Got my computer on Monday and the last few days of gaming have been great! Smooth graphics and quick speeds, a huge upgrade from the laptop I was using. Being able to do the things I can at this price blew my mind.

CyberPowerPC Supreme Gaming PC Review – i9-14900K

I picked up this CyberPowerPC Supreme Gaming PC with an Intel Core i9-14900K and an RTX 4070 Ti Super just before NVIDIA dropped the 5000 series. I’ll be honest — I do have a bit of regret not waiting for the newer cards, but even so, this thing is an absolute powerhouse.
Game performance is top-tier. It handles everything I play with ease, from high-demand AAA titles to competitive shooters, all while keeping smooth frame rates and quick load times. The i9-14900K paired with the 4070 Ti Super really delivers where it counts. The clean cable management and solid internal specs were a major part of what sold me on this rig.
That said, a few downsides: the case build quality isn’t the best. Mine arrived with a broken piece on the glass panel, which I patched up with superglue — annoying, but a quick fix. I also had to upgrade the Bluetooth with a USB adapter to get reliable connectivity for my speakers. Not a huge deal, but something to keep in mind.
Overall, for a little under $1,800 on sale, I’m happy with the value and performance. While I do wish I had waited a bit longer for the 5000 series, this PC still feels like a great purchase and continues to impress.

This PC is amazing. Fast processing speed, minimal updates during setup, and the graphics card and fans are extremely quiet. I love the feature to change the lighting scheme on the PC as well. I play PC games and it runs excellent on games with high frame rates.

My upgrade?! YEAH RIGHT! Total waste of $

Was super excited to buy this p.c. It was an upgrade from my previous p.c i bought 2 years ago. My first gaming p.c. i bought was also built by cyberpower & i never had issues but unfortunately I've been having issues after 2 weeks of having it. First blue screen which i was able to fix but now its the aio pump which starting making loud noise almost continuously but wasnt affecting anything so ignored it but now i notice light flickering on the block and then shuts off which causes my CPU to get hot & computer will shut down. Wish I would have did more research because I've been looking at reviews on various websites and apparently this has been an issue with several people and purchasing this computer and also a lot of people after they purchase it and run into so many problems would go and return it but now Best Buy has a ridiculous policy and like I said it happened to start right after 14 days. That I had for return and even though it would be still warrantied under the manufacturer cyberpower requires you to pay to ship them your computer and I mean just ridiculous very upset and disappointed I guess you got to live and learn but I just want to forewarn people do not buy this PC

I've been using this system for a while now, and I’m really happy with it. The Intel Core i9-14900KF handles everything I throw at it—whether it’s video editing or software development—without any slowdowns. With 64GB of DDR5 RAM, I can run multiple programs at once and everything stays smooth. The NVIDIA RTX 4070 Ti SUPER delivers excellent performance for graphics work and AI-related tasks. The 2TB PCIe 4.0 SSD is super fast and gives me plenty of space for large files. I mainly use it for productivity rather than gaming, and it’s been flawless in every way so far.

Good performance, but the motherboard got fired after 1 month of work. I've changed it for a new one and hope the problem would not repeat.

The computer seems great, I really like it. The first one I ordered came damaged and looked used. I was pretty upset and contacted them right away. I had to take the damaged one to the store which was a hike away as I don't have a BB that close to me. They had to order it which took a while, once it was shipped to the sore I went to pick it up and had no problems. The computer is fast and smooth. I reached out to the manufacturer with a few questions and they were friendly and eager to help. I was skeptical of buying this brand as I never have owned one or knew anyone who did so I did it based of internet research. I am glad I did. It's super fast and has a lot of features. I would recommends. I would have given it 5 stars if the 1st one wasn't damaged or used. I don't know if that was a BB thing or the manufacture thing but it was resolved.

Great all-purpose machine. Fast, reliable, and runs nice and cool even when my wife turns down the air conditioning (Arizona resident). This is my 2nd CyberPowerPC and both were worth the investment. It doesn’t get used for gaming but I do use it for video editing, training development, programming, web development, and business activities - often times simultaneously without any issues.

