Bluetooth hardware issue

Bluetooth not connecting any peripheral. Windows support updated all my drivers and concluded it was a hardware issue. So now i have to deal with geek squad or cyberpower pc. Issues right out of the box doesnt bode well for you cyberpower pc!!!

I ordered a gaming PC for pickup, and it has been a week since the scheduled pickup date, yet the order is still delayed. Despite receiving a confirmation email stating that the item was ready for pickup, I have not been able to retrieve it due to ongoing delays. This has caused significant inconvenience and frustration, as I was relying on this PC for both work and leisure. The lack of communication and updates regarding the status of my order is unacceptable. I expected better service from a company of Best Buy's reputation. I hope they improve their processes to prevent such issues in the future.
