    the pc itself is a great preforming pc for the price but within a month or so the graphics card is going bad would recommend planning on new care soon after buying

    had a few issues with it.within the first year, the graphics card broke, and I had to replace it but other than that good gaming prebuilt pc.

    keyboard very dim and cant read letters , complaines to manufactor and they sent me another one , dam the same one ,now i have 2 that are worthless, thinking of taking it back to best buy

    I think these gaming computer are over priced. I bought this gaming pc for my nephew's but found out he already had one so I returned it, had no use for it.

    Purchased this unit and it stopped turning on after 5 weeks. Best Buy wouldn’t exchange it because we missed the exchange period by 2 days. Manufacturer requested we ship it to them since it’s under manufacture warranty but of course we would have to pay for shipping which btw is $200. After reading reviews; I found that this a common problem/ defect.. I hoped Best Buy would do their research. I trusted that they wouldnt sell me trash. Do your research

    I read tons and tons of reviews on different PCs before buying this specific one. I was very happy with my purchase until it came. The setup was a little difficult, there aren’t many instructions. But once we figured it out everything was great. UNTIL- two days after having it and playing, the HDMI port stopped working. Great look and color options, but after talking with some staff, the hdmi issue seems to be very common with this model.

    When I got my tower, the power turned on just fine. The display port, HDMI, did not work. I tried 3 different monitors and 2 different HDMI cables, none of them worked. The product itself was broken. I returned it easy enough and got my refund... but I suggest calling the store you wish to return or exchange with as the online customer support was aweful. I give 2 stars because the in store agents helped me out well.

    Box was somewhat beat up when it arrived. After use for a few hours, the screen went black and power cycled, then screen said "Input not supported". After power cycle, pc came back on for about 2 minutes, then cycled again. The PC seems to be of good build, but the GPU seems to have died after only a few hours usage.

    LED LIGHT ISSUE

    Purchased for my son as a Christmas gift. It seemed to be functioning properly however the LED lights inside the tower would not turn on. After almost two weeks of trying to contact support via emails, live chats, phone calls, waiting on hold (my husband getting hung up on once), researching and trying to troubleshoot ourselves etc etc, we were given an appointment at the nearest store-over 30 miles away and told the first 20 min with Best Buy’s “geek squad” would be free (after that we’d be charged for their time), we now have a replacement coming. Luckily the geek squad was able to determine, rather quickly, a manufacturing defect was the issue; an entire component where several wires should have plugged into simply wasn’t there. Also, the return/exchange process was smooth. However, this was our first gaming pc and, frankly, a big investment for us. Sadly the entire experience was riddled with frustration, stress and tears. Fingers crossed the replacement is delivered without incident and built properly.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. First purchase computer didn't work. Mother board was defective. Got a second one, thinking it may just be bad luck. Just a little over a year later, mother board fried again. Do not recommend.

    I just purchased my CyberPowerPC GXi3200BST, It seems to be everything I want. My biggest concern is there is no support. Check it out before buying, do a google serch only a few reviews no support, go to CyberPowerPC and search this pc "NO RESULTS" nothing to support this PC. I plan on returning due to lack of support!!!!! Poor company!

    After 2 months, power supply completing stopped working. I sent it out for warranty replacement and after 3 weeks finally got it back. It has been less than a month and it has already broken yet again, even after the support team ran tests and replaced the part.

    I’ve had the pc for a month and it didn’t come with a license number on it at all and it actually just blew the power supply which mean I’m already having to send it back after 1 month of having it I do not recommend cyberpower at all

    I am from Monterrey Mexico, I bought two of these for my family, one of the two came with the RPG coolers disconnected and the Nvidia 1660 disconnected, the power supply broke down, I bought it on March 5, I have to replace it on my part, I get worse go to laredo, for the guarantee

    I mean it may not be the best PC on the market but that doesn't make it bad at all. I've had my own PC for a year or two now but my brothers wanted to buy it off me so I took that money and put it into this one and I am yet to be disappointed. This is also my second CyberPowerPC as well. Its aesthetically pleasing and it performs as good as it looks. Just played EAs Star Wars Battlefront 2 and didn't sink below 130 FPS in my playtime. Its reliable and a good price compared to the PCs you can get for about $200 less I definitely think its worth the money. Now I have never built my own PC simply because I don't have the time or money so that's why I go with prebuilt models and I'd definitely recommend this to anyone whos looking to get into PC gaming or just simply upgrading. The RGB is controlled with a remote and you can even turn off the lights if you please. Its got a wide selection of colors and brightness options. I don't think you can set the lights to a certain pattern but there is an auto mode which utilizes all available colors and has different patterns as well. Keyboard and mouse are great for starting as well and the PC itself was relatively easy to set up. Also I tend to think reviews on products are fake too so if you're worried this is too good to be true I can assure you've no reason to worry. If you want proof then well um I'm currently listening to I Got 5 On it. Oh yea this PC also came with a weird like WiFi antenna thingy that you can connect directly to the PC. I'm not sure if you're supposed to wirelessly connect to it or it's like an ethernet. However I'm assuming it's the latter because I've got it connected and I just tested my internet speed and I'm consistently getting 200+ mbps download. I don't know if this is the work of my actual WiFi or this mini router thingy because on my last PC I was barely getting 100 wirelessly I think. But then again this was like 7 months ago and the WiFi could've gotten better somehow but I don't see how that could be the reason seeing as its the same old router. So in summary I certainly think I've got my moneys worth, its been running great so far, no problems, however keep in mind I've only physically had this PC for 7 hours now. If you've got a bigger budget and some times on your hands I'd recommend building your own but if you haven't got the time or you're to afraid to build I'd recommend either getting this PC, or a more expensive one depending on your budget, I saw a pretty good PC on here going for only about $300 more so your move, Anyways this is my review and if anyone reads this I'm glad influenced your decision in purchasing your own prebuilt PC.
