    Computer stopped working after 2 months. Tried troubleshooting after getting a fatal error screen and the only solution is to send the whole thing back at my expense. So $100 to ship something back that may or may not be covered by them. From reading about this company it seems like just about everything won’t be covered or will be replaced with a totally different part with different specs than what you paid for. I bought two PCs from them at that time and it’s disappointing to see that their customer service is nonexistent. If I have to pay to ship it that’s fine, but I should be reimbursed if it’s found to be an issue on the company’s part. Read the warranty people, shipping is all on you.

    Had an issue right out of the box. Bad quality!

    We bought this gaming computer for our son as a Christmas present. This product failed to work right out of the box. We spent several hours troubleshooting before taking it to Geek Squad at Best Buy. They narrowed it down to a faulty ethernet connection but told us they aren't authorized to repair these prebuilt PCs. We would need to send it in and wait 5 weeks for it to be repaired. We chose to return the computer instead of waiting 5 weeks for it to be fixed.

    The power supply died in 3 days of operation. Had to replace it with an older power supply I had lying around. For the price, if you know what you are doing this is a good get.

    The pc has a great graphics card. Bug the cpu is really bad. I cannot run war zone. But surprisingly I can Run Cold War.

    this pc is so bad please do not buy this. It came with 2 broken fans that didnt spin, 3 of my usb ports were broken. My mic plug was broken too

    Off brand, buyer beware!

    Great stats on paper, but had issues. Very glitchy at points with Call of Duty, and recently it has started to turn off abruptly with no warning. Just boom, off. It has happened while on a workgroup video call last week (embarrassing) and then three times in a row in under an hour while gaming last night. Lesson learned, go with HP Omen and spend a little more, this is an off-brand and I should've known better. I'm a little surprised Best Buy carries after reading NUMEROUS reviews of customers having issues with CyberPower.

    After researching a couple of weeks through the holiday period, I had changed my mind multiple times about which prebuilt I wanted to purchase. In the end, I finally chose this cyber power one (on sale for 750) and have had no regrets since I received it. I immediately replaced the ram and switched to two 8 sticks and I get over 300 fps on Valorant and CSGO (which doesn't matter matter since I only have a 144 Hz monitor), but it just goes to show what all this pre built can do. However, the game I play the most and the reason why I finally decided to switch to PC for, runs great. I consistently get 120 frames in the heat of the things in Warzone on low-medium settings and was getting around 135 on all low settings. I get around 130 on Cold War and the game looks great. For the three weeks I've now had this, I have not a single problem and it runs everything great when you upgrade the ram. Does not sound loud at all and the lights look really great too. Very easy to use and setup especially for someone that had never owned a computer. Extremely recommend if your a balling on a budget college student like myself.

    the pc came in with a broken keyboard, either from the shipment or damaged during the delivery. Did not like how the box came in like it had been open, not fully tape.

    The video card went bad 10-month-old I didn't call them until February so they said the warranty was up and wouldn't do anything about it. So if you buy anything from them and something goes wrong with it you should call right away. They are not going to work with you. I told them the event viewer would know when it went bad but they didn't care.

    I cannot believe I paid all this $ for this computer and it doesn't even come with Windows 10. Very disappointed.

    This computer exceeds my expectations. When I compared this PC's specifications with other gaming PCs, this really stood out to me. The core-i5 10600KF 8 GB of RAM, the NVIDIA graphics card, the 1TB of HDD and 240 SSD. Plus wifi connectivity. The RGB lighting really makes this computer POP! I can tell the builders of this computer took their time and payed attention to detail. The computer is a very great value for the price! I booted it up and installed all my antivirus software, downloaded all my games and just admired the craftsmanship put into this fine piece of hardware. I recommend Cyberpower PCs to anyone! Very happy with this purchase. Money well spent!

    The graphics card was bad. We didn't even get to try the computer. We had to return it for a different system and brand all together. Very disappointing. It was a Christmas present and the excitement turned to absolute disappointment.

    I bought this computer on december 20 and the hard drive had failed! Strain to the hard drive couldn't have been the problem because I have only had it for 2 months. Definitely would not reccomend this computer at all.

    Picked up this PC excited to get a massive and reasonably priced upgrade to my old gaming PC but was disappointed when the PC wouldn't display on the 3 monitors tested using different VGA and HDMI cables.

    Great looking desktop at a nice price, but only lasted for two weeks. Wouldn’t power up at all. Cyberpower customer service let just say not great or available. Return product for a full refund.
