PC performs well, replaced an aging unit not compatible with Windows 11. Took forever to figure out how to open up case to remove packing. The included instructions were for a screw on metal cover. I discovered quite by accident that the glass cover is hinged at the bottom and snaps in at the top with an indent in the back of the case allow a finger to be placed behind and push open. The front of the case appears to be held in place with magnets and simply slides off forward. I have moved an 8tb and 2tb hard drive to the bays included in the bottom box occupied by the power supply for access to my huge archive of family photos and Ancestry data. Purchased this PC for video and Photoshop capabilities and regard the display of RGB LEDs as frivolous, I do appreciate the 7 cooling fans to keep things percolating at acceptable temperature. I have an older sound system connecting to this system using three 1/8' plugs for 5.1. The sound card on this unit only has two 1/8" output jacks necessitating purchasing from Amazon an HDMI 4K2K LPCM 7.1 Extractor to play surround sound. Still working on getting all my peripherals to operate and expect to be fully operational soon.

Amazing and very fast pc! The price is beyond amazing for the amount of power you get for the pc. I’ve had zero issues so far with the pc of the few weeks of owning it. Very sleek and quiet and everything is very adjustable with the right software

This is why we buy prebuilt nowadays

I bought this rig on a massive black Friday sale for $550 off the normal price. Impossible to say that the sale does not influence my opinion of this rig. Aside from the value of the sale, this PC is everything someone who likes effortless PC gaming could want. The specs speak for themselves. Unless you are wanting to totally max out 4k on the most demanding games, this PC won't trip. And even then, this PC can max out 4K on most current games. The real treat of this rig is the case and airflow system. The fans on this thing are tanks, the airflow is the best I've ever had on a prebuilt. This would absolutely be something I would build if I wanted to put in the effort. Unboxing and setting up was absolutely effortless and kicked on with no problems.

First thing I did was make sure the bios for the motherboard was on the latest version to avoid any 14900kf nonsense and then make sure the ssd firmware was up to date. Once they were validated as being current, I wiped the ssd and installed win11 home version fresh. Downloaded all the latest drivers and the thing flies like butter. Plays all my games to the tilt and then some. Fresh install of win11 does wonders and kills all the junk from retail images of windows. Enjoy this pc! It is a nice one. I have 0 issues with mine. The motherboard that came with mine is an asrock z790-c with a 1gig NIC onboard. Does the job.

Amazing gaming rig!! I'm able to easily run any game in this current generation. This a great bang for your buck pc. You get high end gaming pc for less than what competitors charge for similar specs. I highly recommend this PC for anyone looking to step up their gaming rig.

I purchased this computer a month ago and overall, I’m very satisfied. The speed and quality are excellent, and it looks great. However, I was disappointed to see the price drop by $250 shortly after my purchase, and I was unable to get a price match. Just a heads up for future buyers to watch for potential price drops.

Computer is working fine. But, at first, I had trouble getting video. Last year, I subscribed to Best Buy Geek Squad technical support, but until I purchased this computer, I had never used it. I called Best Buy geek squad to get help in getting the computer set up, but had a bad experience. The technical support rrepresentative was no help and hung up on me. even though he had my phone number, he didn’t call me back, After that, I fixed the problem with the video output. But canceled the Best Buy technical support. A lot of money for very poor service.

What a machine!!! Honestly I am blown away by this PC. Every game I throw at it on the highest of settings is run without issue. COD, GTA, RDR2, It honestly doesnt matter what game it is they all run perfect. A few hours gaming RDR2 and I do notice temps going up to 75dc at max. I used to build every computer I had up until this one and it was purely for the convenience of it all that I bought a prebuilt unit. I'm not disappointed a single bit. Its overbuilt if anything and the worst part is the keyboard it comes with that I will be replacing relatively soon because there is No easy way to control the RGB plus it isnt a natural keyboard as well as the RGB tends to work when it wants to. Cant wait for GTA6 to come out.

The only critique I have is the instructions for unpacked appear to be "one size fits all" the panel removal instructions were for a different computer - but just hoogle it and you'll be all set. Computer is cripsy and runs all modern games very well with high fps. Great buy for the price.

So far, I’m very happy with this PC. fast, quiet, and good looking. My only issue was getting the Realtek HD audio set up correctly with the surround speaker set up i had. Realtek used to have an “audio manager” that would set the back audio jacks appropriately. For whatever reason, Realtek removed it from their site. It took me a while but I found “Realtek Audio control” that does the same thing. It would be nice if CyberpowerPC included this on the software or CLEARLY direct customers to necessary software.

This PC is amazing for the price and components it has. I run every game in 4k and it can handle any game on max graphical settings, all while being able to stream gameplay. I highly recommend anyone to purchase this PC if you want a high-end gaming PC at a great price!

Solid PC The intel i9 was showing some bottleneck issues in a few FPS games (up to 93%) but I was still averaging high 200’s for frames in FPS on low to medium settings (max fps intended, not visual quality) Personally don’t see it being worth $2300, the same PC with a AMD ryzen 7 CPU is averaging more frames and substantially cheaper

I was hesitant buying this because I’m a casual gamer these days and don’t have as much free time as I’d like, so I was having a hard time justifying the purchase. I had an xbox my wife had bought me a couple years ago that I’ve been happy with, but decided to bite the bullet and buy this. Holy, this thing is ridiculously powerful and every game I throw at it looks beautiful and smooth. If you’re in a similar situation, just get it and you’ll be glad you did.

2nd PC I’ve bought in the last two days from best buy. The first one, different brand, had to be returned because of an unusable amount of latencey when recording guitars. Gaming was good. This PC allows me to record with very little latency. Gaming graphics are fantastic. However, I am returning it tomorrow. I cant deal with the fan noise. Too bad, i really wanted a new PC because my old janky graphics card. My PC has to serve two duties. Gaming and recording music. Performance is great, but i can’t have a machine this loud in home studio.
