This pc is a great starter pc. So far everything has run properly with no issues. The only thing I would do to change this pc is upgrade the ram from 8gb to 16gb. Other than that this pc is wonderful! I play many different game such as call of duty, fortnite, valorant, and rainbow 6 siege all at 150+ fps. I also stream these games on twitch with no issues! I would highly recommend this pc!

Needed to upgrade my older Alienware system. Husband researched many systems. This was the best bang for the buck in his search. I have owned it for about 2 months now, and completely pleased with the system. Super fast, the SSD makes things so much faster loading. I ended up buying an addition 8GB RAM when I bought it though. Would highly recommend this as a great economy gaming system.

good for the pricegetting it for store pickup so u dont take the chance of it being damaged and run preety much every game with more then 144 fps and 100 on high demanding games only issue i have is it has a overheating issue so it overheats fast but to change that you could instal more fans or just buy a more expensive pc since any pc with this price will proably have the same issue

Great computer. Great value. Runs all the games we need it to with no problems. We bought two of these for our kids but they came with different parts (ie: motherboard, fans, graphics cards, outside cases were even slightly different) Even though they function the same, it has led to jealousy issues between the kids. We bought 2 of the same item in order to avoid just that problem.

I recently had purchased this gaming computer as I am starting into the pc gaming world. I've been always a console gamer but seeing how this was priced almost just a little above the series x I decided to make the jump to this beauty. i5 10600KF processor with Nvidia GTX 1660 super, runs amazing and I am proud to be apart of another side of the gaming world!! Decided to make the switch from PS4 to a PC. I chose CyberPower as they seemed to have the best options for the price. I am not having any troubles running the newest games on pretty good settings. I like the glass case as it's easy to open and there is a lot of space inside to customize it. I am happy with the purchase so far and looking forward to upgrading it in the future.

Just recently purchased this computer, I have only had it for about a week, but so far everything is running great. I use this computer mainly for work and light gaming and it runs everything smoothly! I'll make sure to update this review incase something starts acting up or doesn't run as it should. The only recommendation I have is to make sure to buy more ram!!

Love it. It's a great gaming PC. I don't play a lot of games that would really push its limits as I play mainly Phasmophobia and Stardew Valley but I would recommend this PC to anyone. I got it as is with no upgrades and it runs both games smoothly and with no issues. I've modded my Stardew Valley a lot to try and push its limits with no performance/quality issues.

Overall, I'm satisfied, but there were a few notable quality control issues with this purchase. This is my second CyberpowerPC purchase from Best Buy since June 2020. My first purchase was a AMD Ryzen 3700X build that was delivered to my home; it was damaged during shipping; Cyberpower does an outstanding job on protecting the interior of the PC, therefore I was surprised by the lack of external cushioning and protection for the PC, as the glass on the front side of the computer was damaged badly. They seem to have learned from those costly mistakes, as this latest purchase reflected more attention to detail in protecting the computer during shipping, as it featured additional foam protection that would brace the computer even further and protect the shipping box and glass from damage. It's very sturdy and can take a beating. Glad to see they are increasing efficiencies. Quality Control Issues: 1. There was thermal paste left on the CPU cooler fan. It was VERY noticeable. The technician surely saw it and did absolutely nothing to remove it. 2. The PC was overheating during gaming. Upon closer examination, I discovered the intake fans were installed in reverse, as a result, all of the fans were exhausting air! I had to undo the cable ties and reinstall the fans. 3. The CPU AIR COOLER is so large it takes up one of the DDR4 RAM slots. Therefore, you only have 2 dual channel slots. This is a design flaw the engineers should have prevented. 4. The Gigabyte 460M-DS3H-AC-Y1 motherboard was not setup correctly, as the DDR4 RAM was set to 2133MHz opposed to 3200 MHz. Plus, the board only supports a maximum of 2700MHz in the XMP profile, and, Gigabyte does not support this specific board for a BIOS update. I used their software (@Bios) to update the board manually and automatically to no success. I reached out to their support team for help. 5. The computer has no USB C Type 2 Ports/support; this is a common input, and would expect this input on a 10th Gen Intel gaming computer. Overall, I'm satisfied, just surprised by the quality control issues. It's not my job, nor the customer's job to quality check your computers. You have qualified technicians and managers who have a duty to ensure this doesn't happen. I'm paying you nearly $1,000 in return for the expectations you set with me on the product description; and expect it to be properly designed, installed, and quality checked before it ends up in my home. Thank you for continuing to improve and providing some of the best gaming computers in the world.

We purchased this computer for our younger brother and it works great for the level of play he is currently using it for. Runs smooth, quiet, have yet to have any issues with this PC. Definitely satisfied with our purchase considering this was the PC we bought to replace the first one we bought from bestbuy that was defective from another company.

Great computer for the value. The lights are cool but the cpu/gpu combo works well with very little bottleneck. It runs Cyberpunk 2077 on high settings with no problems.

Pc looked awesome came with instruction how to start up the PC, steps were really easy and everything came in tact with no flaws or pieces loose. Really cool pc when you turn it on for the price its a steal in my opinion, Looks and feels just as described the 5 stars didnt fail me really recommend purchasing this pc for the price and if its your first pc.
