PC arrived defective, crashes on bootup. I had this shipped to me and no longer have the box so will have to take a car to the store to return it. Still have upgrades on the way specifically for this build that may not fit another case. CS agent was kind and confirmed that if i go to a store they will provide a full refund.

Supposed to come with 1 terabyte of storage. And it’s for sure not in the computer. Searched all the settings and either it’s not hooked up or it was not put in. Quality control goes along way.

    My First Gaming PC

Very satisfied with this purchase. I've read previous reviews regarding this prebuilt PC and I was convinced on purchasing this unit. As this is my first PC, I wanted to ensure that the components were of high quality, and obviously of great value. I'm extremely happy with its performance so far, and to have a 3060 Ti card build it at this price is amazing, as graphic cards are still hard to come by at an affordable price. The only issue would be the CPU cooler that came with it, as it had led to my PC crashing a few times due to overheating. As stated in other reviews, this can be easily fixed and replaced, as well as adjusting the attached fans on the unit (e.g. flipping them to promote intake of air). All in all, very happy and look forward to seeing what else CyberPower PC offers! Definitely a fan.

Great PC, watch for Windows 11 and CPU cooler.

I have had this computer for 5 months now, and I love it. Anything you could want from a gaming computer it gets done, it is outstanding. I got it during the peak of the GPU price season but they were still able to sell it around MSRP which was great. That is not to say that my entire experience with it has been perfect. Only complaint was that with the windows 11 that came with the pc was the secure boot error. Games like Valorant would not be playable because the anti-cheat would find an error in the BIOS. I tried to fix it myself and only broke it more so I ended up having to get a new pc after only 2 weeks. I took this new pc in to get fixed and they did it right and returned it in perfect condition. Last issue was that the CPU cooler in the system was a little lackluster, but that was an easy replacement. PC would crash running certain games like R6, BF2042, Hunt: Showdown. After the first few hiccups, my system has performed incredibly and I'm very happy with its performance now.

    Cyberpower Prebuilt PC

Pros: - Runs games like CSGO at 999 FPS on maxed settings at 1920x1080 - Runs at reasonable temperatures after some minor fixes Cons: - Intake fans initially set to exhaust. This is a silly mistake and an easy fix, but this type of problem could easily trip up somebody buying a prebuilt. - Stock CPU cooler performs poorly. Like some of the other reviewers, I switched the stock cooler with a Cooler Master 212 BE. Replacing the old cooler was fairly easy because the mounting bracket was held on with adhesive strips. This reduced the idle temperatures from ~47C to ~28C and reduced temperatures while playing CSGO from ~70C to ~44C. Overall, I would recommend this PC to somebody, but to get the most out of it you need to make a couple fixes. Even if you're new to working with PCs, these are fairly simple modifications, but if you're skittish or don't have a friend to help you, you might just want to go for a model with a better cooling system. Other than making those modifications, I haven't had any issues with the computer and it has excelled in all of my activities. Because of its stronge performance and good value, I rate this PC five stars.

I built a PC just before the GPU shortage and have been trying to find a GPU for it. Came across this PC and thought for the price it wasn't much more for the whole PC with a newer processor than the GPU alone. I was skeptical of buying a pre-built but I am glade I did. The good: Came with a Gigabyte Geforce RTX 3060TI Eagle, Evega gold 600 watt PSU, Cooler master CPU cooler, Western digital 1000 gb ssd and Wester Digital M.2 500 gb. The OK: The motherboard isn't what I would have used for the system but for the price of the whole system I am happy. It's a gigabyte B560 DS3H AC MOBO. I actually like the MOBO and was shock as I was expecting less. The PC came with 3 Antec RGB fans. I have never used Antec fan before so can't speak on long term quality which is why I say they are OK. However so far they are very quite and seem to be doing a good job at keeping things cool. The Bad: The system came with two 8gb 3000mzh sticks of Crucial Ballistitx ram. I would prefer 3200mzh. But again for the price I can't complain and will likely swap them out. For some reason all three fans are set to exhaust. That make no sense. I switched the two fans at the front to intake before setting up the pc. For those who are not familiar with PC's it is only four screws on each fan and you just flip them around. Overall this is a great PC for anyone looking for the listed specs.

This purchase was my first gaming PC. Coming from an old gaming laptop, this was a massive improvement. It was great out of the box, and runs fantastic. The only change I've made is adding different fans, as the base ones are a bit weak. They work well for short sessions or less-graphic-intense games, but it can get a bit hotter than what I think is healthy for the PC during long sessions. Other than that, I'm so glad I bought this PC. I can play any game I want and have little to no issues. It's a fantastic starter PC coming from someone who doesn't know what to do. Love it!

