Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I apologize if I come off rude, but this PC has poor fan location and fan speeds are bad. Along with that the circulation is not suitable to keep system cooled properly. I cannot play my favorite games on this device and for some reason performance and graphics do not match what their supposed to do. Yes I followed Invidia tutorials and recommended in game settings.

Multiple driver issues
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this yesterday. My first prebuilt one of the worst experience I ever had on a pc. I first boot up everything was smooth and fine until I started playing a game (warzone). My resolution went to a locked safe mode, all my drivers were corrupt, multiple driver issues. Try doing a factory reset twice didn’t work, while booting up there was green dot glitches like the whole thing was a mess. Returning this item tomorrow. I don’t know if Im just unlucky, I was iffy about cyber PowerPC at first, all the positive reviews made me buy this but I got a terrible piece. I also did multiple troubleshooting, reinstalling windows nothing worked sadly.

DO NOT BUY THIS PC

I bought this PC in November of 2021 from Best Buy BRAND NEW and have never been able to play any first/third person shooter games. When I first bought the computer all that I played was Rocket League and the system could run the game at 244 FPS no problem. After a few months without problems, I tried playing games like Apex or Fortnite and couldn't make it through a full game without the entire game crashing. I took the PC in to Best Buy to have Geek Squad take a look to see what was wrong and after almost a full week of having the PC, they still couldn't figure out the issue. After talking with them they recommended hard resetting the computer and claimed it had fixed the issue. After paying them $150 to hard reset my computer IT STILL DOESNT RUN ANY SHOOTER GAMES. I'm now out of my warranty and stuck with a $1200 PC that I can use to surf the web or play car soccer.

BROKEN GPU

Geek squad said that I either get a replacement or a refund which is ridiculous because i got it on sale so i won’t be able to get anywhere near the same specs as before if i got a refund which is absolutely ridiculous.

Worst experience with a prebuilt pc
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I received this pc 2 days ago, the first day everything was fine and I was able to play games like nothing, the second day was pretty good too but I started running into problems, a lot of crashing and freezing which is reallyyyy frustrating, today it’s completely unplayable due to non stop crashing, I’m only able to play a game for about 5 mins before it just crashes, unbelievable that this device only lasted 3 days before being absolutely defective.

Worst prebuilt pc there is

Horrible!

I now have a useless brick

Now my monitors go black and the gpu fans go to max. Cant even load a game without it happening. DO NOT BUY THIS. Waste of 1600 for me and now I have to buy a whole new pc.

Just Don't

Spent all of Christmas trying to get it to work. Wouldn't even boot up. Apparently absolutely zero quality control. Returned. Thanks CyberpowerPC.
