After a few months of using this computer, all the applications and services on it run very well and the graphics card helps make my games and other programs work amazingly. I definitely would recommend this to anyone looking for a decently priced but high quality experienced PC Tower!

Admittedly I'm a newbie when it comes to this stuff, but after doing some research this pc definitely seemed to be what I was after, and honestly it's been a great purchase thus far. I'll echo the others in saying that you'll want a different cooler, but other than that it's smooth sailing.

Really nice purchase- super fast and has everything I need as a full time futures trader. Only issue with these new ones that are pre-built is that they have all the bloatware on them AND you can’t get windows 10 instead of 11 - bummer! PC is really nice tough

just got my cyberpowerPC from best buy. I unfortunately had to return the first one and get a second. As of right now though i am really enjoying my pc. This is my first gaming pc and so far i am loving it.

Packaged very well with great instructions and came with 2 sticks of ram which is nice. Only issue is with the cooling as the fan on the cpu is not great. Other than that the build quality is top tier.

This is my 1st PC I have ever bought, and boy was it a headache. First time I got this PC I had to return it because I thought it was defective. 2nd one that was delivered the RGB lights weren't working. Finally on the 3rd time receiving this PC I got it to work, only after flipping the two front fans and replacing the cooling fan. Yes, this PC is awesome and works great especially for the price but only giving 3 stars for all the trouble I had to go through.

Best Buy hooked me up - installed my old drives and made sure that I was happy. My new baby was ready to rumble right out of the box. Had it two weeks now and I've installed nearly a hundred games (no, really). They all run smoothly at high to ultra graphics. :) K. Gotta Go Game...

I have had absolutely zero issues with using this computer to play FFXIV and MonHunGen--graphics are gorgeous, load times for games and streaming are nonexistent, and (obviously) the desktop itself is gorgeous with all the different RGB settings available. Super happy with it.

I have been using this computer since black friday 2021 and it has performed well. The only drawback is I did need to upgrade the ram and the cpu cooler but stuff like that is expected in a prebuilt.

Great pc for gaming only downside if you wanna use this for streaming is the ram would need a upgrade the two 8gb cards handle any game your throw at it but using obs and running the game is hard on them overall great pc but I would recommend upgrading the ram to 2 16gb cards

Garbage PC. It ran fast, looked cool. I bought it to play one game in particular that I have been really into. I booted it up, looked great. However every 5-10 minutes it would just crash out to windows. I made sure everything was up to date on drivers, rebooted the PC, etc. No luck. Contacted their customer support and they told me to play a different game. NOT helpful when I just dropped $1500 on a computer to play THIS game. They also tried to say maybe the game wasn't compatible with Windows 11....It's a newer game and I literally play wit a friend who is on Windows 11 so that's just a lie. I currently own a cyberpowerpc and it is garbage as well. When I purchased that one, I had similar problems from the get go and support eventually had to replace my graphics card and that one still never worked right I had to replace it with a different one myself. Fans died within a year on that rig too. I think CyberpowerPC just uses bad parts and I am never buying this brand again. Best Buy, however, was good and took the computer back without any issues.

Ordered this for pick-up. Order was delayed, but the computer was packaged nicely. The two front fans had to be flipped to inlet, but other than that, set-up was quick and painless. I am planning on swapping parts throughout the future, but current parts for the price is good.

Great Desktop with one-day fast delivery. This is really cost-effective gaming PC during this time. I cannot say that's a real bargain since the recent graphical card is really expensive. But it still has a good price. I have used it for half a year, no issue happens.

I don't normally write reviews but this is my first PC and so far, I couldn't have a better experience. Cable management was great, power supply was a EVGA gold, the 3060ti is a workhorse. When you buy be sure to replace the stock cooler, I upgraded to a Cooler Master 212 RBG.

If you plan on gaming with this without any intervention DO NOT BUY!!! I feel bad for any parent who doesn't have the inclination to open the case and make some changes when buying this for their kid as a Christmas gift. If you don't mind digging in the case this might be a decent solution in these times of gpu shortages. The good: The pc was packed well in it's box. The case looks pretty nice. Cable management is decent. The keyboard seems decent, much better than what I get with pcs bought for business. Comes with a decent evga 80w+ Gold 600w psu. Equipment for this price is pretty good. $1399 The Bad: Hot temps. 3 screws in the back for the side panels weren't screwed in correctly. All fans set to exhaust. Cpu cooler is not adequate. I would prefer to build my own pc, but gpu's aren't available. I bought this on a whim to see how good a prebuilt could be. I got this for sale for $1399 which is quite a deal given gpu scalpers. As other's have mentioned all 3 case fans are set to exhaust. After booting up my pc my cpu ran at 45c at idle and just under 90c on very non-busy video gaming scenes. I flipped the 2 side case fans to intake and got my idle cpu temps down to 25c, ~60c under medium load, but still up to 100c while stress testing the cpu and gpu. That's unexceptable. I bought a coolermaster hyper 212 evo to see if I can get temps down. If I can I'll keep it. Otherwise, it's going back. I'd give this 1 star for those who don't want to flip 2 case fans and change out the cpu cooler. A customer shouldn't have to make alterations to a product they buy to make it work decently. Come on cyberpowerPC you can do better! I'd give it 3 stars for those who are willing to change out the cpu cooler and flip the 2 case fans. I'll update this review once I install the new cpu cooler.

Great pc good parts, only thing i would change is the motherboard. No optical out for audio... also the gpu is hard to get in and out due to room. Could have a bigger case... but overall good pc!

Nice gaming computer for beginners. Only issue is the cpu cooler that plenty of people on here mentioned. My cpu did get hot when gaming but after installing an aio cooler it works flawlessly

This was my first desktop, since I have owned only laptops previously. I purchased Gaming PC to play Steam games, and I love it so far. All games in my steam library run super smoothly. and the I also like the look of the machine, the lighting is very cool.

Great first PC. Ive had it for 2 weeks now and have had no issues. I did have to put a new CPU fan in it but all the reviews said to do it so I knew about it before I made the purchase. I bought a cooler master 212 fan and replaced it the day I bought the computer.
