    Good, minus one issue

Great price for all the specs, did arrive with an issue that made it unusable. The RAM sticks were slightly lose and led to failed memory test and system crashes. Once I opened it up and gently pressed on them the whole system worked better. Now it appears to be a good machine with a good balance of storage, processor, and GPU.

    The Bat Computer

I haven't had it long, but I'm really enjoying it so far! I've always wanted to build a "Bat" computer one day, but I have so many kids I don't have time. Started looking at prebuilds and this was one of the cheaper ones that had at least an i9 and 32gb of memory. If you want the 4090, expect at least $1000 higher than this price.

CP PC have been known as a reputable source for prebuilt gaming computers. I received an awesome rig that works great! Docking a start because the IO shield was installed incorrectly. Although it's a common thing, a computer of this caliber should know better. PC is great otherwise!

It's alright. Maybe it's me, but if I'm paying $3k for a desk top computer, I'd like it to run smoothly out of the box. After a couple weeks, this is a solid platform, thats for sure. Not as much internal memory as I'd like (games take up a lot of hard drive space, and this does not have it). And the RGB lights on the fans simply do not work at all. I've contacted the company about that, they don't answer. According to reddit, this is a common problem with this company, the central parts all work fine, but the accesssories do not. There's also a few odd glitches here and there, some lagging when you type, for example. And it will not boot up if my external hard drive is plugged into the USB port. I need to unplug it, start up, then plug it in. No idea why. It's a LOT of money to invest in a PC, and this one is just ok. For the price tag I'd expect more hard drive space and for everything to work as advertised.

I wanted to get a pc that could handle streaming and gaming without a dual pc setup, this pc handles it with ease. I max out my stream with 1080p 60fps 6k bitrate and i can stream any game max settings without it even trying, no overclocking needed. Just plug in and play and all your dreams of a pc is in this case.

Just received my second CyberPower PC. My first I bought direct from CyberPower back in 2016. This time, I elected to go through Best Buy. As always, the offerings within the PC are excellent, the craftmanship is stunning, and the speed of delivery was awesome!

When I first recieved the PC it was acting really weird at first, but then I read the paper they sent with the PC which states to check all connections and cables upon arrival. Once I checked all the cables it started workin like a beast

MSI 4080 Corsair power supply Quite impressed, I thought it would be absolute cheapest of all components considering the price point. Plug and play, simple to set up, seems easily upgradeable as well. Was able to plug in an extra SSD right away.

Definitely worth the money. I see some people saying there Pc arrived damaged but that can happen with any Pc you order online. They packaged my Pc very well enough to withstand the Ups driver tossing it around. This Pc will max out anything you want with no problem. I have no overheating issues the case has very good ventilation and the cpu cooler works just fine if you plan on overclocking you might want to upgrade but if you are just going to use it with the default settings don't worry it will be fine. You are also getting great value if you break everything down that is included in this pc building it yourself really wont save you much on this specific Pc. And if you are not very confident in your ability to build one yourself having it pre built is a lot less headache especially dealing with such expensive components.

Had some initial problems with the PC. But nothing a little elbow grease couldn’t fix. The PC would not power on when I got it so I got to diagnosing the issue, looked around and around and finally figured out that the hard drive that comes with this pc was plugged in wrong which caused a power surge, after I unplugged it and plugged it correctly everything functioned perfect. Apparently the PC comes with an RTX 4080 SUPER which is amazing I thought it’d have a regular one. Would I recommend? Definitely it blows everything I had before out of the water and it’s a good bang for your buck.

This Pc has been nothing less than perfect. Needed a high power gaming PC for my son and I. Easy to remove panels on all sides to clean and upgrade. Powerful machine. Make sure to get a monitor that matches its power.
