I purchased my CyberPowerPC a month ago from BestBuy and when it had arrived I noticed the graphics card was sagging. I then downloaded a few games and tried to play them, all of which caused fatal errors and crashed my entire PC. I then went back to the store to get it exchanged only to be told that they had been sold out. This was quite frustrating since I suspect that the foam protection inside of the tower seems to have caused the problem. After a little while, I've now been able to get the PC exchanged. It's still within the first week of using it so hopefully, no problems arise:)

The product works great, however the power cord they supplied did not work and I had to resort to using an extra one around the house, other than that the PC I ordered is exactly what I got and expected in terms of hardware and performance. Would definitely shop from CyperPowerPC again.

Works straight out of the box, the only issue I have with it is that it comes with Windows 11 and no way to uninstall it. If anyone reading this knows how to switch back to Windows 10, please let me know.

This computer is gorgeous and the sales associate was insanely helpful! He talked to me like a peer and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I was unsure of what piece of equipment to by, but he talked me through everything I needed to know and helped me find the perfect PC!

great pc once running, had to download throttle stop to stop the over clocking from crashing it during games. after that it has been a great pc especially for the price. gpu alone worth it

Fast delivery. Came as described and I am very happy with the PC. I am only giving it a 4 star as the box was partially opened upon shipping and the keyboard was missing.

Good bang for your buck PC, recommend upgrading the cooling system for heavier applications with processing. Cable management was easy for the cooling swap.

I am a beginner when it comes to gaming on PC's and it so far has not been this bad. Knowing how bad the pc parts market this PC is not bad for how much it cost.

i went into best buy to get a PC and I was met with very friendly and helpful employees and was just blown away by the customer service and not to mention i got an amazing deal on my pc which works amazingly well. so 10/10 would recommend

This is a well-built computer. I would recommend this the only reason I didn't give it a 5 is you will need to upgrade the fan as it runs way too hot.

First time buying as PC, and went with the CyberPower Model Cs. Extremely good with a beautiful RGB look. Capable of being upgraded completely, and easily with organized wiring. Very much a good PC for first time buyers.

Not bad for the price, although I wish it had an option of choosing a white or black case. Other than it being a pre-built pc, it was quick and easy to set up!

Just unpacked the tower. No damage whatsoever. Once connected, I am amazed at the sturdiness, quality, and build of this computer. This so far is one of the best pre-builds I've seen in a while. Can't wait to start gaming on it.

I love this PC! My husband got it for me as an early Christmas gift. I'd been wanting to play with him and our friends for a while but didn't have the equipment to do so.

A great PC for those who are looking to upgrade to a more heavy-duty unit. This PC does not lack when it comes to power, and I would recommend it to anyone. Besides the internals, the piece itself looks amazing. 10/10

I was recently gifted this computer and I love it so far! It has been running smoothly and it looks nice. The shipping was quick as well. I haven't had any problems with it overheating, but I haven't gamed on it.

Just got the PC installed, love it so far its running great. The lights also work very well and that may be my favorite part so far, looking forward to using it more and finding more things I enjoy about this PC.

10/10 would recommend this sturdy and reliable pc to starters. this is my first computer and it runs perfect. i got this for my birthday and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good pc.
