Bought the PC from best buy, games wouldn't run. None of them! They kept crashing. Returned the PC. Received a brand new PC. Games kept crashing. Realized there was a BIOS update that needed to be done. Updated BIOS. Games stopped crashing. I was very excited. 20 days later computer starts crashing and giving out a memory error. Checked memory. Memory hardware issues detected. This computer has been nothing but a pain. I'm calling customer service to see what they can do but I'm not getting my hopes up.

i was so excited to buy it for my wife she was in love with the pc that she got the only thing that bother me it was missing the extra 1tb storage so i had to return it other than that i would of gave it 5 stars

The PC had turned on and operated correctly and fine, that was until I turned on a game. Within 5-10 minutes of playing any game the PC crashed, bluescreened or just restarted. I wouldn’t reccomend buying this product as it’s list of components only covers up for the other components that do not function to a gamers needs. The cooling system had failed to work for an Intel I7 core, the 3060 Ti had worked but it was an overall dissapointment to learn I had to bring it back 2 days after I opened it.

My PC arrived in great looking condition, the box had no dents or holes. First time starting the PC, green lines appeared all over the screen. Loaded up windows and had an error 43 on the video card. Tried most trouble shooting steps that would not void any warranty. Took it back to a local Best Buy. Geek Squad informed me the video card was defective. I'm not sure how this computer was shipped out with a defective video card from the start. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with Cyberpower for shipping out a defective PC with no quality control. Best Buy and Geek Squad were professional and courteous. I got a full refund within 20 min of my appointment for them to inspect the computer.
