Alright, I’ll get to the point. This pc is perfect as advertised. You’ll get a superb high end plug and play experience with the 3060 TI and the core i7 inside. I myself have been able to play games at 4K over 100+ fps, even while streaming to my friends on different platforms and having browsers open in the background lol. A lot of reviews complain about the fan, but I had no actual problem with it after letting it run for awhile, you’ll always have to let a pc get set up and download drivers to make sure things work well, it’s just part of owning one. It’s an amazing pc for honestly an amazing price, considering you can’t even grab the graphics card for this price right now, and it’s honestly a steal. First prebuilt I’ve purchased wich actually worked when it got here without having to spend another 200$ lol! I’m loving it so far.

Good gaming PC, great deal, can't build it for this price, as ive read in the other reviews make sure and replace the CPU cooler right away, stock one is just not enough I bought dark rock 4 cooler and works great, also the 2 side case fans are backwards they are put as exhaust and should be intake so i turned those around, mine came with 3200MHZ of ram which was a nice surprise, overall just those few things i had to do are quick and easy, would be 5 stars if it came with a better cooler for the CPU, but honestly not a big deal, i highly recommend

I must say that I am very impressed with what I have! Here are my brief highlights after having it for about three weeks: I am coming from a laptop (MacBook Pro) to back to a desktop as my primary computer. Lots of options to add stuff such as memory, bigger (or faster) SSD/hard drive, and it also appears even the graphic card. I do like the extra touch of RGB lights added to the fans (pretty neat). I do have a question…is it possible to update the Intel processor with something like a K version or better? Some people knocked on the keyboard and mouse; for me they are not too bad to use (the mouse is DEFIENLTY NOT you standard Logitech size mouse LOL)! More importantly I was coming from a MacOS, fearing that I would be stepping into a Windows Vista mess! Boy was I wrong. I really like Windows 11. From its speed to functionality, Microsoft has really made improvements! Kudos to them! As others reported the biggest issue is the heat sink that comes with the computer. This must get replaced ASAP before the computer is usable. Otherwise (at least with my own experience) the computer will reboot or just freeze. I got the Hyper 212 RGB Black Edition from Best Buy. For the most part it was easy to install; the hard part was trying to get the plastic brace off the frame and to add the one that came with the heat sink. Once done the computer has been humming. I have attached an image of what the new heat sink would look like. Another item to bring about…and its just me…having 6 fans running at the same time is loud…and hot! But this is just the price to pay ruining a beast like this. And speaking of running like a beast… Games run like butter on this monster (from what I can tell)! Also, with 8-core processor Adobe products such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effect and Premiere Pro run with no slow-down or studder! All in all, I was thinking about not getting this computer, and wait until the new iMac 27-inch desktops come out. With what I have, and let alone the money I will probably save, this computer will probably be a keeper!

Not a Bad PC, but a Bad Experience

I will say that once I got the computer to work, it works great, but there were a lot of troubles leading up to that. The first PC that they sent me had a busted GPU (the only reason I went for a prebuilt) and the second one was missing the led controller (which is easily remedied though software, but still kind of annoying). Past that the PC ships with windows 11 preinstalled which was still very buggy and didn't work with a few of my programs forcing me to reinstall a windows 10 version. This is less a fault with CyberPowerPC, but I would have liked a windows 10 option, or getting one without an OS installed. I am someone who has a lot of experience with computers, and I thought prebuilts were supposed to be plug and play, but for me I think building my own may have been an easier time. TLDP: the computer is a beast and does everything I need well, but the process of getting it up and running was frustrating and took me multiple days of troubleshooting that an average user may not be able to deal with.

Really pleased with the CyberPower PC. I’ve had it for three days now and so far so good. The PC came in a really secure box, with keyboard, mouse, and a handy pouch containing a quick start guide, Xbox game pass offer (which didn’t work) and an offer from CyberPower to provide a review in exchange for Amazon gift cards. Just to be clear there is no expectation from CyberPower PC to give a positive review. Just make sure you check that all of the cables are attached inside the case. The back fan wasn’t working, but it was pretty straight forward to unscrew the side panel, identify the unplugged cable and plug it back in. All fans were set to exhaust, but I wanted to have some air intake. Super simple to flip two of the fans around. So far the temperature has been fine (peaking at around 73 degress when playing age of empires) without purchasing a new cpu fan, but I’ll continue to monitor this. The mouse is really impressive, good feel, lots of buttons, looks good with the rgb lightening, I’ve been able to use it as well as my kids who are under 10 years of age. I wanted a ten keyless keyboard, so did purchase that separately. By the CyberPower keyboard was fine, nice white lighting under the keys. Performance has been great… playing the latest age of empires and also Minecraft. Love the simplicity of the case design, the color of the four fans (comes with a remote to change to a specific color or auto for random patterns). Not all of the colors on the remote map correctly (you have to hit the green button for pink) so I’ll probably reach out to CyberPower to get this sorted. It’s not a big deal, and the color patterns on auto are really fun. All in all, very satisfied with the purchase.

