I had to replace the cooling system with a better one, other than that it is a good rig.

Just invest into a 60 dollar cooler and you will be good.

good PC, and I echo everyone else's thoughts on the cooling system. Would definitely recommend buying a different CPU cooler and flipping the side fans

I love the pc. Im so happy that i got this during the black friday deal. I flipped the two fans and the temps are very good. The rgb on the fans are so nice.

Easy setup. No issues, very quick. Everything is working so far and the keyboard and mouse that come with it are great! Can't wait to use it for gaming!

As a non expert, new to gaming normie, i love this product its pretty dope. reliable so far, works like a gem.

Do not buy this unit. It is garbage for $1600. We had (4 years) previously purchased one for $700 by Cyberpower, never had any issues. We wanted to get an upgrade for our son and ...first time use and it ran hot .. We contacted Cyberpower and they explained that we had to rotate the fans (intake/out). That didn't work. The tech also explained that many people put better cooling units, which they pay out of pocket. This junk is going back to Best Buy and will never purchase any Cyberpower products again. Customers should not pay that much money and have to add more things for a product to run properly...

Love my new PC! got it from Best Buy on black friday and i couldnt be happier w my purchase. Love the lights and i can't wait to start playing my games!

Tried to play games, continually gave blue screen stop codes for memory management, making it impossible to play. Spent over an hour with the geek squad asking me to redo things I told them I already did. Took it in after that for them to work on December 8 with an estimated completion date of December 25. Called them the night of December 26 after not hearing anything since drop off just wanting an update. Was transferred repeatedly and spoke with four different people asking for the same information each time. In the end I was told they had no idea the status of my computer and would have someone call me within 24-48 hours. It is now January 1 and I STILL have heard nothing. My friend got the same computer and it works great for them. I recommend buying elsewhere as the customer service at Best Buy is absolutely awful and not worth the money. My issue is the defect in the computer, but more so the “support” I purchased with it.

It was a pretty good deal & was in great condition. I replaced the SSD & CPU fan but overall I would definitely recommend this PC especially on sale.

Very nice computer. The store professional explained the features and asked to make sure I was getting the correct computer for our gaming needs.

Bought a c series from best buy for $1600! CPU fan is horrible, graphics card is not as advertised, asked for a possible gift card for the discrepancy, I was told no. Product should offer more of a description that way people know what they are spending $1600 on!

This PC gave me some issues with ventilation but asides from that, it runs very well.

Great computer, will need a liquid cool to support most games smoothly. Bought this computer for flight simulator and works great

Love this pc. Had to swap the motherboard tho. Other than that runs great and for the price you really can’t build this for anywhere close.
