Constant delay

I got a email saiding it will be cancelled on the 8th if it hadnt been shipped so i went to the store. They told me it will be shipped on the 12th? So apparently my order will be cancelled before it ever gets to ship. This process has been extremely aggravating and i will no longer do business with best buy because of the many issues ive had with them over the last 6 months

Cancelled order

Support is terrible with their generic answers. I cancelled my order. You shouldn’t advertise a product you don’t or can’t get.
