Had to replace CPU cooler & flip the side case fans. Other than that, no issues with the computer! Great beginner built

Its a really reliable computer and very easy to use its obviously not the best it can be but is very easy to add upgrades

this pc is supper good and i had it for a little over a week and i have no problems with it so far its supper good for game it will run call of duty supper good same with other big game.

This gaming PC by far goes beyond my expectations of what I need for gaming. I am very pleased with CyberPower PC and this. Great buy and LOVE this cool machine.

I bought this as my first desktop pc. I have had laptops in the past but wanted something more powerful to run more games and run them well. I went with a pre-built because its impossible to find some computer parts right now, but this PC was definitely a good price for the amazing specs. That doesn't mean that it's perfect though. The cooling was definitely a little lacking, with the CPU fan not cooling well enough. I am still giving it 5 stars though because even with buying a separate CPU cooler, its still a good deal. I would recommend the "Scythe fuma 2" as a CPU cooler since it is an amazing cooler for a budget-ish price.

When I first got my pc I was excited to start testing it out, I managed to set everything up but I didn't start playing till 3 days later because of finals. I started a game and my pc kept restating, so I had to contact best buy, and apparently, my graphics card was bad. We had to switch it out and I'm still waiting to get the new one. The Pc looked nice though, just needs a new cpu cooler.

I bought this pc because I wanted to be able to play fortnite and run 600 fps and this pc is so much better. This pc runs fast nothing has happened. I LIKE THIS PCCCCC

Very good components, however the CPU cooler kind of throttles it , would recommend upgrading to water cooler.

Was helping out my buddy setup this PC. First PC he got the GPU was dead green lines everywhere in BIOS moved it to different PCIE slot even more green lines in and out of BIOS. Exchanged and the second PC worked well for everything BUT gaming. Would play a minute or two and once the CPU saw any load in any game, it would overheat and crash any game playing. Had to buy a NZXT AIO 120mm cooler. Then once we installed that PC worked great. But this is NOT a ready out of box gaming PC, far from it. Fix the fans directions and CPU cooling and all problems should be fixed.

a really nice computer recommend you buy.Its a cheap price for something so good, It also looks very nice with all of the led's in it making it unique and colorful.

I had to get a fan to keep it running cool but other than that it runs great. My very first gaming PC!

A few weeks ago I had to return a Gaming PC which has 2060 GPU and core i5 before getting this PC because it kept crashing whenever I tried to download games with big install size such as Fortnite, Apex Legends, League of Legends, etc. However unlike the last PC, this PC (which has 3060 ti and Intel core i7) could easily install all the games I just mentioned with amazing graphics and fps! It also came with a quiet gaming keyboard and a cool gaming mouse. The cooling fans are actually pretty quiet as well! I would strongly recommend this PC for gamers or anyone who is thinking of buying this PC.

Bought a CyberPower Xtreme GAming PC in February 2024 from Best Buy for $1,000 and it won't turn on anymore on 5 months after purchase. Brought it into Best Buy and they said "sorry, we don't warranty CyberPower PC's! You'll have to talk to CyberPower"! Called CyberPower and they issued an RMA but it cost me over $200 out of pocket to ship it back to California so they can diagnose. What a complete scam ripoff. Disappointed in both Best Buy and CyberPower. Won't be buying anything agaion from either company.
