Broken right off the bat

Brought it in to get checked out and turns out video card was broken. Geek Squad said it most likely came off the line with it in. Horrible all in all and really don’t recommend buying this as it seems to be a frequent issue.

Stopped loading within 6 months

This product was awful, had this gaming computer for 6 months and thankfully we had a GeekSquad warranty on it. It went into a boot loop and will never load up. GeekSquad couldn't repair it and I was able to get a store credit in the amount that I paid.

Two bad PC’s

Second PC arrived today and having the same issue. I’m suspecting it’s overheating but I’m not going to bother with it, it’s being returned tomorrow & never purchasing from CyberPower ever again.

Amazing build

Pros: - Has RGB - Easy set-up - Comes with a 3060 Ti (hard to get one for a reasonable price, as of December 2021). - Reasonably priced for the components it comes with. Cons: - The two side fans are facing the wrong way, and I recommend flipping the fans to intake air. - The CPU cooler is decent but I recommend changing it to a better one.

Waste of money

Halo, APEX , etc. Took it to Geek Squad and they said all hardware passed all tests and no issues. Take it home and still crashes. Would not recommend. Don’t waste your money.

Bad Product

Plugged everything in and it just wouldn't download NVIDIA drivers or even detect that my GPU was there. Contacted everybody, including a friend who designs these things who stopped by my house, and no one could help so I ended up returning the product.

Terrible PC

Hard Drive Failure
