Just unboxed my new PC, first thing I noticed was some broken plastic parts when I unboxed it. I opened the side panel didnt see anything broken but there was 1 small rubber piece missing from the screw on the side panel holding glass panel on. After checking the PC I found lower legs were cracked/broken on the right side. I hooked it up and runs good but I'm concerned about purchasing a $2k+ PC with damage too it. I may end up returning it unfortunately.

Very happy with this computer. Plug in and play without the hassle of building and researching yourself. I had my worries about this brand, but what I got was a very clean and tucked PC. Everything loads quickly on ultra settings. additionally, it's silent and really low temp. I'm ready for summer with how cool the GPU is. If your fans are loud or making a noise... just look and see if anything is touching them.

Bought a CyberPowerPC - Gamer Supreme Gaming Desktop - Intel Core i9-13900KF - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti - 2TB SSD - White configuration. Easy upgrades possible with the included motherboard and ATX case. Wifi 6E capability on Win11 was a bonus. Added a new Samsung 980Pro Gen4, added heatsink to the preinstalled 2TB Kingston gen4, and installed a couple of ssds from my older laptop without much difficulty. Will be adding a fwe more 16gb 6000Mhz cards. Overall great value for money!!

This PC is surprised me on how well it performs it comes with a 360 mm aio cooler my system came in with 1 stick of ddr5 6000 mhz I would 100 % recommend this to anyone

Bought the Gamer Supreme. I got the first one but had the back panel dented in. Appeared to be from manufacture and boxed that way. I returned it within an hour. Best Buy ordered another one. I got it just over a week ago. All is very good with this machine. This is my 2nd desktop from this company with the first purchase being back in 2009. I really like the way this Gamer Supreme runs. Great Job!

Computer funtioned fine for a little under a year, then it started getting really hot when the fans motors died. Brought it in for repairs to Best Buy to get the fans replaced and they ended up breaking the GPU somehow while they had it, and they have no idea what it is that they broke or how to fix it.

This is my first real gaming pc everything felt so smooth compared to what im used to. It runs Black Desert Online just fine on remastered graphics I would get between 140-165 fps. Only thing I would say it seemed to run a little hot about 75 degrees Celsius when gaming hard. I took off the glass side mount and replaced it with a magnetic mesh that took off about 10degrees now it runs 60-65 degrees celsius when gaming hard. Overall Im very happy with this purchase I will probably get more Ram for it in the future.

Good specs and great looking for the quality and price but I keep having the computer blackout on me and I can’t play a game for more than 10 mins.. taking it to a pc repair store and seeing what’s up.

Received yesterday and the graphics card came broken. Red light and everything. The second pc i have gotten from bestbuy that has arrived broken.

Took it back to repair after 2 weeks. Slow processor and hanging issue.
