Awesome gaming computer so far, glad i purchased this computer

Most impressed with this system from CyberPower PC! 1st the cable management was immaculate leaving plenty room in the case, Also plenty of ventilation with the case. I had read the i9 runs hot but so far gaming is a dream and fans are quiet. This is by far the most Ive paid for a gaming rig but as of now well worth it. The system arrived with no damage I wanted to add!

Returned an IBUYPOWER due to faulty UEFI BIOS. Also, can't say I am a fan of MSI motherboards. This is a darn good gaming computer for under $3,000.00. This motherboard is an ASUS Prime 690-P. Very familair with the UEFI BIOS on this machine. Can't say I wanted the HDD but that's going to be removed when I get a chance. Right now I have it disabled through Device Manager.

Everything is running smoothly. The pc is big and heavy as expected but it looks good and is really fast. I can play dead by daylight and forza horizon 5 on the highest graphics settings with no problems. Love it!

Not the best quality of parts. I had to send the PC back to CyberPowerPC twice within a year to have the CPU replaced. Luckily the PC was still until warranty. I was told by CPPC Discord moderators that the stock PSU (Apevia) is of bad quality and probably the cause of the issues. It was recommended to replace it with a Corsair, which I've done on my own. My warranty expires in a couple of weeks. The PC is great when it is working, but I hope the CPU doesn't go bad again.

So far no major problems with the computer, only lights were disconnected , but overall excellent system. for some reason computer goes sleep and has hard time for system to be active again.

Excellent PC. Plenty of space and I'm running all games at max settings. Low GPU & CPU temps even at the highest settings. PC is more than capable with lots of power to spare.

The specs are great for this price value. Didn’t get the chance to use it fully and had it returned because I was also working on my current pc atm. Would definitely buy this again if my pc goes bad.

All my games are looking and running better than I've EVER seen! With massive improvements to the visual quality. Making replaying my games, like fresh experiences! It's wonderful!

Bought this for a pure gaming pc and not disappointed one bit. Amazing graphics in Warzone 2.0 at Ultra settings. Well worth the money when you consider the price of a 4080 GPU standalone.

Such a great PC, it took a little longer to come home, but I am happy I got it, no damage at all, which I was worried about. Completely recommended.

The vendor provides unreliable fulfilment timelines. Order was purchased Sunday night with an arrival of Friday but shipping label was printed Thursday evening. The package will now arrive on Monday. I will not be avialable to sign for it. My work hours prevent me from retrieving the package during the week. I’m not sure when I will be able to recover the package for the facility. Unless you work from home, taking the day off to sign for the package is risky due to the wrong expectations being set by the vendor. In an interest of minimizing the amount of times your new PC will be dropped on the ground or roll around conveyer belts or get kicked by delivery drivers unnecessarily, it would be best to pyrchase your PC at the store. It takes one full billing cycle upon the return of your order to settle your account balances. The entire process can take up to 2 months.

so far everything work great! Only thing is none of my RGB work only the lighing in my graphics card.

Worked ok for the first year, been having crashing issues for the last year, and after 2.5 years of owning, the c drive failed completely. Thanks yall.
