After the initial boot, I shut it down and installed the memory. No hiccups or glitches involved. Wifi connection to my router went without a hitch. The games he plays are running great and look good as well, all set on "high" by the software of the games. As easy as plug it in and use it. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase another CyberPowerPC in the future.

I am now on a duel PC setup with both PC's being CyberPower PC's. And I love it even more!

Great computer, poor delivery by Best Buy

Upgraded to 16GB of RAM from the 8GB that come installed. No complaints. Best Buy was two days late with delivery for pickup, and this was a birthday present.
