Customers are positive about the Gamer Supreme Gaming Desktop's performance, price, and GPU, with many praising its speed and value. However, customers are negative about the RAM, cooling system, and power supply, citing issues with RAM installation, inadequate cooling, and insufficient power supply for the GPU in some instances. Some also reported problems with the case and fans upon delivery. Overall, the positive feedback on performance and price is tempered by concerns about component quality and build consistency.

1st gaming computer I've purchased. Computer was well packaged and all cards and wires were seated well. Had computer for about a week when my game started to freeze and "CNTRL ALT DEL" would not come up, and I would have to hold the power button down to reset. This created a bigger problem, and I began to get the BLUE screen of death, and computer would no longer boot up. Brought it into the geek squad and they said they suspected a problem with the CPU & RAM, so we could order a replacement. Had to wait a week for replacement. 2nd computer had a Gigabyte graphics card vs the MSI graphics card the 1st computer had. Also the RAM chips were slightly different. 2nd computer's mouse and keyboard appeared used, so I switched them out with the 1st computer's. After a week, of 2nd computer, so far so good. FANS are all blowing out, none sucking air in, which I think makes it run hotter then necessary.

I was skeptical about buying a prebuilt computer as I have always built my own. But I was surprised by the build quality and how organized the internal cables where in the back. I was also worried about it being just full of awful pack in software, but there was no additional software other than what came with win 11.

1st was DOA and 2nd lasted less than 2 months.

The first one was DOA. The CPU was dead. The second worked perfect until it didn't. It lasted less than 2 months before all games would freeze the whole computer and required a hard reboot (ctrl+alt+delete or any other keyboard/mouse clicking wouldn't bring it back). The screen froze with no sound and the computer still running.
I troubleshoot every solution except replacing parts and reinstalling Windows (it's a new PC with new Windows as is). Updated drivers, Windows and BIOS, lowered settings, turn off overclocking, disk check, scannow and CrystalDiskInfo cleared (100%), run as admin and in safe/clean boot, delete temp files, raise VRAM in BIOS (recommended was much lower than current setting), turn off antivirus and add game folders to exceptions list, event viewer just said the PC was shut down unexpectedly, run in windowed and fullscreen, PC is well ventilated and would never overheat (highest was ~73C).
With less than a week before return window closed and being told sending it back to Cyberpower would be a nightmare (customer must pay for return shipping and if Cyberpower says there's nothing wrong with it, I have to pay on delivery for it to be sent back unfixed - all of which would take up to 10 weeks round trip). That and reviews say PCs can be returned with inferior replacement parts or missing RAM/SSD/HDD that the customer added, I figured I'm not looking to commit to that much mental and financial stress and decided to just get a refund.
For this costly of an investment, I'd rather just buy a PS5 and Xbox Series X and a ton of games and still have money left over with consoles that will actually work.

Overall, 4.5/5. It can run you any type of game while also being able to use other applications of your choice without having much trouble, making it a really great computer at the price purchased (1,679.99 at the time of this review) and the computer acquired for that price.

I am getting 150+ fps on almost most of the games on ultra settings, pugb pc, rainbow six seige, apex legends, gta v.
Mine came with
pny 3080 and T-force ram, I was little skeptical at the begining but after duing intense graphics test for hours I was satisfied. I was very worried about cyberpower due to the negative review on the internet but 50% of them are due to people not know how to even update a graphics driver worring about blue screens or dead screens. I went to several website to compare the graphics card since its a new company. But I don't think I need to worry about it since its giving good performance and scores. Only PC available under 2k right now. I think its a solid purchase.

This is the second on after returning the first one. CPU hits 100° C. Not good. Cyberpower offers to send them the machine. Or charge me for a new CPU cooler that will take 5-7 business days to receive. Then I have to install it they gave no shop affiliate to do this. No idea how this could affect the warranty. Or i can ship to them and be out a PC for a month again.

Great, quick, and quiet pc! Liked that the pc came protected, outside and inside the tower with foam. All things are setup up and you just need to confirm all wiring is still plugged in the correct places. My power LED wire was unplugged and inside my graphics cards middle fan, so just be sure to inspect everything.
I’ve had the pc for about 3 weeks now and it’s great. Would recommend to others if your looking for a pc to play all current games and to be ahead of the trend for at least 5-10 years.
