Overheats!

Most likely it's poor cooling. Will be contacting customer service to try to get this issue resolved.

LEDs in fans are cute but that is unimportant to me 2. Shipped and arrived quickly 3. Well packed and documented in the box Cons 1. 0xc0000005 crash and/or BSOD on several games constantly. No solution via Windows Updates & driver updates & game creator. 2. Mouse wheel is not good 3. Case is huge and PC is heavy 4. BB support had no resolution but did want me to buy the $200 tech support package 5. Fairly quiet for use of CPU fan instead of liquid cooling, but not convinced that is best cooling choice Summary - Disappointed and returning. Did not work for intended use. Attempted all known and available fixes. See too many negatives on CyberPower products.

Would not pass POST

It failed POST on every single start up, tried literally everything to get windows to boot with zero success, I should have figured this was a faulty repackage that was trying to be sold off by the dents on the box and freshly laid tape over the existing ripped tape, get it together Bestbuy, will definitely be exchanging it tomorrow highly disappointing. This is why Geek squad should still be a thing, have the PC tested before it leaves the store with the customer.

Wont turn on!!!!!

Was on hold with the manufacture for about 30 min. When my call was finally answered, did about a hour of troubleshooting. Just for them to tell me that the motherboard had been fried. had to spend 200 on a new motherboard. smh not a good first impression with the brand!

Won't Play Basic Games Like Fortnite...

It crashes trying to play Fortnite...not a complex game. We tried all of Epic's fixes, none worked. Geek Squad worked on it for a couple hours. Still crashes every time. Come on guys?? For the hardware on this machine and the price, it should at least be able to play Fortnite!!! Would not recommend! This is the second desktop we have tried from Best Buy. Both have been terrible. Really unlikely to get another machine from Best Buy at this point. We are likely returning this and getting trying MicroCenter or another source.

Insufficient Power Supply

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Mostly good components however when I was purchasing this PC in the store the clerk who claimed that "I've been building PCs for years this will run any game perfectly" failed to mention that the 600w EVGA power supply is insufficient to handle the power spikes from a 3000 series GPU. I cannot run ANY game on it without it crashing after about 5-10 minutes of gameplay. Planning on purchasing a new PSU for the build tomorrow, hopefully Best Buy will give me a discount since they failed to mention this crucial fact.

Highly recommend for PC gamers to streamers!

Their products are priced at an affordable price while giving you the latest in PC hardware. They don't stuff their PC's full of bloatware, they are really streamlined and easy to get setup and running. This PC has one of the highly sought out 30 series cards and for the price you can't go wrong. It runs quietly, runs any game at max settings and is ready for any current game and new games in the future. I like that you can swap out hardware if needed, you can upgrade parts, add more storage easily making this PC future proof. Customer support is great as well, I have needed them for my other CyberPower PC and they walked me through the issue which was easily resolved!
