Great Computer
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great computer but I had to swap out the CPU fan and reverse the intake/outtake fans. The front intake fans are on the side of the case which is weird and the air flows not very good so I had to open my case open for better airflow. Other than that, the pc is great.

Great PC once cooling is upgraded.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this PC about a month ago. With prices of GPUs right now I feel this was the best way to do it. FedEx was not very gentle with the box, but Cyberpower did a great job protecting the inside of the box and I had no issues! 3060ti is a beast for the price range, and the 11700f is also very nice. You can play all current AAA titles on max settings. As with many other reviews, the only drawback on this PC is the cooling. I didn't even mess with the stock cooler and placed a Scythe Mugen 5 in this right off the bat and it idles 27-30C and only gets in the 50s when gaming. I also switched the front fans to intake when I got my PC. Overall, although I wish I didn't have to do those things, it was not too much of a hassle, and you are left with a very solid PC that you could not come close to building for the same price right now. I really enjoy using this PC everyday.

good starter pc
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.bought this as my first pc and am very happy with it! runs smooth so far. i'm a streamer/content creator so i stream at least 5 hours a day with a game and other programs running in the background. the fans do get loud if you're running super high graphics settings for a game but all i did to fix that was lower the settings and its fine. ive had zero issues with it so far and i definitely recommend it as a starter/base pc!

Good PC but with some cooling problems.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Over all the PC is an absolute beast, I'm able to get a high amount of frames while having graphics on high when playing games such as COD and Cyberpunk. The downside is that, like everyone else mentions is that the CPU cooler is not very good. The CPU would be at 40-50 degrees on idle. Switching out this cooler with a Hyper 212 Cooler Master did the trick and now it doesn't go over 70 degrees. Also another problem was that the 2 sides fans were set to intake instead of exhaust which also led to cooling problems. This was an easy fix though, since all you need to do is flip them and problem solved. Lastly, when I was changing out the CPU cooler I noticed that the GPU wasn't even connected properly because one of the side fans was in the way so I ended up moving them. Overall a good PC but with some minor fixes it could be a lot better.

Good 3060ti prebuild
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great gaming rig considering the current market. The CPU cooler is okay if you switch off the turbo boost CPU option in BIOS. However, If you're trying to run the CPU to its max potential, upgrade the CPU cooler. The front fans are almost always on the opposite side(exhaust). Flip these fans around and you'll be set. You won't regret buying this system. It's great for 1440p gaming.

Just Replace the CPU Cooler
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.CyberPowerPC - Gamer Xtreme Desktop - Intel Core i7-11700F - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti - 1TB HDD + 500GB SSD - Black I bought this PC a month ago and after using it for a month I can say it is a pretty good PC. The quality of the parts are all pretty decent, besides the stock cpu cooler that is provided. That cooler however did need to be replaced, which I did via a Noctua Redux. Aside from that I also reversed the other fans on the PC and the cooling problems that my PC had are fine. This is a necessity though as the CPU would overhead incredibly fast without changing these things. In terms of specs it can run the games I play at great specs. I play Valorant at 200+ frames and around the same for those types of games. Overall I would recommend this PC to a friend given that they replace the CPU cooler.

Its a no brainer! Best bang for the buck.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After doing my research and wanting a Desktop PC powerful enough for Gaming, Editing media and also running the latest PCVR titles, I had to discard building my own PC because of the GPU pries. I know if you're reading this you are considering getting the prebuilt option because its hassle free and mainly because you want a good GPU at a fair price. Let me tell you right now, this will be the best price for what you're looking for, let me explain. In today's market the best choice will be to buy a prebuilt. I've looked into the options we have as users, and most of them come short. They might need some upgrades in the near future, or based on other people's reviews they might simply not turn on once you get them out of the box. Who wants to spend over a thousand bucks on some hardware that might arrive broken or just need to upgrade as soon as you buy it? I purchased the CyberPowerPC model GXi3400BSTV8 and I publicly want to say that it has been more than capable to run everything I throw at it, handling VR titles like it's nothing. Out of the box, the packaging was good, no chance of this bad boy getting busted in transit. Setting up was a breeze, just open the case, remove the protective foam, close the case, plug in a monitor and that's it, you're good to go! I haven't had temperature issues or throttling using the default cooling the computer came with. The i7 is running smooth and the RTX 3060Ti (which is basically a 3070) is handling everything I throw at it like it's nothing. The motherboard comes with a lot of ports, the Wi-Fi gets great speeds and it even comes with one USB-C port. As far as I'm concerned, the Bloatware is practically none existent, just part of what Windows 11 comes with, so once you uninstall the Facebook, Instagram and Office 360 apps you're set. Honestly I'm really satisfied with my purchase since it was the best bang for the buck out there. I obviously waited a bit to write this review so I can test everything I wanted to do and get a taste of how capable this machine was.

