Seems to work the CPU gets hot so make sure you watch that. Runs games fast. Get it while on sale

Great pc upgraded my cpu fan out the box to avoid overheating issues. PC is running quiet, cool< and smooth.

The buying process was extremely easy, the shipping was delayed and I had to call support to find out why and get it re-routed so that is why I took a star off. The computer itself is great, I removed the cooling system that came with it and installed a Corsair system instead.

I love my new PC. It runs much smoother then my previous one and would definitely recommend to any gamer.

Bought this pre-built PC and did not have a good experience. The 3.0 USB cable inside the pc was not connected so I had to do it myself but while doing that, one of the pins within was not properly lined up so the cable couldn't go in until I had to bend it to get it into the proper position, which is risky. Granted you don't need to connect the USB 3.0 cable. Moving from that, the graphics card had a hardware issue within in as it kept producing an error code 43. The previous problems could vary. Furthermore, the cooling was not god at all. They use a cheap fan which makes the CPU run hot so you would have to buy a better fan which could cost $100 more. I returned PC and went with the Lenovo Vantage Legion gaming PC (pre-built) and I am really happy with it.

I've been needing a desktop for a while now, but with so many options out there its hard to find one that suits my needs. The Best Buy employees went above and beyond with guiding and directing me to get something that makes sense for my needs. The CyberPower desktop that I bought has plenty of power to play the latest games and run CAD programs for my college projects. Overall the buying experience was amazing. In times of GPU shortages, you don't get much better than this for its price. I'm very happy with my purchase