This pc has been great for the price. I’m new to pc gaming and chose cyber power as my first prebuilt pc. I was not disappointed with the the performance or appearance as the glass sides on the case let you see the beautiful tech within. It arrived quickly with all necessary items. It was a breeze to setup with included instructions. Performance has been great with popular shooters such as COD and Apex running with high frames (>100fps easily). As an engineer I have also used with demanding engineering programs such as Solidworks and have had buttery smooth performance. Included mouse and keyboard are the only gripes however they will get you by until you do your research and pick up your preferred setup. Overall awesome computer!

Overall a good desktop. I play games on a 1440p monitor and have no problem playing on high/ultra settings (granted it won't be at 144fps but still above 60) The main issue is that the included CPU cooler is garbage. When I first got this it would overheat constantly. If You have the know-how to upgrade that then You're set. Otherwise avoid this product and find one with a good cooler.

First pre-build gaming pc and I couldn't be happier. Bought a C-series for a great price from BestBuy. Arrived well packed a few days later. Even came with a mouse and keyboard. Windows 11 was already installed and ready to go after putting a few details in. So far this thing plays anything I throw at in comfortably in 2k at high or ultra settings. The fans are quite quiet unless the PC is under heavy load, but even then it's not a loud as PC's I've had in the past. The build quality of the case is great, nice lighting and fans, super clean cable management. With gfx cards being so scarce this PC was an easy decision vs building my own.

    Amazing computer! Amazing customer support!

I got this computer last year and it's still running amazing, I love how clean and organized the internals are and especially when it first came to my doorstep. When I first initially received my computer, after some confusion I realized my GPU was defective and was showing artifacts during bootup, however after calling customer support they walked me through the process of an RMA request (Sending the GPU back for a replacement), they were really direct and immediately knew what to do. During an RMA request, they send you an email with all of the details discussed in the call so you can use when you're mailing it or to remember what steps you need to take which I found really helpful. I loved that they gave you equipment (mouse and keyboard), I didn't know they gave a free mouse and keyboard until I got it so it was a really pleasant surprise, I still use the mouse to this day as I love it and I've gotten used to it during games. I personally love that the mouse has two buttons to interchange between sensitivities instead of one to sift through sensitivities where you'd have to continue clicking it if you missed the sensitivity you wanted (like most mouses), and I love the four sidebuttons it comes with, the lower one decreases your sensitivity to about 1/3 or 1/2 of the sensitivity you're currently on, I could tell this would be really useful if you're drawing something and need precision, in games this would help a ton if you need lower DPI for ranged fights, the middle one clicks twice for you which I love having that feature in hand, and I use the extra sidebuttons as hotkeys like for Medal or Outplayed. The mouse also has counter-weights on the bottom of the mouse shaped like pillars that you can take out to make it either lighter or heavier, I love this feature, cause I can practically set the way the mouse feels when moving it. Overall, the customer service was amazing when I called them to address my initial issue, the computer runs amazing to this day, and to top it all off the mouse they gave me is my favorite mouse out of all the ones I've tried so far.

Great pre-built PC and it's definitely better than others and was at a good price. My boyfriend and I have been wanting to get a gaming PC for a while now but do not know how to build one so we looked into getting a pre-built PC. So far this one is amazing! Eventually, as certain graphic cards and stuff get better throughout the years, we will upgrade, but as for now this works great. I have no complaints. It looks very nice up on our desk. I'm not into PCs as much as my boyfriend is, but he approves as well. Would definitely recommend this to friend and family looking to get a pre-built PC.

    1. I've had this PC for almost a year, and I am incredibly pleased with it's performance. 2. Adjusting the directions of the fans, based on other Best Buy reviews was the first thing I did, along with purchasing a more powerful CPU cooler. 3. Great machine for Unreal Engine 5 development if you keep your settings modest. 3D modeling software is also great on this machine. 4. Gaming is always a fun option if you are into it.

