This PC is pretty sweet for the price considering the shortage of graphics cards right now. My only complaint is the same complaint as everyone else, the cooling system. The first time I started it up and went through the APEX Legends tutorial it crashed from over heating. I added a NZXT Kraken Z63 for cooling and ever since then I have had no problems and everything has ran great.

Bought a C Series Cyberpower PC through Best Buy. Foam inside so no parts moved around during shipment. So far the machine is amazing. I'd give this 5 stars, but eh two front fans were mounted as exhaust instead of intake and the CPU fan is not the greatest. CPU runs hot under any load so replaced it with the Noctua NH-D15 which fits easily in the case.

I bought this system in January 2022 and had the Geek Squad get it up and running. The system gave me some problems with Bluescreening and Crashing. This went on for a couple of months. I would bring it in and Geek Squad would run their test, give it the all's good. Take it home and after a week it would blue screen or crash while playing a game. The problem was I had the Geek Squad install my previous SSD 1tb and have it start the pc rather then the SSD 500gb that came with it. The previous SSD 1tb may have had some old drivers that were preventing the pc from performing correctly. In the end the fix for the blue screening was having the original 500gb SSD start the pc and having the system wiped and a fresh install of Windows 10. The FIX for the Game Crashing was to invert the two fans in the front to blow air into the PC (not out) and MOST important is to Replace the CPU cooler/fan. The cooler master that comes with this pc is not good enough and it throttled the pc and caused the CRASHING. This has been an experience I hope someone else can avoid. I now enjoy the use of this system and performance has been excellent. Blue screening : check your drivers. Invert the 2 fans in front to blow air in not out. Game Crashing : you should change out the CPU fan and replace with a better one. you can do this yourself. I used the Freezer 34 eSports DUO. you will see a drastic drop in CPU Temperature and game crashing may be fixed. this worked for me. Everyone should Down load MSI Afterburner which is free so you can view the temps of the CPU and GPU and keep and eye on things which is very helpful.

Overall very happy with this purchase! Decided to upgrade my gaming experience from console. Mainly playing COD, and Warzone this has been a drastic improvement. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the machine and packaging. Reading a couple other reviews... I needed to flip two of the fans for better cooling. I also upgraded my cpu cooling and fan with the Noctua Chromax black nh d15s. Those changes and upgrades have me playing COD at max settings.

Fans were installed wrong way (all the fans were set to exhaust, had to switch them around myself). Case has poor airflow and the front intake fans are on the side instead of face of the computer so the cpu gets pretty hot. Will need to get a new cooler/more fans. Still overall satisfied with my PC since it was on sale.

I purchased this item as a gift for my daughter for christmas. She was very vocal about wanting a PC for her gaming. The packaging was great it came with a bag for the PC, so far it runs smoothy, the PC can run all the games she plays smoothy with no glitches, the keyboard is also a nice touch since it lights up white, overall im really happy with this purchase ! This is a great system! I added a liquid cooling system and upgraded the RAM to make it even more of a beast. There's not a game on the market that I can't play on Ultra High settings, and the SSD really makes booting up Windows fast! At this price point, I could not be happier. Highly recommend!

Pc works great, reviews mentioned cpu fan problems, so I ended up making a few changes to my pc, like adding 3 new fans and changing my cpu fan. Had trouble removing my backplate on the cpu that says coolermaster, found out it had adhesive, so I turned on pc for 10 mins, then I used a little bit of force to remove it. Cable management is great. Easy pc to make changes to

The computer is good but the CPU fan sucks. I replaced mine with a Noctua NH-U12S with a double fan (one on each side). Now it's a great computer. The wiring and everything is really professional. The old fan and replacement fan is pictured. Some more documentation would have helped but it wasn't a big deal. The graphic card and CPU alone are worth almost what it costs.

Great pc, but the stock cooler is just a little bad and the pc crashes on Fortnite sometimes. But overall the pc can get up two 1000fps on Fortnite which is impressive. Plus the pc comes with very bad wifi adapters so just in case I would say buy another wireless wifi adapter

I was hesitant at first about this purchase with so many complaints about cooling fans, but so far I have had zero issues with overheating while doing some gaming for several hours. I'll continue to monitor temperatures and adjust my review in the future if necessary. But as of this moment, I'm overjoyed with the performance of this machine.

I bought a cyber power gaming computer for the first time and I loved it. It is already prefabricated, it has a super good video card that allows me to play my games with excellent performance. It has the features of the fans in colors making it look super cool. I really recommend it, I would definitely buy another Cyber Power computer again.

Great product. I would totally recommend. You can't find this strong PC with this price during the chip shortage but Bestbuy and Cyperpowerpc made it. I was worry about the loud from those fans but it's perfectly quiet for gaming PC. Another thing is they said RAM speed is 3000Mhz but same as many people I got 3200MHz which is super great.

Great machine for the price! As others have said, strongly recommend swapping around the front side fans to intake fans. If you want, toss in a better CPU cooler, though just swapping the fans made a HUGE difference for me. Overall build quality was great. I actually really like the components CyberPowerPC used in my machine.

Amazing pc. This pc is solid, the only problem is the cpu cooler, u had to instal an liquid cooler because the cooler it comes with is trash, if you’re not using your pc for big games you don’t need to upgrade but if you’re playing games like for example in my case Forza 5 no more then 10 minutes the game crashes.

Surprisingly, a good computer for the price, given the current inflation and electronic shortages. I would strongly recommend replacing the standard CPU fan immediately, however.

So I bought 2 PCs because the 1st one wouldn't power on, but thankfully I was able to return the 1st one at Best Buy and they just ordered a brand new one for me. Shipping only took 3 days for the new one, and it came a day earlier than estimated. Just got the 2nd one today and it was able to power on, but I wasn't able to boot it up and a bunch of errors like "the operating system couldn't be loaded because a critical system is missing or contains errors" and also "the operating system could not be loaded, the kernel is missing or contains errors". I did some research and I saw how people said the ram could be the issue (I have 2 8gb rams) so I took out one of the rams and voilà, windows worked. I was able to set up everything normally (typing my review on it right now) but once I stick 2 rams into the pc, I can't boot it back on. I tried moving the 2 rams into different slots like 1 & 3 and 2 & 4, but to no avail, it still didn't work. I did some tests with both the rams, and one booted up quicker than the other, but it wasn't as if one ram was completely defective. Currently I have 1 ram in slot 2 and I don't know if it's the motherboard's issue or the ram, but I can only run with 8gb when I paid for 16gb. I would've definitely gave this a five star if I didn't have so many complications starting off with how my first pc didn't even turn on, and now my 2nd pc can't run with 2 rams.

Beast of a PC for the price but takes a little work to get there. First and foremost like other reviewers suggest, flip the side fans. Also replace the CPU cooling unit, I used the Cooler Master Hyper 212 RGB Black edition. This will keep those CPU temps low and prevent overheating.

I've gotten all my Gaming towers from CyberPower PC dating back to 2012. 10 years strong and they have never done me wrong. I just purchased the Gamer Xtreme Desktop with Intel core i7 and once again I am blown away with the easy setup and powerful gaming experience It provides.
