Item sent came with broken piece for tempered glass side. First time plugging it in it wouldn’t recognize my monitor. Brought it back to Best Buy and they tried plugging it in to same results. they wouldn’t/couldn’t exchange it for the same model because the model was sold out. They tried to offer me a computer with worse specs for the same amount of money. Just returned it to avoid more headaches. Very disappointed in the process.

I just bought this pc yesterday, I updated everything, driver, windows, etc. After playing for a few hours, it BSOD 3 times, turned it off and was hopeful today that everything would work. Boy was I wrong, BSOD again so I reset the pc and started all over and it BSOD 2 more times. Plus the back of the case had the latches lose so I had to tape it so it won’t fall off. I was expecting a decent build for the cost but might just build my own.

Good pc but had to exchange a few times to get working components.

DO NOT BUY THIS OR ANYTHING WITH SIMILAR GPU AS IT IS ONE OF THE AFFECTED CARDS NAMED IN LATEST LAWSUIT AGAINST INTEL (And hopefully retailers) FOR FAILING TO WORK AS ADVERTISED. WORSTBUY WILL NOT HONOR WARRANRY/REPLACEMENT AND STATED I HAD TO GO THRU MANUF WARRANTY. NOT ONLY WOULD THEY NOT HELP ME WHEN MY GPU COMPLETELY DIED AFTER ONLY 4 MONTHS- BUT THEY HACKED $500+ OFF THE PRICE IN THIS LATEST "SALE". SO ITS OBVIOUS THEY KNOW ITS CRAP TOO.. MAIN THING TO DO: AVOID BEST BUY. PLEASE USE AMD PRODUCTS. JUST BUILD YOUR OWN.

PC worked fine for gaming and schoolwork but wont run windows 11 after 10 months of ownership. Best Buy nor CyberPower PC will help me when i call warranty its a robot voice stating no one is currently available and it hangs up. DO NOT BUY THIS PC. If my experience is any indication of what may happen to you please do not buy. I am left with a broken pc and no help.

DOA. Powers up and that’s it. Lights congrats but no video signal. Took it in and geek squad ain’t gonna figure it out. Just always wanna do a return. Out of stock so I got to hold on to this to see it in comes back in stock so I can get it at the same sale price. Why don’t they check these before shipping out. We tried hdmi and display port and nothing smh

After a delay I got a broken computer that doesn't work, with broken plastics. Best buy's response? another week or more to replace, but they cannot guarantee it! I will never buy again from this company.

Ordered the Gamer Supreme Intel Core i9-14900KF - 64GB Memory NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER 16GB 2TB SSD as Xmas gift,Son used it for 8hrs, next morning pc was dead, graphic card burned out. Now cannot get replacement as they are out of stock.

Got one it kept crashing to blue screen so i sent it to geeksquad after a month. They couldn't figure out why so I got a second one. It's day 1 and its already crasing and I had geeksqaud set it up.

Okay so this pc 100% will blue screen on you. Without telling you it comes with a SSD that will straight up fail on you after a couple weeks of using the pc. I’ve even seen some people it stop after a couple days. Windows 11 is the reason this SSD causes blue screens. When windows 11 updated itself it changed the (Host Memory Buffer) allocation which causes instability and crashes. Sooo all you need to do is as soon as you buy this pc go to western digital webpage and download there online file, then open the app and check for updates on yout SSD and update the firmware from the app on the pc. It is a good pc once you fix this issue. It will 100% blue screen until they update the SSD firmware before shipping out to customers. Until they update it you will have to manually update it after buying this pc because it will blue screen on you if you don’t. Stop code will read: critical process died. That is how you will know it is more then likely the issue I iust stated. Once again this pc is a awesome for the price imo after you fix this issue.

tl;dr - superb specs for the price but be prepared to navigate the spotty business model if you have issues. Purchased 11/27, scheduled for 12/7 pickup from BestBuy. Delayed to 12/12 - fine by me, Black Friday and Cyber Monday is surely a busy time, that's excusable. Picked up 12/12 from BestBuy and the box looked like it had been tossed down someone's basement stairs years ago - falling apart, taped up, gouges in the cardboard. The all-white case itself had a few cosmetic dings but was in good shape still. The side panel clips were intact, which I was glad to see, considering some of the other reviews here. Most importantly: it was DOA. Wouldn't hit POST. Opened the case and connected a few obvious connection terminals and got all the fans running, re-did power supply wire management, decided to forego the USB-C cable routed to the front of the case due to a broken motherboard-side connection plug, to no avail. Did all the troubleshooting (re-seating components, re-setting BIOS after removing CMOS battery) possible to me, without the capacity to test the GPU separately, and finally decided to contact CyberPowerPC to get it serviced (I didn't want to attempt an exchange only to get another DOA machine, or forced into a spec downgrade because they had "no more units available" or something similarly bureaucratic). I was LUCKY enough to live within driving distance (45 minutes) of CyberPowerPC headquarters. Dropped it off on Monday 12/16, had the standard "14 business days" TAT but the vendor rep said hopefully done before Christmas. Got the notification it was ready for pick up the next day - apparently the GPU was dead, and a swap was all it took. Makes me question the "all parts are individually inspected" statement in the PC's warranty packaging. Now: got it home, up and running very smoothly, no issues like BSOD, and it's way more computer than I'll ever actually need. I will give CyberPowerPC credit for fixing the issue quickly once I brought it in - I just realize not everyone lives 45 minutes away to drive it in themselves or can afford 6 hours of driving time during a work week to pursue a resolution to what should have been (for the price) a working machine upon arrival.

I received this computer, and it is very fast. Mine came with an ASRock 790z-C Motherboard and T-FORCE DELTA DDR5 6000MHz memory. It has three drive bays; however, there are power cables inside but no SATA cables, which was disappointing for a system at this price. Additionally, the bottom USB ports did not work until I updated the drivers. The CYBERPOWER PC keyboard (KB-161-104) and mouse (Elite M2, MO-131-392) feature fun RGB LED lighting. However, there are no instructions on how to change the lighting settings, which have a variety of options. Be sure to purchase SATA cables if you plan to transfer a 3.5” hard drive or 2.5” SSD from another PC.

Amazing high end desktop unit, top of the line parts and specs at an unbelievable price (I bought on sale for $2229. shop around you won't find another gaming pc with these specs for under $3200. AND comes with 64 GB ram that can be upgraded to 128GB?! (you'd have to buy the ram separate on amazon but is easy to do. if you want to buy a pc to be a rockstar for the next 5+ years this is. The combo of the i9-14900KF and RTX 4070 TI super and the 64GB ram makes this basically the most powerful computer you can buy under $3200 anywhere. never bought from cyberpower before so was a bit hesitant, but got it from best buy so if anything goes wrong its any easy return. so far so good, solid high quality craftsmen ship, its sturdy heavy and well made. its quiet, looks nice in the white so it blends in easy to my living room. be mindful it is a very big case/unit, its basically the size of a carry on suite case, but tha'ts expected, it needs lots of air space for cooling and ventilation. highly recommend this machine.