Needed a new computer for Windows 11 since my 7th generation Intel proc is not compatible. Saw one from Cyberpower PC with a RTX 3060 Ti and decided to purchase it after reading the reviews. The reviews are correct that the Intel proc runs hot and the pre-built cpu fan was not able to handle the heat under heavy load. Not a big problem, just replaced it with a $50 cooler master 212. However, upgrading the cpu fan on this pre-built pc was more difficult than I expected due to poor cable management. It was like throwing all your unfolded laundry into your closet and hopefully no one opens it. Well. I opened it. Aside from that, for he price during post COVID with the constraints and all, hard to beat!

This PC is a beast for the price! Like others said, we might add some cooling fans in the future. However, at this time, they aren’t needed. Everything came plugged in ready to play!! All instructions are simple. I’m not tech savvy but the setup was a breeze. Very satisfied with this system especially at this price point! Immaculate graphics, great for gaming. So grateful I was able to gift my son this epic system!

I wanted to wait until I had owned this computer for a month to write the review so here it is. This desktop was my introduction into pc gaming after wanting to play games like Halo Infinite. Reviews said this pc runs hot and it does. Halo ran at 85c and a stress test took the pc to temps over 100c within minutes. Like the majority of reviews I have two recommendations to help with the temps. Firstly, change the front to case fans to intake instead of exhaust and secondly buy a better CPU fan and replace the stock fan. It was a daunting replacement because I am brand new to desktops but with a coolermaster 212 my gaming temps never go above 70c and my stress test never went above 85c. Decent setup for the way the current pc market is but 4/5 stars because I immediately had to replace the cpu fan.

CyberPowerPC is my first pre-built gaming PC. Can't wait to play online games with my family and friends. So far I had only used it for my Oculus Quest 2. It's amazing how clear the graphics improve. The fans are quite and from other reviews about the fan for the cpu. I would have to agree with the other reviews about upgrading the cpu cooling fan. Will update my review if anything changes.

Great Gaming PC - Replace the CPU Cooler

The desktop is actually well equipped for the price point. There are two major problems, though. The first is that the two side fans come with air flowing OUT of the case. There is no intake fan. It is vital to switch these two fans around so that air flows into the case at the front and out of the back. There are additional slots on the case for more fans if desired. I went ahead and ordered another outtake to fit on the top, but it is likely not required. The second concern is that the CPU heatsink is not up to the task. This really is the only place where CyberPower went cheap. Order a replacement cooler and you are good to go. There was a chip on the side of my case. The employee or whoever took a marker to try to cover it up a bit. This is very minor damage and so it is completely fine for me, but inspect your case for dents and what not if that kind of stuff bothers you. Honestly, I am quite impressed with the system and believe it is quite a capable machine. Fix the fans and CPU cooler and you are good to go.

I bought this becuase of the $200 dollar in savings for black friday. It's my first ever gaming pc and so far its been amazing. I can play AAA titles on ultra settings 1440p with a smooth 60fps. The only con is that all the fans are set to exhaust. If you do buy this swith the front two side fans over so that it sucks air in and blows are out through the front. Also the first upgrade I would do is the cpu heatsink. Temps do get toasty but not too hot but replacing it could allow the cpu to have a longer life span.

The computer in my opinion is great but first whenever I tried play game with high graphics such as Warzone or elderscolls the computer and I notice it wasn’t the computer freezing it was the gpu over high it was evga 3060 comes to find out that computer case didn’t have to much cooling so I had to keep the glass off to have breath until I found a way to speed up the GPU fan by downloading evga program that gave me access to the temperature and letting control of the speed of the fans of the Graphic card. Ever since I sped up the fan there been no issue. I am no expert in computer but I have a big passion in computer building and understanding computer especially as dedicated my life to computer I hope this help you understand for other that it just case you could either change the case which will cost more money or just speed up the fans (or add more fans in the pc)

Great gaming PC but need to upgrade the fan cooler. I had it for a week and couldn’t play any games without it crashing the whole system. Took it back to Best Buy and finally found someone who understood and listen to my problem. Replaced the cooler with a much more expensive one and it runs perfect now. It is a bit ridiculous that I have to buy a $100 part for this right off the get go for it to work.

Be it I've only had it for a few days now, the computer has been running great. It was delivered the same day I ordered it, I even got 3200mhz ram instead of 3000mhz, I guess I just got lucky! I checked the PSU(Power Supply) too and it's a gold rated EVGA 600w PSU so better than expected. Like most people are saying I'd say it's almost a must to at least turn around the front two fans so it sucks in air, that way the CPU and GPU temps don't get too high. Just to let you know the PC comes with a USB stick that allows you to get paid (in Amazon gift cards) to review the item you purchased. Many of the reviews are likely done within the first few days of getting this PC so in terms of longevity I'm unsure how things will hold out. But by the looks of the components utilized in my machine, it should hold out well. Fingers crossed. If you're curious I'm leaving some pictures of the components used in my machine, yours may vary.

Considering the price, it is a beast of a PC, able to run many games in high settings and in a smoothly way. the only bad thing about this PC are the fans because they overheat during some hours playing a GPU bound game. For games that are mostly CPU usage like CS:GO it is ana amzing buy, since you can play 8 hours and it will won't overheat.
