    As a child who grew up always wanting a gaming PC, I thought that this would be the best purchase of my life. My dreams were crushed when I realized I spent ~$1.5k (the most expensive purchase I have ever made) to get a machine that runs so hot that it was actually impossible to play any CPU/GPU-intensive games at all. From the get-go, any game I loaded up would immediately trigger an Event 41 kernel-power, crashing the computer and requiring a hard-restart. I have fiddled with power settings, reapplied thermal adhesive, updated/uninstalled/installed drivers, purchased a top-of-the-line heatsink/cooler to replace the unbelievably cheap and ineffective one already installed, replaced the motherboard, and am probably about to try a whole new power supply since I replaced practically everything else. It has been about 8 months now of constant battle with this useless thing with nothing to show for it and SO much money lost. Do not waste your money on this scam. Cannot believe something prebuilt like this can be sold to anyone on THE BestBuy.com.

    Ive built many pcs and i can honestly say that this one is as close as it gets to part price instead of charging mostly labors they didnt cut any corners great build!

    For all the parts including the price point it is amazing you are saving money in fact. The pc itself runs perfectly and the temps are all good 10/10 would recommend it. Amazing cable management as well.

    My first PC! I got this from Best Buy and I'm very satisfied with it so far! Everything runs smoothly and I love the keyboard and mouse that it came with. I would recommend to any new PC gamer.

    Nothing but issues with this build. From the start, you have to put in work so it doesn’t overheat (all fans set to exhaust). Not much effort, but still an annoyance and hassle out of the box. You don’t buy a pre-build with the expectation of “working” on the build. All of that aside, I had an absolute terrible experience with this PC for the week I had it. The overall quality was just poor, with the GPU unable to even seat properly due to the case it’s self being warped. The GPU itself ended up dying on me a few days in, and the PC became unstable. Crashes every 5-10 minutes into any game. I was extremely disappointed by the build, which is surprising because I’ve heard so many good things about CyberPower. If that’s the case, maybe I just got a dud, or their standards are slipping.

    Super quick deliver; 1d delivery Dallas to OKC. Fast setup, and it had everything as promised. It beat my expectation. SSD was hidden by GeForce RTX, but rocks speed-wise.

    the cooling system is too weak. I had to buy extra liquid cooling and I think there are errors in the operating system installed in it because the bios menu does not open. I like the keyboard that comes with it and the components inside the system are of good quality.

    We had to return this item and had because of something on the inside that was not working and we have to have the machine replaced... The replaced one is now heating up and can only be used for short periods at a time. We are now having to return the new one. Will not be getting this model again and getting another model. This has proven to be bad model.

    If a consuner is going to spend $1400.00 on a PC, make sure that IT DOES NOT OVER HEAT! I have had it for 2 days, and it is horrible! Now I either have to return the PC, or spend more money on new thermal paste, and cooling fans! Garbage pc.

    I've had the PC for 1 week and am currently packing it up to return it. It constantly freezes and crashes even while playing the smallest games. It will randomly turn off while sitting idle. It has blue screened on me 5 times in the 7 days that I've owned it. For an almost $1600 gaming PC it is absolutely pathetic that it works this poorly. CyberPower should be ashamed.

    Scam/bad product/ stay away/waste of money

    The computer from the box was set to 4.5ghz. Every time I tried to play basic games it would reset. I had to reset to the factory 2.5ghz and now the computer loads everything much slower than it originally did (obviously) this company shouldn’t be making computers and setting them to limits that exceed the systems limitations. Best Buy should not sell products from this seller because they don’t function as set/advertised

    Bad Graphic cards

    I bought one and I have problem with the Graphic card, I returned and I bought the second one ( same PC) this one kicked me out of Fortnite and valorant games ( video games crashed)I tried everything nothing work. I called tech PC tech support and they said is the graphic card. I returned to bestbuy and I got a different brand.
