    WARNING: After spending this amount of money on a PC, you'd expect a reasonable time frame to get replacement parts or responses from their support team. Wrong, I'll spare you the details but its taken nearly 2 months to get a replacement glass cover delivered. Out of all the companies I've worked with in the gaming space, these are the worst. The computer works fine, but so do all their competitors, buy from different company. Imagine not being able to use the computer because it took 3 months (and 2 broken upon deliver replacement parts) to get back up on running. Absolute joke.

    Epic Fail

    Don't buy this PC, right out of the box I was impressed by the build and wondered "how did they pull this off at this low a price." I later found out how, they cut costs by using cheap motherboards and other parts of the build that aren't apparent to the average consumer. My only applaud is to BestBuy, they took my PC back without question and fully refunded me.

    No power cables plugged in.

    I received my pc without any of the power cables plugged in. I haven't been able to figure out how to replace each one, and I don't have the tools to do it. Don't buy this PC, it can get you what you want quickly, but can also set you back further from what you may have wanted.
