I've owned this PC for almost exactly 4 months. On purchase, the computer at first was running very well..quiet and smooth. After 3 months, the computer was starting to run quite hot, and the fans were running louder. During a 1.5 hour gaming session, I noticed a clipping sound coming from the PC, and a few moments later the PC powered off and would not power back on. The computer has been with GeekSquad for about a week and I am hoping for good news! I was hesitant on buying a pre-built for this exact reason - will update once I receive word back from best buy!

Literally plays every on highest possible graphics. So good.

just opened so i cant give a rating on quality of the device but the hardware looks AMAZING.. i would prefer a different "case" design but it does allow a LOT of air flow with the one it has

Great computer took only accouple minutes to setup. Runs all my games smoothly on max settings, couldn't ask for much more.

>>>GPU was Dead on Arrival<<<, called Cyberpower support and the IT support guy was the rudest person I have ever talked to ever. Gave me basic af tips like turning it on and off and something to do with my keyboard and mouse. The Motherboard they used was too small for the GPU as the GPU could move even after being screwed in. Cable management is awful as cords were placed all over and poking out behind the heatsinks/poor quality. Overall don't buy this. The computer was also heavily damaged during shipping with the leg under the PSU being pushed into the PSU causing it do not even turn on. I had to wait a long time just for something I need to return.

I received this computer and was excited about having a gaming computer, except it kept crashing from the moment I started it up. I updated the drivers and windows updates. However, I can't install anything because the windows store isn't even loaded. Customer Service for CyberPower is closed right now, so it will sit here for the next two days. I would go through BestBuy Geek Squad, but I'm worried about my warranty with CyberPower for the time being. Most likely going to return this. Not happy

Purchased this PC and it arrived in 2 days. Everything came in excellent condition and had no problems setting it all up. This computer can handle everything with ease.

Upon arriving to the store to pick up my wonderful Rig the box arrived with a gaping hole on side the box so i asked geek squad to check it beofre i left the store and the employee i belived to have checked my rig was a Bestbuy employee not a geek squad employee and he said after a brief overview he thought everything was ok mind you he never tried to power the system but i bit the bullet and took it home anyway so i arrive home to unbox the rig and was goin to do my unboxing live on my twitch channel to come and find out that the rig wouldnt power up only got a brief flicker out of tye RGB light on the fans and nothing else so lucky i was able to return the rig to the store and got a actually geek squad employee to look at it and we believed it was a power supply issue but luckily he was able to get me another reordered before they sold out so imma hold off on judgement of the right for now will leave another review after I receive my new rig

I can’t get into uefi for some reason, no matter what I do. Other than that this is a superb gaming desktop.

Unfortunately, I had to return it. The PC kept disconnecting from the monitor (hdmi signal not detected) and crashing periodically. Too expensive not to work correctly at the start. Unsure which part was defective but thankfully I was able to return it no problems.

I purchased this desktop less than 1 year ago and the Graphics card already stopped work. Took it to Best buy to find out they couldn't fix it and that I need to call Nvidia to find out if they will cover replacement.

It broke after a few months. Look for alternative options.

An amazing PC for those who don't want to build their own and find parts. I bought this PC primarily for streaming but it is more than capable of being able to run games on high settings as well and is overall a great purchase. The only issue I seem to have is when the PC goes into sleep mode I can't wake it by moving the mouse or pressing anything on the keyboard. Don't know if this is a CyberPowerPC problem or Windows 11 but its the only problem so far that I have encountered.

Arrived super fast & works super fast. Beautifully sleek machine w/ subtle, customizable lighting & heavy duty hardware. Was really upset that my previous rig from another company had a bad graphics card & had to be returned, but am convinced it all worked out so I could get this one. Arrived nearly a week ahead of schedule too. Also very quiet even when running at high performance.

Come broken, took me amost 15 days to receive my money back, don’t recommend at all

Had to get a replacement because there were issues with the internals on the first order I received, however I was able to get a replacement, and everything is working fine now! (: I traded in my Aurora R15 for this, and I don't regret it at all! Aesthetically it looks a lot nicer, and it was a good price for the specifications I got (4080, i9 13900KF). I saw other people's builds on PC Part Picker and they ended up paying more for essentially the same system. Really happy with the purchase aside from the issues with the first order <3

Like bro 1000fps on valorant with low setting is crazy, still new to this computer thing so don't have any pics to show you but, it runs good, CPU stays cooler than Antartica! Big GPU, in da pics it may look small but it's a big boy, its windows 11 so make sure to go in the bios to change some boost secure thing and you should be good to go, at least for my case, other than that amazing experience.
