It is a very well-built powerhouse. Not sure why they chose to install OS on the HDD drive. I swapped it to SSD and it is a charm after that. Has good potential for an upgrade, boosted it to 128GB Memory, and added extra SSD.

Runs well and lets me run games the way I want them to look. Everything loads rather quickly and has all of the features I look for in a computer. It's my first big computer too, which makes me feel better that I went with this option. The only reason this computer isn't listed as 5/5 stars for me is because this thing clearly has some major connection issues when playing multiplayer games. I would highly recommend getting an internet booster, and make sure it's correctly connected to the computer. Aside from this one issue, this computer is everything I was hoping for. It might be pricey, but it's been worth it!

I was super apprehensive to sink my money into a prebuilt with not the best reputation. Most would say “build it yourself” but I didn’t have the time on hand and a custome built with these specs would run me about $5000. So I bit the bullet and gave it a try. It’s my first desktop in years and I LOVE it. She came working right out of the box and was quite large. The hardest task was removing the foam. I set her up and downloaded games that my old gaming laptop struggled to play at the lowest settings and this computer tore through them, at max setting Mile Morales Spider-Man is nothing less than stunning. Red Dead Redemption 2 looks and plus like it was meant to. I bought an ultra wide to display the pcs power and it’s so incredible. I heard overheating was a problem with this unit bc of the power of the i9 card but so far I have seen no such issue. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase but I am also prepared to invest a little more money in case this guy needs a better aio cooling system. I would highly recommend this computer. I was even surprised to see MSi components in this computer, I really thought they’d cheap out on that. She’s also absolutely gorgeous and looks so great with all the rgb on and running. Very happy with this purchase.

THIS IS MY OPINION AS A BEGINNER OF DESKTOPS. I ENDED UP CHOOSING THIS MACHINE OVER A LESS EXPENSIVE AND LESS POWERFUL CYBERPOWER. I WILL PROVIDE SOME HIGH-LEVEL DETAILS AND PROS / CONS BELOW. REMINDER I AM NOT AN EXPERT. - FROM AN OVERALL USER FRIENDLY AND CONVENIENCE POINT OF VIEW, YOU WILL START TO NOTICE THE ADVANTAGES THE DEEPER IT IS USED. START-UP TIME IS AROUND 10-15 SECONDS AND DOWNLOADING/UPLOADING, OPENING APPS, ETC IS AS FAST AS I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. - ONE OF THE MORE SUPRISING AND WHAT I FEEL IS A SIGNIFICANT BENEFIT IS THE STREAMING QUALITY. THE PROCESSOR SPEED AND POWER AND 4080 GPU IT STREAMS EVERYTHING IN TOP QUALITY. NO LAGGING, SKIPPING, LOOKS BETTER THAN MY 4K TV. YOUTUBE, LIVE TV, ON-DEMAND SHOWS, ALL WHILE DOING MULTIPLE TASKS DOESN'T IMPACT THE QUALITY AT ALL. THIS IS A SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCE OVER ANY COMPUTER I HAVE EVER USED. - I AM MORE A VERY CASUAL GAMER, BUT I ADDED MADDEN 24 AND CALL OF DUTY MW2 TO TRY THEM OUT. 4080 RUNS THEM >100 FPS WITHOUT ANY ISSUES. THEY BLOW GAMING CONSOLES AWAY AND IT IS NOT EVEN CLOSE. I WILL BE SELLING MY XBOX SERIES X AND PS5. CLOUD GAMING HAS NO LAGS! ON OTHER MACHINES I EXPERIENCED LAGS, SO IT IS ANOTHER POSITIVE DIFFERENCE. FROM A USAGE POINT OF VIEW, THE CPU AND GPU USED ~20% MEMORY IDLE, AND NEAR ~30%+ WHEN USING ITS MOST POWERFUL TASKS / GAMES. RARELY GOES ABOVE 30%. THIS IS ALSO A SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCE AS OTHER MACHINES USE 100% WITH MOST DIFFICULT TASKS. NO ISSUES SETTING COMPUTER UP AND CONNECTING TO BLUETOOTH AND WIFI ALL SMOOTH. ALSO, WORTH PURCHASING A WIFI6 ADAPTER FOR ~$50 TO MAXIMIZE WIFI CONNECTIVITY AND SPEED. THE PHYSICAL TOWER IS VERY NICE. I LIKE THE BLACK LOOK AND CAN CHANGE THE FAN COLORS TO YOUR LIKING. IN GENERAL, I LOOK TO BUY QUALITY AND BALANCE THE BEST VALUE FOR THE PRICE. HOWEVER, WHEN IT COMES TO A MACHINE, I WILL BE USING FOR SEVERAL HOURS EVERY DAY I WOULD RATHER BUY THE BEST QUALITY AND BE ABLE TO USE IT AS LONG AS POSSIBLE. THIS MACHINE ACHIEVES THIS. IT LITERALLY BLOWS AWAY ANY OTHER COMPUTER OR LAPTOP I HAVE EVER USED. ALSO WORTH MENTIONING WITH ITS SIZE ON THE INSIDE IT IS UPGRADABLE IN THE FUTURE. THE TOTAL MEMBERSHIP ALLOWS THE INSTALLATION OF THE COMPONENTS SO MY GOAL IS TO KEEP THIS COMPUTER FOR THE NEXT 5-10 YEARS AND UPGRADE AS LONG AS IT IS EFFICIENT TO DO SO. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED WORTH THE HIGHER COST.

