Awesome computer. After a week I spent 40$ to upgrade the ram to 16gb and it boosted the computers overall performance/framerate by at least 25%

the computer came well handled and runs all games nicely for the price it was sold at. All of the specs are high tier and would recommend to someone.

Great PC for the price. Easy to set up took me less than an hour to get all of my previous programs installed. Have already recommended to a friend.

After much research on value per dollar of a gaming PC my friends and design associates were all surprised with the power this PC offers for the price. Me a bit skeptical ordered this not knowing enough about PC power but on their advice that this is dollar for dollar a steal at current market pricing. It showed up right on time and has more speed and power than I could have dreamed. Love this machine and the support from CyberPowerPC. These guys build the right stuff and follow it up with any assistance you might need.

I've had this pc for almost 3 weeks now. I recently built my own but the fiance took it over for school and with the whole pandemic going on it was beggining to become a pain finding available parts for a new build so i chose this one. I'm going to give it 5 stars even though I wanted to knock a star off for only 8gb of ram and all the fans are set to exhaust. So i purchased another 16gb of ram and turned the two side mount fans around so they would intake air. I kept it at 5 stars simply because the cable management on my machine at least, was superb.

its reasonably priced for a pre built it works really well so far i love it, it looks amazing it was easy to set up I definitely recommend

I bought a power spec PC through bestbuy, and it was a great experience so far. Computer arrived promptly, and was well packaged and had all items, and worked when set up, even though took a slight beating during delivery. The only concern was their setup was not noob-friendly, and I had to research some of the peripherals since some directions (such as wi-fi antenna, light display remote, and mouse and keyboard specifics ) setup were not in the user instructions. I would give this a 4.5 if possible, but this thing is a beast for the price.

Their PCs are honestly really useful and are made with some pretty serious hardware. They are for the casual and the pros when it comes to gaming. It can also be used for things such as homework or surfing the internet. I am extremely satisfied because console gaming is outdated and this pc is the best way to enjoy a cheap way of gaming without really having to go through the trouble of assembling or having to buy additional parts. They run fast and barely make any noise. I am extremely satisfied, especially with the lights, with my purchase.

First time gaming PC purchase. I have been blown away by this computer so far. I owner the Xbox series X and I don't even know why I bothered getting a next-gen system compared to this. If you're on the edge about which route to go, I would definitely go this route and would highly recommend this CyberPower PC. They make top notch products. The customer service at the Morse Road store in Columbus is unmatched. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff that went out of their way to help me purchase this computer.

This pc is a very good pc for its price. Easy to set up. Plug and play. 10 out of 10 - would recommend for everyone new to pc gaming.

Works great and setup is easy. Looks fantastic with all the lights. My daughter is a gamer and this was a serious upgrade for her.

Very fast and quiet. Does not get hot which is really nice. Love that it comes with a remote to change the color settings inside.

Great pc with easy set up. It runs very smooth, the start up instructions are easy to follow, and it is quickly completed.

Alot of research was done since my son was purchasing this PC with his own money. He has been extremely happy with his decision. All of the specifications are serving him well for his current gaming needs (Fortnite and Rocket League). Now that we have the Motherboard and Memory info, we will upgrade in the future but it has not been necessary yet. The PC was packaged very well, and easy to set up. Wish just buying the CPU was an option since he didn't need the keyboard or headphones.

My son loves this gaming program. Easy to setup and use. Even changed the memory for more ram and that was a breeze.

The entire PC that was sold to me basically came defective in the box. I am a very low maintenance PC user, in my opinion. I use it for a few games like Valorant & Fortnite for example along with some school work. Within a month of use, I turn it on one day and it's completely unresponsive. I took it to Geek Squad and thankfully they helped with everything. The motherboard was faulty, the power supply was dead, and the CPU was no good either. I had to replace EVERYTHING. It works incredibly smoother now, especially since I upgraded a bunch of stuff. (And I also did not know at the time that Geek Squad actually builds your PC for you! Game changer.) Knowing what I know now, I would save my money and actually have someone build a PC for you. I went through a complete hassle trying to fix it, taking it to Best Best buy and waiting for over a week to get it fixed(which is not Best Buy's fault at all.. I totally understand these things take time). When I contacted Cyberpower, I was not able to get a refund because I didn't buy directly from them. Cyberpower also gave me the option to have me send the device, but they do not provide a return label and you're basically responsible if anything happens to the device on the way to their facility. TOTAL pain in the neck. Although I must say Geek Squad did an amazing job and I have nothing bad to say about them at all. Thank you GEEK SQUAD :)

This computer is everything I wanted in a computer, fast, reliable, and allows me to play games with high FPS.
