I got this PC mainly for a rendering software I use for architecture and design. Minimum requirements for the software was a 11th gen i7 and a 3060ti. My last pc couldn’t keep up with the update that the software added so I wanted to make sure I had something that was future proofed for at least a couple of years. First off, this PC was amazing right from the start. Easy set up out of the box and it looks really nice. I have it plugged in to 3 monitors and it doesn’t skip a beat. Rendering 3D projects take half the time as my old pc and I’m rendering at a higher quality. Highly recommend to those who aren’t wanting to build their own because at this price, it’s hard to beat. It’s also amazing for gaming too (;

An amazing PC for those who don't want to build their own and find parts. I bought this PC primarily for streaming but it is more than capable of being able to run games on high settings as well and is overall a great purchase. The only issue I seem to have is when the PC goes into sleep mode I can't wake it by moving the mouse or pressing anything on the keyboard. Don't know if this is a CyberPowerPC problem or Windows 11 but its the only problem so far that I have encountered.

Excellent PC. Very powerful and surprisingly quiet. The lighting effects are a nice touch too. This was definitely a solid upgrade from my old Alienware Aurora R5 (with a 1080ti). It was hard to not get another Alienware but for the price point, it was a much better deal to go with this PC. The reason I subtracted a star was because the PC came a little damaged. When I unboxed it, I noticed there was some rattling going on. Upon further inspection I discovered that the front cover plate clips were damaged /broken. Also noticed the plate itself was caved in. I bent it back out and placed the cover back on which is being held by the clips still standing. The GPU is also sagging a bit but that might just be because of the sheer size and weight of the 4080. Overall, this was a great purchase. I highly recommend it so long as the logistics can get it together which really could fall back on UPS.

Definitely one of the best prebuilt computers I have purchased. Everything was package very well. My computer came with an ASUS Z690-P WIFI motherboard, XPG memory, and a PNY GeForce RTX 4080. The only thing that I might change in the near future are the fans. While not that noticeable when playing games or watching videos, you do notice them when there you are doing work or school with not music on.

Placed an order on Nov 22 and received it on Nov 29th. my Pc came with Motherboard: GIGABYTE Z690 UD ATX DDR5. GPU: ASUS TUF RTX 4080 GAMING. PSU: EVGA 1000 WATT GOLD 80 PLUS. RAM: 2 *16 GB 4800 TEAMGROUP SSD: 2TB SOLIDIGM SSD M.2 fand are very quiet no issues for the first day at least. Very satisfied with it.

This is a great computer! Obviously you pick your specs, but prebuilts always make me nervous. CyberPowerPC delivered - parts were all correct, PC was built well, and even after being shipped across the country everything was perfect. They used expanding shipping foam to cushion the insides, with clear removal instructions. I love that the form factor for the case is not crazy weird, and things are arranged so that upgrading should be a breeze. I've had the computer for a month or so now, and haven't had any issues pulling even the busiest and most graphics intensive games. Playing Diablo 4 at full graphics and pulling tons of mobs as a necromancer never looked so good, haha. The extra mouse and keyboard for this model are good options, and a great perk if you are starting out fresh or just want something new.

I got this because I dont have the time to serch and build. Big gole was getting a i9 and 4080 GPU. I did not expect Bluetooth and wifi to be included. That was super cool. The pc is beautiful and clean. Im excited to get online and play games now.

Bought this while shopping around, was surprised to see that BestBuy had the best deal for an i9 paired with a 4080. It arrived a week earlier than expected, literally just plugged in the power chord and was able to get started. Do not underestimate the dimensions though, this is a large tower and it's very heavy. But, I love it, and it's stood up to everything I've put it through so far. (Picture is PC right out of the box with a 12 inch ruler leaned against it.)

This new PC is awesome with the new 4080! I had to exchange the original one I got because it wasn’t working when I got home to set it up, when I got this new one I was able to test it out at the store to make sure it worked and it did! The staff were great too! Thanks!

Great PC, no issues. Can run all games on max settings. I use a 4k monitor too.

I bought an i7 build previously from Best Buy and so I decided I need more power so I recently bought an i9 build from Best Buy again. I swapped the hard drives and upgraded the memory to Corsair Vengeance 64 GB (4 x 16GB) DDR5-4800 PC5-38400 CL40 Dual Channel Desktop Memory Kit CMK32GX5M2A4800 - Black. The PC runs extremely smoothly and I love playing my games on it !

Unless you can afford a prebuilt from MSI or similar, or have the time and patience to pick parts- you probably won’t find a better deal than this. The 4080 is an awkwardly priced graphics card, but cyberpower made it worth getting. It’s worth knowing they have a similar prebuilt with a 4090 for only around $400-800 more, but if you want a super powerful 4000 series card and the 4090 is out of reach this may be perfect for you. Downsides are a few things included like RAM and ssd aren’t great quality. Cooling for CPU isn’t great when considering the setup, so may be worth upgrading if you’re gonna push this pc hard. Last thing is the panel that mounts the gpu was slightly misaligned, making it a bit tougher than it should’ve been to hook up my monitor. If Cyberpower’s 4090 prebuilds come back to Best Buy I will likely try to exchange this for that. definitely still recommend this pc if you’re set on getting the 4080.

Bought this PC at webster Best Buy in Houston Texas and it was build by them at store,its running amazingly with no issues

I ordered my pc on November 17, 2022 and had it shipped to Best Buy to be picked up. It was ready for pick up on November 29, 2022 and I picked it up that same day. I was really excited that it had finally arrived. I got home and unpackaged everything. I made sure everything was plugged in correctly before actually powering it on. I noticed that the GPU was a little loose but I assumed it was supposed to be like that because of how big it was. I spent a whole hour trying to get the pc to display an image to my monitor but it wouldn't. I thought it was a problem on my side, but then I noticed that the VGA light on the desktop was red. I knew that the graphics card was compatible with the motherboard and that there was enough power supply so I knew it couldn't be that. Immediately I thought about the loose graphics card and knew it had to be that. I unscrewed the screws on the side to be able to take the graphics card out to seat it properly in the case, but when I finally took the graphics card out I realized what was wrong. The place where the graphics card is supposed to be plugged in was broken. The right side of it was terrible. I'm assuming it got destroyed while it got shipped to Best Buy. The PC was absolutely beautiful and I was crushed to find out that it arrived damaged! I wanted to exchange it but it was sold out so BestBuy told me that my only option was to return it. I tried to contact CyberPowerPC support but they weren’t very helpful in trying to find a solution because they were having trouble verifying my purchase. Other than the broken part, it looked beautiful and the value for money is great!

I bought this CyberPowerPC Gamer Supreme desktop 2 years ago mainly for high-performance gaming and creative work—and it has completely blown me away. This is a great gaming PC. Im able to run games at max Ray Tracing and quality settings and still get high frame rates. At max settings Cyberpunk 2077 is getting over 100 fps with DLSS 3 on, with it off around 80. After a month no issues so far. While Gaming the CPU is staying under 65 celsius and its a quite system, I barely hear the fans running even when the sound is lowered for the game. Happy with my purchase.
