Very good PC. I am fairly new to PCs, but I saw this when it was on sale, great deal. Note: Flip the front fans to exhaust and replace the CPU cooler. I replaced my CPU cooler with a Artic Freezer 34 Esports Duo. If you plan on installing the same cooler, I suggest unscrewing the back fan to make room to work on the CPU cooler.

This PC made me feel like a kid on Christmas. I've been wanting to play games with mod support at 4K 60 FPS for so long, and I'm happy that I finally can. Being able to open demanding programs within seconds makes me feel like I'm dreaming. That said, there is a glaring issue with the temperature that needs to be addressed. All of the fans are all trying to push warm air out, but none are pulling cool air in. Not only that, but the default CPU cooler does a bad job of preventing it from overheating, and should be upgraded ASAP.

So far i really enjoy its performance and have not had any issues. ive heard that the fans may need to be flipped if i ever run into a crashing problems bc all of them are set to exhaust. if i ever run into that issue it is a simple fix so i do not mind. overall was really great especially with the discount.

Need to upgrade cooling unit. The cool master cooler that comes built in does not cool enough to run online games. Swapped out for a liquid cooler with more fans. Also, all fans came set to exhaust; none were intake. Swapped the front 2 fans around for intake and have no issues now.

Overall, I am enjoying this computer. It came with expanding foam in the PC, which saved the parts from being damaged. However, this computer does have some flaws. The first issue is in regards to the keyboard. One of my keys, which is shown in the pictures is flipped upside down, and I cannot fix it because of how it was printed, which is slightly annoying, but I can deal with it. Sometimes the window key gets stuck and I must pull on it to get it unstuck. Furthermore, on the back of the PC, the female end of the ports does not line up with the case, and it makes it difficult to plug things in. I am sure I can fix this myself, but again, slightly annoying. Lastly, the biggest issue is that when I play games, no matter the size or specifications, my computer will crash and do a hard restart. I am unsure as to why this happens but it is frustrating me the most. I downloaded some software to reduce the power to 80%, but this is only a temporary solution, and I should not have to do this. Other than those issues, the computer is cool and has the potential to be amazing when I fully upgrade it, but I fear it will need a lot of work to get to that point. Do not recommend for someone who is not skilled/knowledgable in technology/computers.

My first real gaming PC and I have to say it has been a beast so far! It has handled everything I've thrown at it without flinching. Flight sim even on very high settings was purring like a kitten. Also was very easy to set up and get running. Highly recommend it!

It worked well for the first months but after about a year and a half it has started to develop issues. The screen will go black and the fans will go on max speed for no reason. I think that if you want a computer that will last you might be better of saving up more to build a computer that works better.

Amazing pc for a beginner. This is my first pc, and I couldn't be happier so far. I took the advice of other reviewers and switched some fans around and bought a new cooler. I haven't had to switch out the coolers yet, because I don't do too serious of gaming, so my temperatures have been fine so far. Super easy set up with nice instructions of where to attach your other devices.

I think this is a great prebuilt PC, but its fatal flaw is the overheating. Installing some extra fans and such on my own will probably help this problem, but it just kind of sucks to drop so much money on a prebuilt and then still have to add stuff to it afterwards.

PC came in perfect condition, super user friendly and easy to set up. There was only maybe a cord or two that got loosened in the shipping process. The i7 runs way too hot for the included cooler, so I purchased a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Black RGB, and the computer is running flawlessly so far. Super easy cheap fix for an amazing system with the 3060 Ti which isn't easy to come by.

very Happy with all my products , Everything works great and i have never had a gaming system before. Super fast and the Graphics are better than I expected. This order came in super fast and was packaged really well. Computer is a beast! Id really suggest this if you are looking for your next upgrade.

I added RAM and a better SSD, but it was a great computer for the price at the time.

Runs great, so far. After reading the other reviews i took the precaution and bought a new cpu cooler. runs great easy installation except the adhesive bracket from the original cpu fan. I also turned the 2 fans around to intake air from the front, seems to be running fine with temps and such.

Good bang for your buck, it runs smooth,only down side is games crashes randomly at only 75hz on low-mid settings, and came out of the box with fan plug-ins not well plugged in (easy fix though)

Came across this PC on best buy while it was black Friday, Really wanted to get into PC gaming for the longest and finally bought this awesome machine. Of course I did read the reviews before purchasing it and they weren't kidding, the stock cpu cooler needs to go. Every game I played literally ran my CPU temp up to a 100 degrees Celsius and crashed every game I tried to play. This is easily replaceable though. I removed the stock cpu cooler and replaced it with a corsair iCUE H100i Elite Capellix Liquid CPU Cooler. CPU temp never goes over 60 now even while gaming. Keep in mind this is literally my first ever PC and I have no prior knowledge of building or replacing parts but it was honestly really easy putting in the new CPU cooler. So I definitely recommend this to anyone who is willing to upgrade it and really wants to get into PC gaming.

This is a great pre-built PC! Looks great and runs great. The only thing I would advise is to replace the CPU cooler, just as the other reviewers have mentioned. The stock CPU cooler is extremely bad and not meant for gaming at all. I replaced mine with a CPU liquid cooler (no brainer). Now when I run games at Ultra settings, my cpu temp stays cool.
