality and build consistency.

Amazing Gaming PC. I can finally join my friends online and game. I replaced my old system with this one. The Graphics are amazing, The Speed is awesome. I can do so much at the same time. I can run a few video feeds at the same time. The design of the case is great. Would love to change the color of fan's RGB to a solid color. I will add some more Ram. The 16GB is amazing, but 32GB would rock. Also think of (in the future) adding another SSD. I will say "Thanks Best Buy for the Great Gaming PC @ that Price!!" Even the Best Buy associates said, when I picked it up..." He got the Great Gaming Computer." This PC was much a better deal @ Best Buy than any other place I was shopping at. Thanks Again Best Buy.

I’ve owned this machine for one week, we typically don’t purchase cyber power and build our own Riggs, but decided to do something different this time. This particular machine is being used in both business and gaming. Business needs: conference calls, spread sheets, social media, and marketing management. Gaming; call of duty, modern warfare two, The good: machine runs completely silent Does not matter what load you put it under. Has more than enough USBs of all types to actually be useful for all of your accessories that you would need in both gaming and business applications. The lighting was well thought out It looks fantastic. The bad: this machine runs 10 to 15° hotter than any of the machines that we have owned in the last four years. The decision to place the radiator at the top of the build is completely counterproductive. As of the date of writing this review, we will be returning this machine for the following reasons: one of the fans on the radiator, has began rattling, and not just a small I can deal with a kind of rattle, but an impressive level of sound type of rattle. Also upon opening the box 3 of the slot covers were loose and running around inside of the case: we found screws lodged in one of the LED fans, one under the cooling housing unit for the CPU, and one in the bottom of the case. The bracket for the video card was not secure. Found that there was a lag between closing the app and desktop functionality. Price was not a factor for us in this purchase.

5/5 Rating for the PC itself. Below was my situation if it helps anyone who hopefully doesn't incur the same problem: I had initially bought this PC and it was delayed on shipping (due to delays from the Holidays). Once I received it, I followed the directions to the letter, and a spark occurred around the wiring. The PC would not turn on after that. I believe there was a wiring issue or an issue with the power supply. Thankfully I was within the return policy of best buy and they were able to exchange it for a new one. Note for those curious, if I wanted a refund, it would not have been a full refund.

Bought it open box but was only told cosmetic damage. Entire rear fan was busted. I replaced it. The line for the water cooling blocks some of the ram slots so you cannot upgrade the ram. Seems to work good otherwise.

The power supply included is not strong enough for the GPU. Having to send it to the manufacturer for repairs. Other than that, this is an amazing gaming PC.

This pc was an exchange for another cyberpower pc that was not built properly. Thankfully, this one has been working efficiently and smoothly. Also huge shout out to the geek squad member who helped me set this one up to make sure everything was running properly this time. Mouse and keyboard are good starter accessories, and the rgbs are cool.

Let me start by saying I came from an absolute potato of a computer( 4thgen corei7 gtx960), so anything I purchased would be an upgrade for me and look incredible. I have had the pc for a month or so now and everything is working great. It's a great deal for the price you pay. The only problem I have with the pc is the graphics card. This is the absolute worst piece of trash they could have put in there. It is a single fan, very thin with no name or lights or anything to tell you what it is. I had to download a graphics card reader to see the actual brand and if it was the graphics card they where claiming it was, since it looked nothing like it. Turns out it is Zotac gaming's lowest bottom of the barrel 30800ti. All the pictures I saw from other people posting reviews had a graphics card 10x better than the one I received. so needless to say I was disappointed when it arrived with the card it did. I have never seen a 30800ti look like this one and couldn't find one online that did. Other than that I haven't had a problem yet with the PC and it does it's job and then some. It isn't a bad PC by any means I just feel like they cheated me on the GC, that is my biggest gripe. Since it seems random on what GC you will get, good luck to you and what card they send you.

I'm not an expert in computers and I'm not a big gamer, so I can't really give a super detailed review with pros and cons, but I'd say that this is a good computer. It runs The Sims 4 with all expansion packs and Hogwarts Legacy without problems. The mouse and keyboard that come with the computer are atrocious, but I don't think anyone who buys a computer of this caliber is buying it for its mouse and keyboard. I think the price is fair for its components and it comes all set up and ready to use. I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase.

Beautifly packaged, amazingly fast for the money. What great value. My 1st non-Dell computer, I was going to upgrade my Dell to accomodate this graphics card, but it was not really upgradeable. For a lot less than other companies charge, this is a lightning fast graphics computer. It is sold mostly to gamers, but I use for video recording and Youtube production

I wasn't sure how I was going to fill about a store-bought PC. I bought this PC because it's difficult to find GPUs. 3080 is more than enough for my needs. This PC was a present surprise. I would definitely buy to tell my friends to buy this PC.

Overall the system looked amazing and I was excited. It ran the night I got it. And the next day no display. The 3080s dead. Will be returning it today. And I'm hesitant to try another cyberpower. The gpu sags really badly and should have shipped with a support leg not just foam. Thermal paste was visible on the board in multiple locations from where it dripped and wasn't cleaned. The Case was clearly dented on the front. The only reason im rating 2 stars is because for a prebuilt most of the components were better then expected. Asus prime mobo. Decent cooler. Decent nvme. Decent ram.

Very good packaging. Got it out inspect to see any loose cables(nothing was loose) plug it in power on works perfectly. Didnt have to mess with the bios or anything..Paired it with my 2 gigabyte 34in ultra wide 4k monitor ran world of warcraft and MW2 on ultra ran smooth at 4k. Mine came with a zotac rtx 3080..i didnt like the memory they installed so i bought a hyper x 3600 ddr4 64gb to replace the no brand 16gb they installed. This is a good price normally i would buy the parts and put it together my self but i couldnt pass on this price

I received this PC and had a couple issues. The RGB lights on one of the fans would not turn on and my monitors would randomly lose signal. CyberPowerPC's customer service has been helpful in addressing these issues. Otherwise, the rig has been great and was a steal at the Black Friday price; I've enjoyed playing games on high settings and high frame rates.
