The best purchase I’ve ever made I’m very happy to have chosen this system everything is going completely well for me.

Overall decent PC. Runs warzone and COD at 1440 @ 110-130 fps. But the PC it self has MAJOR cooling problems. Without the tempered glass side panel off the PC will crash due to over heat with any game. When I got the PC itself, the side glass temper panel was shattered, 2 of the RGB fans did not work and the CPU cooler did not work either. Contacted support at cyber power, they sent replacement. Once I got the new side panel and I put it on I discovered the overheating issues. Contacted cyber power PC again and was advised to just return the PC and get the Ibuypower 3060ti (same price). This cyber power build has case that is insufficient and cpu cooler definitely needs replaced asap. Luckily I Purchased the total tech from Best Buy and was able to bring this in within the return period and was able to get my cooling issues fixed. (Had to purchase cpu cooler and Additional fans). Unless you are immediately ready to spend another 200 bucks or so to fix cooling issues, just buy the Ibuypower 3060ti. Family member bought the Ibuypower PC same time I bought this and he has had no issues whatsoever.

Really exciting too owed this. It's been one week and I can't stop playing computer games online. I recommend it

overall experiences with the pc is good the only issue i had is the intake fans were the wrong way.

I bought this PC to run photoshop and other image processing tools. It works perfectly for me.

Great performance added liquid cooler air cooler is junk

I’ve only had the pc a few days now but been playing games almost nonstop. It can handle Halo Infinite on 1080p ultra settings at over 100fps. I knew I wanted the 3060ti gpu and with the holiday sale this was one of the best deals you could get for this card during current times. I highly recommend this build if you’re looking to get a really good build that will play AAA titles for several years to come.

I wanted to treat myself to a computer upgrade and this caught my eyes. It's a beautiful case and I love the colors inside. I did a lot of reading of the reviews before I bought it so I knew all the things I had to do on my own to make it optimal based on other reviewers' recommendations (flip the side fans, upgrade cooling fan). However, I encountered issues that might be caused by a defected graphics card. Here's been my experience so far: When I got it, I plugged it in to check the condition. First thing I immediately noticed as it finished booting up was the stretched out/enlarged/safe mode display look. I decided to check the resolution settings and found I couldn't change the resolution. I suspected something might be wrong with the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti card so I checked the properties setting in Device Manager. As suspected, I saw the message "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)" error. To confirm the issue even further, when I enter the BIOS setting, green lines populated the entire screen. After researching, I've learned the green lines or dots usually indicate a hardware issue but I followed some troubleshooting recommendations from the internet to see if I could miraculously fix it on my own. I updated to latest Nvidia drivers from manufacturers website (tried Studio driver and Game Ready driver) but did not resolve the issue. I took out and reinserted the graphics card in the same PCI slot but I still saw the green lines in BIOS and code 43. I tried moving the graphics card to another slot but I still saw green lines in BIOS, code 43, and I even saw green line show up a little here and there on the Windows login screen. At this point, it's been a few hours of debugging, troubleshooting, and trying to resolve it on my own but nothing was fixing it. So I gave up and contacted Cyberpower support (techteam at cyberpowerpc) and detailed the issues and everything I tried so far. I got a response back from someone at Cyberpower suggesting it is a "hardware problem with the graphics card" and that the "only way to get this problem resolved is to replace that graphics card with a new one." I was told I had to register the computer I bought to access their warranty service so I just did that and now I will send an email back indicating I registered and see how Cyberpower warranty services can help me resolve this. I'm writing this review after registering because the confirmation page said if I write a review on the site I bought the computer from, I can get a CyberPowerPC Mouse Pad - hopefully that's true. Right now, I give it a 2/5 stars for the aesthetics, the mouse and keyboard that came with it, and getting an initial response from Cyberpower support. If their warranty services can resolve my issue smoothly, I will change my review appropriately (idk if best buy allows editing reviews but if not, I'll post another review again). Time to screenshot this review so I can get my free CyberPowerPC Mouse Pad!

Great PC build, the price is so good at this time with RTX 3060ti

Decent hardware. Satisfied with it. For some reason the two fans that are ontop of each were configured as exhaust fans, be sure to flip this to intake fans./

After extensive research of all the different custom-PC retailers, and customizing my exact PC-Build across six of those retailers, I concluded that CyberPower PC was (by far) the best option. Not only could the procure all of the components I wanted for this build, but their configuration system and GUI was super easy, intuitive, and fun to use.

I bought the CyberPowerPC - Gamer Xtreme Desktop - Intel Core i7-11700F - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti - 1TB HDD + 500GB SSD And I can honestly say I'd recommend this pc If you like to edit videos/pictures and like to play videogames too this is the best PC you can get not only will you be saving yourself a buck its really worth it

So far no issues, perfect daily gaming desktop, I love it!

Fast and easy to set up, perfect for what my family.

This is my first gaming pc. I’m a lite gamer and needed to get another pic in general. After looking at the reviews, I purchased this item and immediately installed a different type of fan ad other reviews stated it can get hot. It’s quiet and has not run hot at all. I am satisfied with my purchase.

It’s a good “Bang for your Buck” if you buy without having issues. I recently purchased from Best Buy and waited 10 days for delivery, build wasn’t in store, once I set it up i updated the available updates and drivers. I proceeded to install Steam and also Escape From Tarkov. Now every time i try to play a game it kicks me to window screen within minutes every time. I’ve been trying everything to correct it but nothing has worked. Will soon be exchanging it for another one i imagine.

I never really put my trust on Pre-built computers ever before, but this purchase changed my entire belief that I had in my entire life. I would definitely recommand this product to my friends. specs are amazing for the price, lightings are absolutely amazing.
