very nice design the price was good and easy to use

The computer is aesthetically pleasing, fast and very easy to set up. The instructions did not include placing the antennae's (2) on the back for blue tooth and wi-fi that I saw, so make sure you put them on if you want the best performance. Otherwise the purchase was easy and fast, the staff at Best Buy was amazing and over all I am very happy with this computer.

Defective out of the box. The HDMI port did not work providing an intermittant signal to my Dell monitor. The Geek Squad was not able to rectify this problem so I switched to DP which worked well. After about a month of use, my WiFi, which had been working well, began to malfunction allowing a download speed of about 28 mbps instead of the usual 600 mbps. Again, the Geek Squad was not able to fix this issue and after my ISP found nothing wrong with its incoming signal, I concluded that my WiFi card had gone bad. Fortunately, this all occurred within my return window of 60 days and I easily exchanged this gaming computer for a different brand with similar specs. Best Buy was great. Not so much this CyberPower PC

Decent machine but the fact that Cyberpower provides ZERO documentation, leave us hopelessly in the dark when it comes time to upgrade ANYTHING! This company is soooo cheap they don't even bother to provide a component guide! I'll never buy from them again, even though it's a decent rig!

I was hopeful but in the end its such a disappointment. This is a good bargin and a stacked PC for the price point. However, for some reason, this computer is junk. I purchased it and at start up it was blue screening. I brought it back and while there, the guy behind me was returning his also. They switched it out for a new one and lo and behold its blue screening 3 days later. I do not have time to invest more money into trying to fix something I paid money for.

This computer was sick. Super fast. I was really excited about it. Then after a few days, it crashed, blue screen. I reset Windows and started over. Then a few days later, blue screen again. Fixed it, and it happened again. I chatted with Best Buy, they told me to bring it to Geek Squad to take a look. They wouldn't look at it, unless I paid them $180 before doing any work. It was weird. Returned. When I returned it, the lady at Best Buy said she sees these coming back as returns a lot more than other computers.

Easy start up, runs games great. Would recommend for COD.

I got this for christmas and it doesnt work.Idk whats happening.it looks cool,but isnt.Came broken,fans were unscrewed,SO DONT BUY THIS PEICE OF CRAP!

The computer is very easy to use, and I have been using it until now.

Honestly didnt know what to expect as ive never owned a gaming PC, and i know this isnt top end- but for the price and the specs i researched, i figured it would get more than 20-35fps on most games. Im sure i didnt have all the right overclock settings or something- but i spent hours in BIOS and turorials trying to improve performance. Ultimately it wasnt worth the headsche visually and performance wise to try to figure it out and certainly not worrh the cost in my opinion. Ultimately decided to return it- maybe in a few years as tech porgresses and my income increases i can get a nicer one that will perform more up to my expectations without needing a CS degree and multiple hours to get the performanfe and experience i was hoping for.

Enjoying the upgrade! We watched the prices for over tonth and then finally we made the decision to purchase. Happy we did!

The PC is really good overall. The only negative thing about it is that the USB and headphone jacks are at the bottom of the PC, you will need a longer wire to be able to us the headphone.

Thing is an absolute powerhouse. 2tb is. Ton of storage, I play a lot of tarkov and the 64 gigs really get me what I need. Picked it up for 1850 around Christmas

Everything went super smooth, runs everything I have tried at ultra/high. Only displaying 1080p at the moment but everything has been good

Happy with the packaging, everything booted right up ...couple updates, only thing is there's not much of a walkthrough for features

Incredible gaming PC! liquid cooled processor, superfast video card, especially if matched with the 480Hz OLED Sony monitor! Fun LED lighting inside the PC.

This prebuild is great for the price. All quality components and cheaper than i could have built myself.
