Normally I would build a PC but now with chip and GPU shortages this is the cheapest and easiest way it seems. Glad they just do a clean OS install and don't load a bunch of junk nobody wants. Would do business again, in fact, I have. Bought my nephew one.

The PC came very quickly in less than a week and everything was exactly as was advertised and in good condition. For anyone else looking to buy this PC I would maybe buy a different CPU cooler if you are going to be doing things that are very CPU intensive.

I had the PC for 2 days now, all I did was switch the side fans to be intakes like the people recommended and I also added one more top fan as exhaust. That seems to cover the heating problem for now.

Just got my PC set up it looks great! There is a minor scratch on the bottom of the from panel wight where the intel i7 sticker is, which is disappointing for the price of the PC.

Runs most games perfect at high settings, lots of space. Overall, a great starting PC for anyone who's new to gaming. Only issue is that the PC is prone to overheating.

Purchased this unit for my son for Christmas and cannot get more than 5 minutes of play time in before it shuts the screen down and the fans go crazy. Lots of the reviews here complain of inadequate cooling so I'm sure that's the case with this one too. Planning to return this unit and look into another brand. Too bad. Great specs but poor cooling components. I tried their support line several times but never get through.

This is a good prebuilt computer. Cable management was pretty good, overall good quality parts used in the build, temps were stable and case has been easy to upgrade.

Seems pretty good. Recieves TPM error with one program. Upgrades to Windows 11. Graphics seem pretty good. Lots of LED lights.

Running smoothly and very fast. Glad to get the 3060ti in this as it's a great card for graphics performance. The RGBs look really nice on the fans and a very professional build on the case.

Not good for the price i would just build a custom one you’ll be better off that way

Decent hardware, but not the right CPU cooler. This pre built pc cannot do what it was built for without a different cooler.

The CPU was hitting 103 Celsius which I think is unacceptable out of the box. Nice value if you want to replace the cpu cooler.

Excellent service to start to finish. I am new to the PC gaming world and they handled everything start to finish got me exactly what I needed and in only 3 days, plug and play and I was on my way. Highly recommend for new PC gaming players.

i just bought this pc and it is really good runs all games on high only problem is the cooling system but other then that it is a good pc nothing wrong with it

Works VERY well and great for gaming, overall if you're looking for a great gaming experience this is the pc for you.

This computer is really HOT! in fact, that is the problem. The heatsink on the CPU is totally inadequate. Even running a "low stress" game, like the Sims 4 causes the processor to overheat in about 10->15 minutes and then crash. Really sad that CyberPower would sell something like this. So I am having to spend an extra $100 to install a liquid cooling system, which it should of come with in the first place.

This PC is pretty great. The specifications of the parts for this system are pretty good. The wire management is very organized with an excellent brand for my GPU.

Amazing and beautiful piece of machinery. Works like a dream and it was a fantastic first gaming PC for me. Going to be easy to upgrade parts in the future if needed also! Even came with a mouse and keyboard that are great.

this is my fist pc that i get to own after just helping other with theres and i must say im very happy with it cant wait to start getting in to everything and upgrading some parts

I bought this computer for my son for Christmas. We spent eight hours dealing with Geek Squad only to be told I had to bring it back to the store. I don't live close and it's a very large heavy box. After having it for two days they called to tell me it was defective and they were going to send me a new one. Second computer comes in. I brought it immediately to Best Buy (they wouldn't ship it to the store, so again I had to carry it and drive to the store) They were going to turn the fans around for me because two are backwards, and have it all set up and ready to go. They installed a game in the store my son wanted to use, they said it worked but he would have to uninstall and reinstall it when he got home. It did not work. Also one of the HDMI ports does not work, as he uses two monitors, but only one works. And I did switch the cords around with the monitors so I knew there wasn't any problems with that. Now I am having to take it back to the store a third time, but this time will be to return it. Very frustrating as this has been 12 days and still not able to use it.
