Product arrived defective with crashing nonstop starting at day 5. Support so far has been absolutely terrible and I even purchased My Best Buy Total Membership to ensure I'd have access to 24/7 support and aid with repairs. The outsourced agents have been unknowledgeable and in a rush to transfer to people who don't know anything about the issue or otherwise leave the conversation in the middle of it, and they struggle to answer basic questions. The computer appears to be showing RAM issues and I've been forced to clean install Windows multiple times to no avail. I saw other reviews mentioning this risk and thought it would be uncommon enough that it would be fine. I was wrong. Don't throw away almost $3000 on a brick that you'll have to go back and forth with people who don't care in the slightest about getting your issue resolved. Save yourself the trouble and go with a different product.

1st PC and arrived earlier than expected. Easy to Set up and install. Highly recommend. :)

The computer was delivered on time, it was everything setup correctly, I only identified one fan not working properly but I contact support from the vendor and they replace the part pretty quick, that I installed myself with no issue, I’m happy With my purchase.

Horrible unit. Came broken and had issues the entire time. Even took best buy about a month just to tell me they couldn't fix it and it was unrepairable.

Bought it on Memorial Weekend sale, was so excited. When i first opened it up, the keyboard and mouse was just thrown in there. Not in there respective foam spot, so im pretty sure i was sold this after someone else already returned it. Manual also didn’t match, but main problem though was it displayed no picture on my monitor. I tried different hdmi cables, different tv/computer screens, made sure nothing was unplugged, everything. Was extremely sad and disappointed. Took it to my nearest BestBuy, very nice and helpful workers. They plugged it up and couldn’t get it to work either. Offered to request for replacement, but declined after seeing other bad reviews on the same PC. Got my refund and will never buy CyberPower again. Totally wasn’t plug and play like advertised

System never worked correctly. It kept crashing. After 6 months of fighting to fix all the glitches I returned it. Too many things were wrong with it for thgem to to fix it so they refunded my money, although they kept the money for the 3 year geek squad warranty I paid, even though the PC was still under manufacturers warranty. Thast wasn't cool for Best Buy.

The pc started giving me the blue screen of death after 3 months. I only use it to game on steam. Cyberpower agreed to fix it but i have to pay over 300 for shipping. Shipping is not included in there policy. Keep that in mind if you really want this pc. Itll be gone for almost a month before i get it back. Its horrible

The Intel i9 chip, on top of windows 11 security updates essentially cripple this build. I has to replace this exact model twice and both failed catastrophically. They had a life span of around 4 months, with constant trouble shooting and both software and hardware issues. Most are not even solvable or salvageable. I would look elsewhere to get a prebuilt.

Crashes even just browsing internet. The crashing (and restart) never stop but this trash cost me $3000...

Recieved first one defective. No ETA on 2nd. Will refund

The computer has broken dow with BSOD several times. It is being sent back to CYberpower PC for the second time in 2 months.

Im never going outside again. This has made me a hermit

Awesome PC. This machine is fast, has a great GPU, and lots of RAM. So far I'm loving it.

Great PC, i brought it to Argentina and the internal protection for the graphic card was excelent. Performance in games blew my mind, playing Rust in Ultra, it goes over 150/200 fps.

Just got the pc and everything is running fine. No problems so far. Just FYI I've received the PNY graphics card. Also the RGB in this pc is amazing to look at.

Recently purchased this pc and have been loving it non stop. It shipped superfast and has no issues what so ever. setup was easy.
