amazing pc use it everyday for work and games to play with my friends .

High end products with low end cooling never made sense to me. But after replacing the CPU cooler, it is a good PC.

PC arrived on time and worked straight out of the box with no issues.

Product is working fine; however, this requires improvement. Additionally, we have received a key for initial set up but if system crashes, it may a challenge to re-setup. Also, we didn't receive any anti virus software. Ideally, security should been top most priority given cyber theft.

Great price for the specs, especially with the current market. Loving my PC so far.

I can vouch for this Pc, just bought it and came today.. using it as a workstation and game station, wonderful.

I really wanted to like this computer. I got it when it was on sale during Black Friday. I believe the price was a steal but this computer was giving me problems more than anything. It kept giving BSOD with different types of errors. I tried to troubleshoot it but to no avail. Every time I would play a game, it wound constantly crash within minutes. I believe one of the problem might be the lack or poor quality of CPU cooler. The CPU temp would hover about 80-90c when I am playing (at low settings) and then would reach 96c+ which would instantly crash the game. I didn’t want to spend more money on this to buy a better CPU cooler because that might not solve all the problem (bsod). All in all, I would stay away from this prebuilt. There’s a reason why it has so many negative bad reviews.