The PC's components are sub par in most cases, with only the processor and graphics card carrying the weight of the price. I had to return one of these for replacement already because the AIO was rattling very audibly. The AIO on the replacement is also rattling very loudly. The fans that are supposed to be controllable RGB are not set up correctly on this one and only flash blue. Upon further inspection, the cable that should connect to the RGB header is missing. There is also a very low quality power supply included, which with the price of the processor and graphics card, is a pretty foolish choice. Overall, I will have to spend extra money and time on a PC that I bought so I wouldn't have to spend extra time setting up.

Runs every game like a dream. The only reason it has 4 stars and not 5 is the BSOD issue due to the SSD. Very easy fix. All in all worth the money!

I just bought this PC kinda quickly and I am not regretting it. It is quick and the upgrade in terms of both performance and visuals over my old tower is night and day. Most importantly it is quiet. I love it.

First thing I did was make sure the bios for the motherboard was on the latest version to avoid any 14900kf nonsense and then make sure the ssd firmware was up to date. Once they were validated as being current, I wiped the ssd and installed win11 home version fresh. Downloaded all the latest drivers and the thing flies like butter. Plays all my games to the tilt and then some. Fresh install of win11 does wonders and kills all the junk from retail images of windows. Enjoy this pc! It is a nice one. I have 0 issues with mine. The motherboard that came with mine is an asrock z790-c with a 1gig NIC onboard. Does the job.

Great PC unlucky me

This Pre built PC is great especially for the price. Unfortunately for me I went through two of these. My first didn't boot. My second after returning the first pc had several issues one after another each I troubleshooted and fixed myself until I could not further figure out what was wrong or therefore cared to try and fix anymore.
With that being said this is why I personally don't buy pre builds from Best buy but me and a friend both got this PC as the price was just right. His PC runs great and has no issues. I got unlucky and had two that just didn't work. And while it did work for a time it was great ran everything I needed at max settings from Helldiver's 2, Cyberpunk, Grey Zone Warfare. Getting a constant 100+ FPS on all games at 1440p
Would I recommend this PC. Sure at your own risk. Thankfully I am able to return the PC and get a refund

I bought this rig on a massive black Friday sale for $550 off the normal price. Impossible to say that the sale does not influence my opinion of this rig. Aside from the value of the sale, this PC is everything someone who likes effortless PC gaming could want. The specs speak for themselves. Unless you are wanting to totally max out 4k on the most demanding games, this PC won't trip. And even then, this PC can max out 4K on most current games. The real treat of this rig is the case and airflow system. The fans on this thing are tanks, the airflow is the best I've ever had on a prebuilt. This would absolutely be something I would build if I wanted to put in the effort. Unboxing and setting up was absolutely effortless and kicked on with no problems.

PC performs well, replaced an aging unit not compatible with Windows 11.
Took forever to figure out how to open up case to remove packing. The included instructions were for a screw on metal cover. I discovered quite by accident that the glass cover is hinged at the bottom and snaps in at the top with an indent in the back of the case allow a finger to be placed behind and push open. The front of the case appears to be held in place with magnets and simply slides off forward.
I have moved an 8tb and 2tb hard drive to the bays included in the bottom box occupied by the power supply for access to my huge archive of family photos and Ancestry data.
Purchased this PC for video and Photoshop capabilities and regard the display of RGB LEDs as frivolous, I do appreciate the 7 cooling fans to keep things percolating at acceptable temperature.
I have an older sound system connecting to this system using three 1/8' plugs for 5.1. The sound card on this unit only has two 1/8" output jacks necessitating purchasing from Amazon an HDMI 4K2K LPCM 7.1 Extractor to play surround sound.
Still working on getting all my peripherals to operate and expect to be fully operational soon.

Computer is working fine. But, at first, I had trouble getting video. Last year, I subscribed to Best Buy Geek Squad technical support, but until I purchased this computer, I had never used it. I called Best Buy geek squad to get help in getting the computer set up, but had a bad experience. The technical support rrepresentative was no help and hung up on me. even though he had my phone number, he didn’t call me back, After that, I fixed the problem with the video output. But canceled the Best Buy technical support. A lot of money for very poor service.
