Games would crash in 5 minuets, the pc games would randomly crash at times and the cooler is so bad you can’t get the CPU to cool. This pc may be cheap but don’t trust it, I bought this once and then replaced it to get another one that doesn’t work. This angers me off so hard because I had to put my time into all of this.

CYBERPOWER COMPUTERS

On Christmas morning he opened his present. He went to set it up, but it wouldn't work. The next day we took it to the Geek Squad. They could not figure out how to fix it, and called it a LEMON. Then we ordered this (the same computer). After this computer arrived it did not work either. Geek Squad could not fix. We ordered a different kind of computer the 3rd time; I DO NOT RECOMMEND CYBERPOWER TO ANYONE!

Not Happy

Set it up installed all the drivers and neither of us can play a game for more than 3 minutes before it crashes. Been working on it for days now trying everything we can and watching so many videos to get them to work but no luck yet. Really annoying that a $1,400 pc wont do the one thing we got it for.

Defective graphics card

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was very excited to finally get mine in, and as soon as I turned it on I had green dots and lines pop up on the screen, tried restarting it and it wouldn’t boot up anything so I tried restarting it again and was finally able to set up windows 11.. after setting it up I tried to update the graphics driver and it wasn’t allowing me to. Went to look at the graphics card in device manager and it was showing that it wasn’t working and was giving me error code 43.. tried uninstalling GeForce and reinstalling and it still wasn’t allowing me to update. Tried restarting again and wouldn’t boot anything up again.. so I just gave up and returned it today. Very disappointed that the graphics card came defective. Now I have to wait until the 29th to go pick up the new pc.

Great hardware horrible setup!

Cooling system can't keep up. Read all reviews

After a couple uses, computer was turning off on its own showing error screen on the monitor. After happening multiple times and re-reading through after Christmas reviews, multiple people having same issue even after replacement with new same PC. The cooling system cannot keep up. We ended up returning and purchasing different brand.

Overheat makes this PC unusable

The games (metro exodus, resident evil 2 remake, Detroit) run for about 5 mins to an hour, depending on the games' demand, then crash. Flipping the front fans, as some others've done, didn't seem to work for me. I'm probably getting a refund if this issue isn't solved by Cyberpower PC.

I downloaded one simple game (82 GB) and it worked well the first day. The next day it started crashing and then would crash all the time. I noticed the pc thermals we’re getting really high. It has a catastrophic venting issue that melts the pc.

Why are they getting away with this!?

I bought a prebuilt, and I'm literally working on it myself soooo I need to be put on the payroll bc I'm doing their job. oh but I get a gift card for this review so I added a star overheating. Check. put 212 on it but still not running right... do i really have to update bios on my own and possibly brick 1500 bucks? guess so