I have had this computer for a few months now and I am happy to say that this pc has preformed amazingly I haven't had any issues with it so far. It has been running all my games smoothly at maximum settings. I would definitely recommend cyberpower to a friend or family.

Full of problems, but was at least fixable.
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm only giving this max stars so it can be seen and hopefully help people facing issues. This set up was full of problems for me ranging from overheating, multiple BSOD, and just about every application crashing constantly. While the support did not offer any help, I was able to find fixes for all the issues. After fixing the issues my self, the computer runs perfectly. Swapping your front 2 fans from outtake, to intake will help with overheating, but getting a new fan for the processor is recommended. I personally use a Cooler Master - Hyper 212. The computer running hot was not the only issue I ran into though. If you were running into multiple crashes like me, then go into your BIOS and go to the Tab labeled "Tweaker". The setting for X.M.P is here, and it may be labeled "Profile1". This means a profile is set to overclock your RAM. Disable this, and all the problems with the computer stop existing. Haven't had any crashes, BSOD at all for 2 whole months. Hopefully this helps for anyone that bought this and has issues.

Great pc and cooler
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The pc is great, i can get more than 100 fps playing any game, i played forza horizon 5 with 150 fps ultra settings, fortnite 240 fps performance mode but 120 ultra settings, warzone 100 to 150 fps ultra settings, minecraft 150 fps with shaders and textures, CS: GO more than 100 fps easily ultra settings, BUT the cooler is a problem, i play these games with no problem after i took out the side glass but if not he just keeps overheating you can change the cooler or take out the glass.

Can run anything you throw at it with ease!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this pc for Christmas and so far I have no issues at all. Was super easy to setup and instructions on doing so are very clear and easy to follow. Unlike other people my unit doesn't seem to have any overheating issues and will stay around 70 deg c at most on most AAA games that I play. On less intensive games such as Minecraft I was seeing more than 2000 fps on average with a 1440p monitor. Incredible computer so far and I highly recommend anyone looking into it!

Great system, if you modify the cooling capacity
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Echoing both the pros and cons of all the other reviews here -- there's very little I can add that hasn't already been said. However, I will reiterate the absolute need to both readjust the direction of the front fans (easy to do) and beef up the CPU cooling (a liquid cooler is in the mail). A CPU temperature program should probably be the first order of business; I'm using "Core Temp" since it's freeware (pay attention for the bloatware prompt at installation though). Importing, rearranging, and adding title/text in Adobe Premiere Rush caused the system to peg 100°C on at least 4 cores and exporting the 45-minute video clip (4K 30 fps) necessitated removing the top and side glass panels to keep it running at or just below 90°C. That annoying downside notwithstanding, it is a fast rig and will probably be more grunt than I'll need half the time. The internals are easily accessible so upgrades can be easily done; wiring is tidy, and the whole thing is just nice to look at. Bonus: you can turn off the lights with the supplied remote.

Decent Computer Mired By Component Issues
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This computer is great for the price. MOST of the internals on it have good price to value ratios. But that leads me to my number one complaint with the system, the CPU cooler. The CPU runs hot on this system with this inexpensive Cooler Master CPU cooler that they have installed. Under heavy loads, it gets up to 80c or even 90c if you are really pushing it. For the first week of use, I had a ton of crashes to my desktop. I thought that surely it couldn't be a hardware issue, could it? So I went through the lengthy process of troubleshooting and discovered just how much heat is being generated in the rig. Additionally, the front two fans were set to exhaust instead of intake, which limited the airflow in an already fairly restricted case. These are major oversights that lead this computer to be inoperable under heavy loads as mentioned earlier. This is pretty unacceptable considering how good the rest of the specs are. All in all, this computer is a very good system for the price and even more so when it is on sale. But trust me, you'll want to invest in a new CPU cooler or even more exhaust fans on the top of the rig immediately (which can raise the price up a good margin). Most people won't know the first thing about changing out computer components if they purchase a pre-built so the fact that this stage is pretty necessary in order for the system to function normally, I have to rate it at about 3 stars. If they can fix this issue, then I would rate it at 4 stars or even 5 stars depending on performance.