The PC crashes when you play games like Warzone, GTAV, Valorant, etc. This is because the PC is overheating. You HAVE TO get a new cooler. I bought the Cool Master 212 RBG black edition from Amazon which is good. Also you have to flip the 2 from fans to intake! It sucks that CyberPower cheaped out on some parts but that’s what happens when you buy prebuilt PC’s sadly. After the changes I’ve just stated, this PC is the definition of a good PC, not a great one. It’s definitely more than enough and after you replace the cooler and flip the 2 front fans to intake, it’s actually pretty dang good. It just sucks that it came with these deficiencies. I rate this PC a 3.5/5 stars

I have been running this system for nearly 18 months and my use has included Destiny 2 gaming on maxed settings, while having Blender 3 open, sometimes Photoshop CS6 as well, and I almost always have 20+tabs open in web browsers. I also throw 3dprinting into the mix as well. To say I have put this system through its paces is an understatement. I like everything about this system, Being that I bought it while still in pandemic mode with supply chain shortages, the price was better than what I could have built the same computer for. And it was cheaper that the same configured system on CyberPowerPC's website. The only thing that I feel it should have included for its nearly $2k price tag is liquid cooling for the CPU. The only bad I have for it is the fact that as I write this review (May 2023) one of the LED case fans is failing. But that is an easy fix under the Geek Squad warranty.

This would be an excellent PC if the CPU cooler was better. It came with a Cooler Master fan, which did not provide adequate cooling to the CPU. This is mentioned in other reviews. When I purchased the PC, I was expecting to play games out of the box. However, I had a frustrating time running Destiny 2 & Dying Light without crashing. This was after updating the graphics card drivers through Nvidia, Intel drivers, Windows updates and driver updates through the Gigabyte App center. Cyberpower was extremely quick and accommodating with a graphics card repair. I also swapped out the fan cooler for a liquid cooler. This has cleared up any issues and has been running smooth ever since. If you purchase this, be prepared to upgrade/replace the CPU cooler.

I have a lot to say about this PC, and I recommend it. But here is a list of the pros and cons including all the stress involved. Pros- 3060 ti 16GB Ram 500 SSD 1TB HDD Core I7 Now here are the things you did not know about it that you would have found out unless you owned it, Like all the reviews on this PC, everything is mainly good besides the CPU cooler, it is complete crap. I bought a noctua dh-15 from amazon for 107 (119 with tax) And installed it, oh the misery I dealt with installing it, barely any room, but it works and is really dang quiet, so if you want your PC to survive the next year get a new CPU cooler, and I recommend you don't go cheap and go for the rated #1 cooler in the world. I bought a cooler master 212 hyper rgb black, do NOT buy that. I returned it after my pc sounded like a gun fight and jetplane was running both at the same time inside the room. The ram is pretty good but if you want to run more stuff high end you would want 32 GB, amazingly you can run highest end graphics on the PC and get a good 144 fps or more, but I can get up to 280 with my ASUS TUF gaming monitor 24" If you want a nice setup get a logitech G213 keyboard and a logitech hero G403 Heres some advice for people who don't know how to build a PC like myself, when you install a new CPU fan, first take off the backplate labeled cooler master, don't worry to breaking it as its just really stuck with super strong adhesive and is very inconvenient. I didn't realize that was the case. The keyboard that comes with the PC is in my opinion crap, the space bar is really bad unless I was sent a defective one, and I have not used the mouse. All in all the PC is really good but needs some renovation reality to make it the type of PC you want. Oh and I recommend you invert some of the cooling fans so that it goes out and not in so that air will go out easier. And if you give ratings for the PC they will give you $30 in amazon giftcards.

I caught the unit on Black friday, however from what I had researched on this unit, the price would of been fair beforehand anyway. given the hardware included in this unit, it seemed like a great starting point for a casual gamer not looking to do a whole lot. I don't intend to use this only for gaming but i feel like it's up to the task should i choose too. installed CPU temp monitor software out the gates, seems to not get above 50C for what i've done so far, so definitely would suggest as has been reported many many times to upgrade your CPU fan for this unit. if you only browse and watch movies or business stuff, you'll probably be fine, but any sort of consistent gaming would want to upgrade that particular area. Other than that, i've not found any faults with the unit thus far. I would recommend for sure.

    Great Entry Rig

This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

This rig totally changed my mind on CyberPower. I believe everyone is made to believe CyberPower is a cheap, corner cutting company with low build quality. This had been apparent to me too in the past after having looked into the parts used in other rigs I've seen as well as accounts from others, however the product I received was very high quality. The cable management was done very well, and the case itself isn't too bad either. A particular problem to look out for is the motherboard. I found it was necessary to update my BIOS as I was having some voltage issues, but doing so was relatively difficult because of the strange mobo, but at the end of the day it's a fantastic pre-build with more than satisfactory performance and a lot of potential at the hands of a well learned optimizer.
