I bought this computer for my son for Christmas. We spent eight hours dealing with Geek Squad only to be told I had to bring it back to the store. I don't live close and it's a very large heavy box. After having it for two days they called to tell me it was defective and they were going to send me a new one. Second computer comes in. I brought it immediately to Best Buy (they wouldn't ship it to the store, so again I had to carry it and drive to the store) They were going to turn the fans around for me because two are backwards, and have it all set up and ready to go. They installed a game in the store my son wanted to use, they said it worked but he would have to uninstall and reinstall it when he got home. It did not work. Also one of the HDMI ports does not work, as he uses two monitors, but only one works. And I did switch the cords around with the monitors so I knew there wasn't any problems with that. Now I am having to take it back to the store a third time, but this time will be to return it. Very frustrating as this has been 12 days and still not able to use it.

Nightmare purchase. If you buy this PC it will more than likely overheat while gaming and crash everytime. Don't take it from just this review, read a few others. Exchanged it once for the same model and they both overheated under load. Both units had some fans installed backwards but even after turning them (per Cyberpowers direction) they still overheated. I wasted countless hours with their tech support and they finally admitted that this design does not have enough cooling and they suggested I add fans (at my expense) or return it. This item will only make sense if you plan on upgrading the cooling, which will void your warranty. If you don't want to add cooling and plan on gaming with this gaming PC look elsewhere. Also found it ironic that the packaging states "Play Ready" - it should say, you can play after you upgrade the cooling.

Absolutely incredible product, beautiful rgb, a fantastic 3060 ti GPU, With the SSD and the I7-11700f cpu my skyrim loads faster then i can blink, i know right ? Amazing build for newcomes to pc gaming and veterans alike ! 10/10

Ordered the CyberPower PC from recommendation from a co-worker. Very happy with the PC. I did the curb side pick up and they were out within 5 minutes. Nice job Best buy.

I bought this pc about a week ago and have been using it ever since. I must say that after flipping the fans and changing the cpu cooler it is awesome. If they are able to install better fans this pc would be amazing!

Great Price and quality. I flipped the two side fans around as soon as I got the PC and the temps are excellent, never over 60 C, even when playing Apex on high settings. Shipping was fast and packaged for maximum safety.

Everything came out fine. Nothing seems out of the order. Every component was safe and secure. I see a lot of ppl complain about PC over heating or something but i don't have that problem, at least not yet.

I mean what can I say? I needed a PC and I got a PC. It's hard to get ahold of parts recently and putting your own parts together is a daunting task so it was nice to be able to buy one that was ready to use.

Nice look! Wifi goes in and out and might need to be changed. Runs a little hotter than my other PCs, but overall a decent gaming PC.

I'm pretty easy to please, so I'm happy with my purchase with CyberPowerPC. There was no noticable damage/scratches. Do note that the motherboard is dependent on what they have on hand. I got a GIGABYTE B560 DS3H AC.

So far this computer has been excellent. I have read other reviews saying the i7 cpu does run a little hot so you may want to get a better fan. Great buy on a pre built with the state of GPU shortage and over pricing.

Found a great deal for a prebuilt desktop with an i7 and a 3060 Ti, unpacking experience was quick and easy and the case quality was great. Great place to buy a gaming rig, especially while GPU prices are so high!

As someone who isn't too tech savvy, this PC was my first purchase. I later learned the specs it came with were great, especially for the price. All in all, great PC!

This Pc has been great! I read the reviews about getting a new Cpu cooler. I got MSI Mag Coreliquid 240. Works great. No overheating problems.

So far no issues with the PC, working great but Had some issues with the wifi antennas but customer support was helpful and got it fixed

Purchased this for my son to replace the desktop that died. Since its in his bedroom I make him fully power down (off) so the lights do not disturb / interrupt his sleep. He says he likes the computer.

Great PC. Super easy set up and very friendly tech support. They make it so easy to set everything up with their clear instructions that come in the box.

After several hours of updating drivers, research, and troubleshooting I still could not play a game for more than 5 minutes without a crash. Cooling is an issue, probably the cause. Experienced several BSODs along the way. Comes with Windows 11 which is somewhat of an issue on drivers and hardware conflicts, probably less so in the near future.

I just bought the CyberPowerPc yesterday, but it has upheld my expectations never used this brand before but after this im gonna be a returning customer. I did upgrade the ram from 16gb to 32gb

Amazing pc I had an amazing time with it what I recommend is tho if it make you update to window 11 don’t do it download window 10 and stay on that version instead is safer. Good pc highly recommend.
