Don't get me wrong. I love this PC, BUT the default cooling system is trash. Out of the box, I tried to play WZ, and it kept crashing. Contacted CP customer support and sent it to fix the issue, which they misdiagnosed as a bad graphics card. Took it to BB, and Geek Squad advised me of the real issue. I had to fork out money for a liquid cooling system (among plenty of options), but now it's smooth sailing. Would have given this a two star rating, but BB saved day! Overall, great PC with one big issue.

it's decent price for a prebuilt. rgb looks good although the fans most likely will be getting switched out other than that its fine

Excellent product, came better than expected! I've had for about two weeks now and I do not regret making the decision to buy this PC. I did make a few minor upgrades but overall 100% worth it.

I bought this computer after being a Mac only gal for 12 years, and I have to say I'll never go back to a Mac! This works wonderfully for all the games I want to play and was a breeze to set up!

This PC isnt perfect, but by fixing the CPU cooler, it can be. What a beast for a first PC. This thing is VR ready

Was easy to setup and use. Also purchased a new 32" monitor to go with it. I intend to use this for my MS 2020 Flight Simulator, X-Plane 11, and DCS. Can't wait to get the sims reloaded!!!

The pc is honestly great and there isn’t any major complain I can think of but one. Now I’m not a major tech guy, but the specifications state that the ram runs at 3000, but it’s actually at 2666. Additionally, the ram in the picture isn’t the ram I got since mine was red while the picture shows white. Apart from that, the 2 fans in the front need to be flipped to insure optimal cooling. Overall recommend.

Excellent piece of equipment that functions well enough to play every game that my heart could desire. Affordable, sleek looking case, and powerful. Couldn't ask for anything better.

Purchased on Black Friday and I am impressed with the performance. I took the advice of other reviews and upgraded the cpu cooler and I have had no issues whatsoever. I highly recommend this PC

Pretty good all around. Just adjust fans for proper cooling. 2 intake 2 exhaust. Just replace CPU fan you'll be fine.

Computer works great as long as windows 11 wasent installed. Took them weeks to "fix" it and it was sent back to me with same issues. I fixed it myself and computer was returned to me with a damage to outside. There solution was to send my a pair of their crappy headphones.

Quick and fast shipping - PC worked upon unboxing. Also the packaging was impressive. I did however replace the CPU fan with the 212 Hyper RGB fan based on other reviews. Works great!

Despite my initial reservations regarding the price I couldn't be happier with the company. I received a quality product that only needed the minor tweaks most other reviews mention. Once you replace the cooler (which wasn't as bad as I'd been expecting) and flip the side fans to intake the PC is ready to go! Delivery was estimated to be 6 days but I also received the machine in only 4 days from purchase. The overall experience purchasing from CyberPowerPC has been great and I'd recommend checking them out. Special mention to Best Buy themselves for their helpful employees who I talked to about various things regarding the new PC as I picked it up from them!

Everything was perfect with my order. Temps are fine out of the box. Minimal noise and the performance has been great. No complaints here.

Bought as a gift for my son for Christmas. He is on this thing 24/7. Plays all of his games and does everything else he needs. Doesnt use it for school but he could.
