So far, I’m very happy with this PC. fast, quiet, and good looking. My only issue was getting the Realtek HD audio set up correctly with the surround speaker set up i had. Realtek used to have an “audio manager” that would set the back audio jacks appropriately. For whatever reason, Realtek removed it from their site. It took me a while but I found “Realtek Audio control” that does the same thing. It would be nice if CyberpowerPC included this on the software or CLEARLY direct customers to necessary software.

while the machine is larger than I had anticipated and there is one panel that will not stay closed, the system performance is phenomenal and I am very pleased with this choice

My games run smoothly at max setting. No issues so far, but the fans are a little louder than what I'm used to. From other reviews, stating that you need to manually update the SSD firmware. This is no longer the case, from my conversion with CyberPower tech, the firmware update had been added to Windows update, so just run all your updates and there shouldn't be any bluescreen crashes. For the people that wonder how to change the keyboard lighting. It's the Fn key (to the right of space bar) + 1-9 keys. So if you want a solid color, it's Fn + 4 and keep pressing it until you get the color you want. If you want to turn off the light, it's Fn + 0

I purchased this computer a month ago and overall, I’m very satisfied. The speed and quality are excellent, and it looks great. However, I was disappointed to see the price drop by $250 shortly after my purchase, and I was unable to get a price match. Just a heads up for future buyers to watch for potential price drops.

very powerful and reliable pc. i use it mostly for programming and streaming and i can confimr that i can run vs code, fortnite and obs software withouy any system crashes.

I bought this PC to replace my 6-year-old i7 Dell, and so far, it’s been an incredible upgrade. I primarily use it for editing, color correction, and light GFX work, and this machine is cruising through every task effortlessly. Premiere Pro, Avid Media Composer, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve all run smoothly, and I can work on 4K footage without any issues. The performance has been fantastic, and I really hope it stays this good for at least two years. Highly recommended!

Great pc for the price on sale. had to return 2 times because they were broken.

I was hesitant buying this because I’m a casual gamer these days and don’t have as much free time as I’d like, so I was having a hard time justifying the purchase. I had an xbox my wife had bought me a couple years ago that I’ve been happy with, but decided to bite the bullet and buy this. Holy, this thing is ridiculously powerful and every game I throw at it looks beautiful and smooth. If you’re in a similar situation, just get it and you’ll be glad you did.

This PC is amazing for the price and components it has. I run every game in 4k and it can handle any game on max graphical settings, all while being able to stream gameplay. I highly recommend anyone to purchase this PC if you want a high-end gaming PC at a great price!

2nd PC I’ve bought in the last two days from best buy. The first one, different brand, had to be returned because of an unusable amount of latencey when recording guitars. Gaming was good. This PC allows me to record with very little latency. Gaming graphics are fantastic. However, I am returning it tomorrow. I cant deal with the fan noise. Too bad, i really wanted a new PC because my old janky graphics card. My PC has to serve two duties. Gaming and recording music. Performance is great, but i can’t have a machine this loud in home studio.

The side panel came with 2 plastic pins that help hold in the side plate and i didnt and still do not have anything to work as a fill gap while it gets reparied or replacement comes in its laying on its side with no issues, i added a second ssd the computer is great will run anything you throw at it.

Solid PC The intel i9 was showing some bottleneck issues in a few FPS games (up to 93%) but I was still averaging high 200’s for frames in FPS on low to medium settings (max fps intended, not visual quality) Personally don’t see it being worth $2300, the same PC with a AMD ryzen 7 CPU is averaging more frames and substantially cheaper

I have been doing research on gaming pcs for the past year and this one had everything I was looking for at a very great price compared to its competitors. This thing is a beast. You wont be disappointed.

Great value, incredible performance. Unfortunately had to upgrade the CPU cooler since the fans failed after a few months. Other than that I'm super happy with the purchase.

Love the ability tonchange the lighting as well with the perfromance of this desk so far no issues had it about a year and still runs like new!

Awesome pc with an array of ports and drives. Fast and smooth data retention great for gaming and with 2 t of drive space it will hold a lot more games. The RAM is fast and I love the light show the pc gives me

During my recovery from a recent mouth surgery, my old PC unexpectedly broke down. It was quite a setback, as I had to wait for months hoping it could be repaired. Unfortunately, the damage turned out to be beyond repair, but thankfully, Best Buy provided me with store credit as compensation. With this unexpected turn of events, I decided to invest in a new PC from Best Buy. Surprisingly, the new PC I purchased cost $200 less than my old one, yet it performs twice as well! Needless to say, I couldn't be more thrilled with my decision.