Great setup for the price
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this system on the black friday deal and was greatly worth the price. As with other reviews, it would have been nice if the fans were flipped to intake but easy to manage. Already started some upgrades with ease. So far runs ark on epic with ease, but may need to upgrade the overall cooling system.

Great parts for a great price
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. There's a ton of value in this PC but like I've read in other reviews there is some things you may need to tweak before you start gaming. Other reviews state that the cpu cooler that comes with this PC doesn't quite do the trick while under load. Knowing this before purchasing is fairly important as you'll most likely need to buy a better cooler with it which is what I did. This might scare away some who are not confident taking the PC apart and installing a new one. Another small issue regarding cooling is that all the fans in the case are set to exhaust which is easily fixed by flipping around the two fans in the front of the case. All in all, this is a really great PC for the price even with the cooling issues.

Great PC, with one (easily fixable) major flaw
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The TL;DR for this review is, it's great, has great specs, it's a solid price, good value but it needs a better CPU cooler if you're going to actually use it for it's intended purpose, if not for that issue it would get 5 stars. Luckily it's a $50, 30 minute fix and then you're off to the races but you shouldn't have to go to those lengths for a new PC advertised as a "Gamer Xtreme Desktop". So, i'd wanted to replace my aging gaming PC for the last year or so with a custom build, but the general craziness around parts pricing and availability made that a relatively impossible prospect. I decided that prebuilt was my best option despite some of the naysayers online. This PC sounded like a great option and for $1600 was a good deal for something i could go pickup same day with no hassles and be using immediately without having to pickup a screwdriver. It's a really solid PC with great specs and feels lighting fast (perhaps because I was coming from something so old), I actually really like the case which is sleek and minimalist and even though I didn't think I was a RGB person, I've come around and think they look pretty cool. Even the mouse and keyboard are pretty decent. So, the downside, as many other reviewers have pointed out, the CPU runs very hot, particularly under any real load. This is because the CPU cooler included is not up to spec. This might not seem like a big deal, but if you intend to play games at high settings on this PC (which is presumably why you are buying a gaming PC with these higher end specs) then you will likely encounter this problem, best case your fans just goes nuts all the time, worst case the PC will keep crashing. Reading some of the reviews that appears to be a very common issue. The easy fix as many others have pointed out is to get a screwdriver and reverse two fans for better airflow, which takes 2 minutes, and replaces the crappy CPU cooler with something much better, I took the advice of the other owners and went for the Cooler Master Hyper 212 RGB Black Edition for $49. Replacing the CPU might seem a little daunting if you've never done it before but if you've built an Ikea bookcase you can do this, just take your time, read the instructions and look up a video (of which there are plenty) for help. Once you do all that you're all set. My idle CPU temps went from ~45c down to ~25c and under load from pushing 100c down to ~60c, basically halved. It's crazy that CyberPower are selling a PC that can't handle the purpose for which it's designed but if you're willing to spend an extra $50 and roll up your sleeves you can get a great PC the way it should have been designed. A few other notes: - When I first booted up the PC and went through the Windows 11 setup, it wouldn't connect to wifi and kept telling me wifi was turned off. I couldn't figure it out and thought maybe I had a defective motherboard. I eventually had to run an ethernet cable to my router to get it working and luckly once Windows was setup the wifi magically started working. - Speaking of wifi, some people complained at how bad the onboard wifi was, particularly how slow. I haven't had issues myself but that could be because my motherboard is different, which leads to me my next point... - Not all these computers have the exact same components/parts manufacturers, it seems to depend on what they can get their hands on. You're getting the same basic specs though. - I decided to double the RAM up to 32GB to give it some more bang which isn't strictly necessary but felt like a cheap upgrade. - The SSD is only 500GB which you'll fill up fast. You have a 1TB physical harddrive too but one of my next upgrades is to buy a second SSD. I had a SATA m.2 SSD lying around but the motherboard in this particular build wouldn't take it, so make sure you buy the right kind.
