had to install a different external drive because it did not support his gaming needs. not very happy due to having been told it would support his games. the information after talking to several people it was finally able to do what was needed from the start

Current gaming computer has been working with no problems since last week. Only gave it a 4 because I had to go back 2 times. The original intel core i5 9K series had problems with the IO panel where the USB and HDMI slots did not align. The second return (upgraded to intel core i5 10K series) had problems with no monitor signal and computer automatically turning off.

Hardware was super easy to set up with straight forward instructions. Packaging was also done very nicely. Highly recommend, even for someone like me who usually has a hard time with technology. :) Found comparable computer on Amazon for $1100, very happy with purchasing this at BestBuy.

I absolutely love the quality of this desktop. I appreciate all of the assistance I received from the employees that work at this building. They helped me not only get the item I was looking for, but helped me understand it better. Highly recommend this store. Thanks for all the help.

First time having a desktop in years and this is everything you will need! The booting speed is 8 seconds, extremely responsive, and looks, sounds, and feels great! I highly recommend getting this as a base for your gaming or even regular desktop needs and modify it as you see fit.

Works well, my son is extremely happy. Definitely a step up with better connection and performance.

A honest, decently priced gaming pc. Only Complaints are RAM 8GB is not enough in 2021 which is to be expected they have to cut cost somewhere. Like other reviews pointed out I reccomend that you switch the side fans to intake this is a very easy simple procces just unscrew the side pannel, unscrew each 4 screws on the fans and turn them around then rescrew them in, thats it just be a little gentle when turning them around.

Excellent buy! Ordered online after I visited the store, the staff there advised me to keep an eye out during the night, in case there is a restock and I ordered it that very night. Delivery was also quick and smooth, no hassles encountered. 10/10 would recommend.

I think this is a great pc for those looking to start! I heard about this brand from a friend who recently got into pc gaming and he said that he's had no problems and has been enjoying it! The best thing is that you can start upgrading whenever you're ready to as well.

Amazing pc, I'm a new pc player and I enjoy this pc very much. The only thing I have a problem with is the keyboard which doesn't have to do with the pc but still the space button which is used a lot doesn't go down that fast. But overall good pc for the price I got it for.

If you want a PC you should order it from CyberPowerPC. Its a great company that makes sure your Pc runs great and it makes sure that when it is getting delivered its secured and in great condition. I really liked how it came with packing foam to keep my PC safe.

I use this tower for playing WOW and paying bills and I have NO negative reviews for it. It runs efficiently. I love the lighting and the choice to change it. The fan is very quiet and it is fairly large so make sure you have the desk space for it.

As a first time pc buyer, this has been the most amazing experience. It was fast in shipping and in great quality condition. Everything works perfectly. I had heard buying prebuilt was going to be a nightmare but they exceeded my expectations. Great quality!!

First PC, I have absolutely no clue what i was getting myself into. Opening was Christmas i was too excited. Everything was well packaged no issue there. Set up was easy, thanks for that since i had no clue what i was doing. Its just amazing to look at lol.

Solid machine. Kid loves it for his gaming, and man can he use up a computer's power.

Happy with the pc I received and the quality of parts it came with, It actually came in a whole day earlier and was packaged very well other then being in the actual pc box, luckily i was home to receive it and it not be left on the front porch.

The PC has 4 fans on the inside and yet its still completely silent. The mouse that comes with the PC is very nice and has LED lights on it as well. The tower also has a sliding glass wall that makes it really easy to get to the inside of the PC.

Good gaming computer streams well and does everything in need it to fast also