I know this CyberPowerPC - Gamer Supreme Gaming Desktop - Intel Core i9-13900KF - 32GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 is supposed to be a gaming rig, but as a photographer and illustrator who dabbles in some video work, this machine is a long overdue upgrade. It's eating through graphics heavy tasks in Davinci Resolve and Topaz Video AI with no problems. And just for the heck of it, I took Cyberpunk 2077 for a spin and it's like playing a totally different game now.

Works like a charm. It is Beautiful and quiet. If your looking for a good quality piece this is the one for you.

Mostly good components, and arrived functioning, so better than 90% of the stuff out there right now. A little on the pricier side though. They should've provided faster SSD at this price point. I am giving it five stars because now that I have one that is working I am very pleased with it. Of note though, the first one I received did not work (could not power on), tech support said it was either a bad power supply or bad motherboard. It was pretty easy to do a return and get my replacement though. I will say it slays more demanding games (as expected)!

everything is working as expected. the ram i got was 6000 mzh witch was a huge suprise. 100% love the RGB on this desktop. everything was very fast at getting setup during starting up the computer for the first time. i will update this review when as soon as i got everything settle.

Love this PC. It's a complete powerhouse. Running Warzone 2.0 on Ultra settings on 4k with only the lighting on the middle setting which came recommended. Can push 4k on this game at 117 fps and up, 117 fps being the minimum. I would definitely recommend it. The RGB lighting is really nice too with the option to change settings. Doesn't get too hot and has excellent performance. Had an issue with interference from my wireless headset dongle, but unplugging it and then plugging it back in and moving the dongle fixed the issue; it wasn't letting me get internet from a 5G access point, but works great now.

This computer was exactly what I needed to handle the heavy workflow for my filmmaking jobs. It's fast, quiet, powerful, and even beautiful to look at. I'm grateful for the help given to me in deciding on picking this model.

This pc is incredibly amazing with everything it has. Very fast i9 processor and gpu 4080. Enough for a 1920p by 1080p players and workers! I would recommend it everyone.

solid pc with stellar parts and amazing price, 20/10. haven't had an issue with any program or graphic setting i can throw at it, this is an amazing deal and given the parts, an absolute steal!

Great computer it’s very fast very powerful. Easy to set up ! On the gaming side of things, it works great and I think I might even have won a couple more games than usual!

This is my first Cyberpower PC and oh wow I was blown away. The computer was assembled with care and attention to detail. They choose quality each time and this particular assemblance came with an MSI 4080 that's a beast, but that's a separate review for the card. I don't think the description states it but they do give you a wifi adapter to install in case you can't access an ethernet port where your computer is installed (ex a shared router). I would highly recommend this model to people that can acquire it outright or through financing.

This is a well-built computer with many features I did not expect at this price point. I am 62 years old and I still play a MORPG that is quite demanding, make music on my DAW of choice and use Adobe Photoshop and other photo editing software. This machine does not disappoint, it does it all. Boy is it fast. Great Customer Service by both Cyber Power and Best Buy. Good Job on making a devoted customer. Thanks.

Had a bit of trouble with the Cpu overheating after having it for a month. After opening it up and taking a look there was nearly no thermal paste applied(assuming this was overlooked during assembly). I applied an even layer of thermal paste, put it back together, and its been smooth sailing ever since. Runs great! 4/5

Very Good, came well built, and no loose screws. Can run 1440p 165hz very easily.

Great price for all the specs, did arrive with an issue that made it unusable. The RAM sticks were slightly lose and led to failed memory test and system crashes. Once I opened it up and gently pressed on them the whole system worked better. Now it appears to be a good machine with a good balance of storage, processor, and GPU.
