My son was VERY EXCITED to get this computer, but boy, did FRUSTRATION kick in quickly!! $1500 for a computer that shutdown numerous times do to overheating and crashing is NOT acceptable. SO VERY DISSAPOINTED !! The CPU constantly rose to 90-100c just playing Fortnite and other games. Windows (11) completely crashed and had to have all software reinstalled. Returned to Best Buy 2 days after receiving and the salesperson advised that this was the 5th or 6th CyberPowerPC that has been returned due to multiple problems, mainly overheating. The hardware appeared to be of good quality, but no thank you. Please keep your computer box for easier return to store.

Just got this pc as well as my buddy and neither of us can play a game for more than 5 minutes without it crashing, if I can fix this I will edit the comment.

I purchased this gaming desktop for the black friday special. it was $200 off the price so $1399 was a deal too good to pass up. I play World of Warcraft TBC Classic and also Call of Duty. Call of Duty Fatal Error crashes 100% of the time. Sometimes in 5 minutes, sometimes in 10 minutes. World of Warcraft TBC Classic Fatal Error crashes at a much lower rate, I would estimate 10% of the time. I've had this computer for almost a week now and it has also blue screen crashed about 4 times. I've updated the Nvidia drivers and have updated windows. Still the Fatal Errors and crashes exist. I am beyond frustrated and would not recommend anyone buy this computer. I plan to return it next week when my holiday schedule clears up a bit. A brand new computer should not be giving me so much headache. DO NOT BUY THIS COMPUTER.

This PC came out of the box with a bad GPU - showing green snow on the screen, Windows reporting Code 43, random display disconnects. It's too bad, because this PC has the best price/performance ratio on paper of all the PCs in its sale price range. However, that means nothing if the hardware is defective. This was a very frustrating experience which makes me very wary of CyberPowerPC.

My go to Gaming computer. Everyone in my family uses this brand.

I love the pc. its great to start streaming on. Only issue I have is setting it up for gaming but other than that its great.

came in sooner than expected, great computer, switched out the cpu fan and the two front fans from exhaust to intake

Working great so far. Took about 45 min to swap the CPU cooler and flip the fans and now everything is running beautifully!

overall great experience, so far so good, ill be back in a couple of weeks to give me a little time to try it.

pc works great with a few tech glitches when running certain games

I bought this PC for gaming and streaming and so far I have not had any problems gaming while I am streaming!!

I have an issue where it there's no display on my monitor. I have to turn off the pc and back on and hope it displays. I already ruled out its not my monitor, or hdmi cord... Really upset about this. Any help would be appreciated.
