Customers are saying

Customers value the Gamer Xtreme Desktop's impressive performance and its excellent price point, frequently praising its ease of setup and the quality of its graphics card. However, some users reported needing to replace the CPU cooler, and a few noted concerns about the fan configuration. Many users found the initial setup straightforward. I’ve never written a review about anything before and I had to do one just for this. This machine Simply AMAZING. This thing runs just about any game great. Getting almost 400fps on fortnite on low settings, and 240+ on other games (phasmophobia, warzone, the forest, etc.) I mean, yes, this thing runs hot. But it hasn’t effected any performance or errors amongst the computer. You can flip the fans or buy a cooler or whatever but it’s not NEEDED like these other reviews are saying. I do recommend upgrading to 32 gigs of ram but it’s not needed whatsoever. I totally lucked out with a problem on THEIR end. They gave me a 3060ti VISION. Which is going for about $1000 on other platforms. The RGB in the whole system is great, then build itself looks very clean and cool. This is simply a PC that is GREAT for beginners (such as myself). I picked up the system and it came built perfectly, no disconnected wires or loose parts or anything like that. This is a perfect system for anyone looking for gaming, school work, or multi tasking. I bought this for gaming and school work and I haven’t had a single problem since I purchased this back in November of 2021. I recommend this machine to anyone who is looking for a gaming computer.

I highly recommend this PC, it runs very fast, I've had it for 5 months so far and haven't ran into any problems. Very good graphics and combined with a 240 hertz monitor, very great frame rate. The mouse is very good, decent weight. The keyboard isn't the best, but its good. Overall a great computer for a good deal. Good for gaming and even school.

If I'm buying a new computer, I expect it ready to go. Especially when $1,600 is no small chunk of change. But after changing one of the case fans to blow in the correct direction and changing the processor back down to non-overclocked settings, it looks like I'm still going to need to buy a new CPU cooler as well. Games do look pretty. I thought Cyberpunk 2077 crashing was just an issue with Cyberpunk due to that game's recent reviews. But if I'm also having a game as old as Dragon Age Origins crashing out, it's definitely a computer problem. The biggest reason to purchase a pre-built computer was so I wouldn't have to do any of this troubleshooting or part swapping.

Can't run it in high power usage mode or overclock due to the power supply overheating. I have heard that the CPU fan is bad but I had someone look at it and they said it was fine. I have had some problems with intensive graphics crashing I believe that it's the power supply doesn't have enough power. It should have a 2TB hard drive. I got a different type of Ram than it shows in the picture but different sources say that the Ram runs at 3200 and best buy says it runs at 3000 my Ram runs at 3200 so I don't know if the Ram speed best buy says is correct or if they accidently added better Ram into my computer. The 500 GB boot drive has a lot more space than a OS needs. The dust filters work well three months after I got the computer and it still is still spotlessly clean. I would recommend but you might want to add a new power supply.

It's a great computer. easy start up and set up had no problems and its very powerful. one key thing to know before buying it the cpu cooler is not the best and if you are running more intense games it's possible to overheat

This PC is a beast! can run every single game, does get a little loud but was fixed with getting a new CPU cooler. PC also crashed a bunch at the beginning, but I fixed this by going into the BIOS and turning on or off XMP (whichever one it is right now for you that keeps crashing just turn it the opposite). Lastly my gosh the WiFi card could be better, getting kb/s up and down, but I fixed this by getting a Wireless Range Extender (RE7000 by Linksys to be precise). Anyways graphics wise. This thing is a monster absolutely insane the parts for this cheap. Overall a great PC with very easily fixable flaws.

We recently purchased the CyberPower PC from Best Buy and so far so good. The graphics look incredible and the speed on all the games are so much better than what we were dealing with. Instructions for set up were clear and easy which was nice. smooth happy sailing so far.

This is a good product as long as you replace the CPU Cooler. I get great gaming FPS and seems to work without any issues. It is totally upgradable in the future if I need to. I have followed this person on You tube and he has helped me with the computer. He seems to know what he is doing. Here is the CPU cooler upgrade he showed me how to do. Mine was overheating without changing out the Cooler. I do not know much about these computers but even I was able to upgrade the cooler. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yfj9u8QeY1A&t=43s

The pc is really good for the price I got it for only 100 more then if I bought the parts but its not 5 star because I had to flip the fans and buy a new cpu cooler but it wasn't too hard.

I purchased a CyberPower SL750U unit to replace a much older unit to run modern 3D drafting and rendering software and to create control files for 3D printers, automated milling and laser equipment. The unit installed easily and integrated into the existing network. The unit provided significant improvement in speed, computational power, graphic computational power and quieter operation. I would have liked some additional USB ports on the top front of the unit as this provides easy access for portable equipment. There are an abundance of internal lights which flash and turn color. I could have done without them. As the unit lives under the desk and out of sight.

This is such a great PC for the price. Only thing wrong with it is that it runs a little hot so maybe a new cooler would be perfect for it.

I had no intentions on buying a pc when I walked into the store, but it was on sale and it was the last one. How could I not buy it. The specs alone in the PC are super great compared to others at the same price tag. It only comes with the 3 fans on the inside, but the box shows 6. Which is just to show you that it can hold 6 total. Going with a pre-built PC like this one is worth it. You have an i7, a 3060 graphics card and 500ssd plus 1tb hdd. It's the perfect PC to start with, and to build onto. It has 4 slots for rams and can hold a few internal ssd's. This is my first gaming PC ever and I haven't had the chance to play an actual game yet, still setting up everything. But so far the graphics and speed are great.

I've had almost no problems so far, Many reviews had warned me previously to get a new CPU cooler as the $20 Cooler Master included was not sufficient for this hot running i7. Didn't realize the scope of the situation until I saw 100 degrees Celsius readings on the CPU temps while merely downloading games. For what I paid on sale (1400 USD) I was not disappointed at all, and I found that upgrading to a Hyper 212 cooler was a learning experience for me. Seeing the temps not go higher than 75 C on full load was satisfying. I also had to swap the front 2 fans to exhaust, which is a very simple fix, a matter of flipping them over. Overall I did not deduce any stars because I read prior reviews and knew what I was going to receive. Great PC!

Quality build for the price. As expected, the keyboard and mouse that come with are not great, but certainly usable. Lights are fun and the remote more convenient than having work with onboard software.

I know a very minimal amount about computers before this PC. The workers were very helpful in letting me know which PC would be best for me. First of all, the keyboard they gave me isn't terrible, it will get the job done and is a standard keyboard, but I bought a Razer Mini to fit the space. The pre-built is very nice and with an easy setup. You can run games on ULTRA settings with a still high FPS. For battlefield 2042, you'll get occasionally laggy moments, so I keep it on high, but for any other non-large scale games, I've gotten 90+ FPS on ultra settings. Overall very happy with everything I've purchased so far.

As a person who built his own pc for years, I've decided to buy this little monster here due to GPU shortages since its nearly impossible to get a proper graphic card within a nominal price range. With my doubts in mind, I bought it and holy moly... The hassle-free quality I got from this bad boy has blown me away. Clean, simple, organized. This was the product I received. Nothing less than what I expected. If you have doubts just like I did, I vouch for this PC without a hesitation. You may replace the cpu cooler with a liquid cooler but thats basically all the update you'd need for this beast. Best black friday EVER
