I just received the desktop and so far it is working accordingly. The packaging was very secured and it was delivered two days before the original delivery date. The setup was very easy and the unit is very quiet. There were no lose screws as described by others except for the side panel screws that was intended so you can remove the packaging wraps and foam packaging. As soon as you turn on the unit it jump start to where you need to begin the setup. It was very simple. I have not yet started any games to test the actual performance of this PC but you can refer to other's reviews for that. I only intend to use the PC for work and some movie editing.

Excellent machine, well set up for almost anything. Gaming to be sure, but things like writing, doing art...it's all the same thing; binary values in Hexadecimal format...which this machine handles extremely well. I just hope this one lasts eight years like my old one did. From the construction angle, I suspect it will, and Intel makes good chips. No DVD? Easy enough to get a plug in, although most stuff is streaming these days.

I've never owned a prebuilt gaming computer before this one, as mine have all been custom built. Being uncertain on the quality of prebuilt computers, I was skeptical. However, the performance of the computer has exceeded my expectations. While I do not understand the appeal of RGB lighting, it is neat. The system works great and is definitely a good choice as a budget option, or even as a quality entry option into the PC scene.

This was an upgrade from a ryzen 5 2500u laptop with 2.0 ghz and no graphics card. Can run any game at medium-max settings at 1080p. My dad got me this, it’s so good. Would buy

The graphics card market is insane right now, so finding a decent card has been a chore. Instead of building from scratch, I bought this and it's been working great for me. The parts inside are close to what I would have used anyway, and there was no waiting or paying a scalper for a card. I needed to add an extra stick of RAM, but other than that this PC was ready to go. It looks slick on my desk, too.

Awesome rig! The heft of this thing speaks of the quality of the materials used. Setup was super easy with detailed instructions and illustrations that my 9-year old son was setting it up himself-with my supervision, of course. Comes with everything you will need for setup-even a cool-looking, sharkfin-like wifi antenna for wireless internet access. Overall, super satisfied and stoked with this purchase! 2 thumbs up!

I bought this product some days ago. So far I have no regret. Its my first ever gaming pc and its really good for gaming for the price. I bought it instore and when I did, the worker at Best Buy even said it is really good. I would recommend that people should buy this product.

I just got this pc a couple days ago as my first gaming pc and I am completely satisfied. After playing on console for so long I decided it was time to take gaming to the next level an invest in a gaming pc, I was not disappointed at all. On fortnite I was getting well over 200 fps and about 100 fps on warzone, both low settings. This is the perfect starter pc for anyone and it looks very nice too!!

Honestly I couldn't have asked for a better product than I received, The speeds are lightning fast and I can run any game or software I want almost flawlessly. The GTX 1660 Super included in this device was perfect for my needs. The only issue I have with this device is Best Buy where I purchased it had it listed as not including Bluetooth BUT It does in fact include Bluetooth which was a nice surprise.

RGBs are bright, no dark spots. Easy setup. Performs GREAT! Highly recommend this PC!
