Performance is great, but every time I get into a game of Fortnite it's perfect for anywhere from 5-20 minutes, btu then it crashes, is there anything that I can do to fix this?

Ordered it Wednesday afternoon and it arrived Thursday morning. I spent 2 and a half hours setting it up and it was pretty easy for my first pc ever. I'm not having the overheat problem that I thought I was going to have after seeing some comments, mines is pretty quiet and cool (literally and physically).

It worked very well and a beautiful device and works more games amazing however this one game called Teardown had a hard time rendering probably just the graphics card because we tried more ram and it didn’t do much.

Be nice if pc didn’t abruptly, shut down during gaming 90% of the time. Graphics & all the aesthetics look nice but Quality for the price or bogus.

Ordered this PC on Black Friday for my son for Christmas. By the day after Christmas we were already returning it as the graphics card kept failing. The second one we received came damaged. We just picked up the third one today. Tell me why the first one came with a remote for the lights inside but not this one. When I called CyberPower, the technician I spoke with was very rude and condescending. If my son hadn't waited so long to enjoy his gift I would probably return it and go with a different brand based on their customer service. If this one ends up failing we will definitely find a better brand to give our money to.

Overall, I am really happy with this purchase! I bought this so I can have an NVIDIA card in a decent PC, but I honestly don't know if I could have built a better PC for the price. I am really happy with the quality, speed, and overall finish. The PC came well-assembled and I could not have asked for better,

the computer is pretty nice with the exception of the processor cooling. I have ordered a new fan which should help. Seems to me they skimped out on that in an otherwise nice machine. Overall i do recommend the computer.

Pretty sure no other pre-built gaming PC with such great configuration can beat this price in year 2021! I'm totally satisfied with the quality and value of this beast!

Powerful PC for the value but at a price. The cpu cooler needs to be replaced. Games frequently crash due to what I am thinking is not adequate cooling. Otherwise very good PC.

I am very pleased with the system overall. It took a bit of sleuthing but, come to find out these guys come overclocked to a point of crashing. In all aspects whether it is Windows 11, a game, or a program. Works beautifully after I turned down the overclocking. 5 Stars would recommend.

What a great buy. this is my second CyberPower computer. the last one is 13 years old and still running strong. its still very fast. this computer came with the 360ti video card, and it doesn't disappoint. remote control fans are nice. I added a corsair water cooler to the CPU as advised by other reviewers.

Honestly is has been great. But for some reason I think my graphics card is over heating and my monitor will shut off and my graphics cards fans will get really loud

It's a good gaming pc to start off with as a prebuilt, especially with this market inflated. Good graphic cards. I would recommend like everyone else mentions changing the fans would make a huge difference.

After reading reviews I decided to get a water cooler for the cpu because of the bad fan. So installed that no issue. First day of using it was amazing. Upgraded the ram and storage. After a few days it would reboot randomly every day I used it. So unfortunately had to return as I do not know the cause. Assuming power supply since it’s only 600. Loved the computer until it started rebooting daily.

I have just received this computer from Best Buy. It was very easy to set up. There were no surprises. Getting Microsoft set up was the biggest headache for a non-tech guy like me. Everything seems very straight forward. It looks amazing. The packaging was very protective. So far, I am impressed

Pretty good PC, It can run some pretty good games like Cyberpunk 2077 at a decent FPS. The only thing I will say is to definitely switch the 2 fans so the interior of the pc can cool off. Overall, so far so good.

I’m told it’s a great machine but had to hire the geek squad to work out some cooling issues. Added a $140 cooling upgrade and my son is gaming now without crashes.

Great starter gaming PC for my kid. Everything working great. Just had one loose screw jottling around in there and turned out to be for the hard drive bracket. Not a big deal but shouldn't happen in my opinion

Overall a great pc for the build but would invest in more ram mghz and another fan overall. However for the price great build

This was an excellent purchase for me.. Love the look of it. Best Buy did an amazing job of communicating through the entire delivery process and as far as I've seen so far there were no issues whatsoever in the delivery. Everything was handled well. I would definitely order through delivery again.
