Great PC, super easy to get going and get the hang of... BUT every time I tried getting into a game it would crash minutes in. Tried different games to see if that was the problem and it wasn't. Everything else worked perfectly. Just sucked that I can't do the thing it was bought for.

Just received mine from Bestbuy i7 with 3060ti gpu. Looks and feels amazing. No issues whatsoever, highly recommend!

this was my first pc ever, and I loved it. i feel in love with it right out the box. great quality.

When I bought this PC I was assured that there were no issues with this product until the second I got home, tried playing a game and it crashing after about 20 minutes. After doing some testing I noticed the CPU was getting as hot as 95 Celsius before crashing the whole system. I was so distracted by the fact that I had a 3060 for such a low price that I didn’t even bother to think about cooling being an issue until now. The overall case design makes no sense and doesn’t do anything in terms of keeping it cool on the inside. DO NOT BE INFLUENCED BY THE PRETTY GPU AND GET SOMETHING ELSE

PC is good it got shipped super-fast and nothing got damaged in the process. If you buy this, you won't regret it.

Good starter PC , works fine just needs a new CPU Cooling Fan

Good price! The only con is the fan! The case fan does not work properly. sometime works sometime not. It can easily reach to 80.Fan replacement is not easy in this system.

Right after our purchase we had to return it & the GeekSquad had to remove Windows 11 & install Windows 10 b/c it kept crashing. After that we had to update every driver still in order for it to work. For such an expensive item- This was a very frustrating experience.
